Abstract

It is made of paper and has file cover (2) with a see through opening (6). Two perforations (7,8) are made in the free corner to detach a small or a large part of the corner allowing for easier withdrawal of the file contents. The file is made of one piece with a fold (1a) down the middle giving rise to a front (2) and back (3). They front and back are joined by a flap (5) attached to the front cover which is glued down onto the back. The see through opening may be round, or of any other shape. ADVANTAGE - It is more price worthy than plastics files and is more environmental friendly. Because it is of paper, no electrostatic energy is caused.

Bis jetzt werden zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut dienende Mäppchen üblicherweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Es sind das die sogenannten Sicht-mäppchen. Obwohl deren Nachteile an sich bekannt sind, nämlich der für einen Verbrauchsgegenstand mit sehr begrenzter Lebensdauer nicht zu vernachlässigende Preis, die Umweltbelastung beim Entsorgen, die Eigenschaft, dass sehr oft die Oberflächen der in solchen Mäppchen eingelegten Blätter elektrostatisch aufgeladen werden, was zu Schwierigkeiten beim Herausnehmen und beim Hinzufügen weiterer Blätter führt, sowie die Schwierigkeit des Beschriftens, falls nicht in einem speziellen Fabrikationsschritt ein aufgerauhtes Schriftfeld angebracht wird.
