Beschreibung description
The invention relates to a noise protection device according to the preamble of claim 1, a noise protection element for producing the noise protection device and a noise protection wall formed from the noise protection devices according to the invention.
Ever since noise was recognized as a harmful immissions, ever better noise protection devices have been constructed. Protection against traffic noise on rail and road is of particular importance. Various noise barriers have already been proposed for this. In addition to the noise protection effect, two main requirements are placed on such noise protection walls. On the one hand, they must have good static properties, i.e. Withstand the strong shocks and pressure caused by traffic and on the other hand, they must be easy to assemble in a short time.
From DE-OS 2 213 777 a soundproof wall is known, the individual elements of which — in order to simplify assembly in each case — are formed in one piece with an anchoring part. The depth of use of these anchoring parts depends on the expected static load. A support rib is also provided to improve the static properties. Butting elements can be connected to each other with stainless steel clamps and joint seals to increase the stability of the soundproof wall. In order to increase the strength of the individual individual elements, they are individually reinforced by horizontal and vertical metal reinforcements. Therefore, in addition to the anchoring part, reinforcement devices are arranged both within the individual elements and between them.
The assembly of these relatively large elements is complex, in particular there are several at the construction site. time-consuming work steps required. The full load-bearing capacity of the walls created is only achieved when the casting compound introduced between the foundation and the anchoring part has hardened.
DE-OS 2 721 408 proposes a noise barrier with easier installation for roads and airfields, which consists of open-pore lightweight concrete slabs. Each of these plates is framed by vertical iron girders and cross girders connecting the latter. The secure hold of the panels and the particularly favorable static properties of the noise barrier are based on this border. The panels can be produced in series and, after the steel girders have been installed, can be joined together to form a noise barrier. In order to achieve adequate sound insulation and stability, the joints between the steel beams and the panels or between the panels are filled with mortar compound after assembly, the hardening of which only ensures full resilience. The lightweight concrete slabs can be profiled on one side.
The object of the present invention is to propose an economically advantageous noise protection device which can be installed in a short time and without any special effort into noise protection walls, in particular along traffic routes, and which has its full load capacity immediately after installation. The noise protection device according to the invention should in particular also withstand the increased load caused by superfast trains (TGV).
Another object of the invention is to provide a noise protection device which has two profiled sound absorption surfaces, the profile patterns of the two sound absorption surfaces being independent of one another and being able to be varied within the same surface.
This object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. Preferred embodiments are claimed in claims 2 to 8.
In diesem Fall sind selbstverständlich entsprechende Ausnehmungen vorzusehen» The noise protection device according to the invention with a plurality of individual noise protection elements which are connected to one another and which are penetrated by at least one prestressing element, provides a finished, after the individual elements have been assembled, e.g. on the construction site immediately resilient part of a noise barrier. The interaction of the connections between the individual elements with the prestressing elements preferably arranged parallel to each other not only ensures the static stability of the individual noise protection device within the noise barrier, but also enables simple manipulation of the noise protection device before and during assembly, The latter is additionally facilitated by at least one pretensioning element protruding beyond the noise protection elements, the protruding part forming a kind of handle. Preferably, two vertical prestressing devices are provided on average per noise protection device. These are arranged in mutually aligned recesses in the soundproofing elements. The space between the prestressing element and the recess wall can be filled with a casting compound. A further improvement of these properties can be achieved by filling the holes or recesses not occupied by a prestressing element with a casting compound made of a hydraulic binder or plastic. Instead of or in addition to vertical prestressing members, horizontal prestressing members can be provided. In this case, appropriate recesses must of course be provided »
If you keep in mind that the individual elements of the known switching protection wall have horizontal and vertical reinforcements and clamp connections in addition to supporting ribs, it proves to be particularly surprising that excellent stability is achieved with a few pretensioning elements without reinforcement of the individual elements. It is assumed that the vibration behavior of the noise protection device is changed by the installation of the prestressing elements, which is reflected in the special properties of the device according to the invention and the noise generated from it

The casting compound introduced into the holes and recesses acts in the same way, namely by changing the vibration behavior.
Another advantage of the noise protection device according to the invention is that the noise protection elements used for its production can be produced on already existing systems for the production of building material.
Since there are no large-area plate-like, molded in cladding, but relatively small building block-like individual elements, a noise protection device that is profiled independently on both sides can be produced. In particular, there are practically no limits to the design and variation of the pattern of the profiles. Profiles with undercuts can also be produced. It is therefore also possible to produce so-called resonator profiles which have recesses which narrow towards their opening.
The noise protection elements can contain a binder and an aggregate with a cell structure, the aggregate particles preferably being exposed on the surface of the element which is exposed to noise. The manufacture of elements with exposed aggregate particles is known, e.g. from CH-PS 660 609. Hydraulic binders such as cement, gypsum and slaked lime and plastics are preferably used as binders. Porous granules, e.g. Expanded clay, pumice, lava slag, and glass foam or other materials with a cellular structure, e.g. Wood shavings.
Threaded tension rods made of steel are suitable as pretensioning elements. are held with a plate and a nut on the noise protection element with compressive stress. Such threaded tension rods are e.g. distributed by the company SpannStahl AG, Hinwil (Switzerland).

The noise protection elements 1 and V in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 8 to 10 have on their sides 2, which are also referred to as front sides, facing the noise or the main noise sources, vertical, tapering lips 4 to increase the sound absorption. The rib spaces 6 are correspondingly tapered inwards. These ribs 4 are also bevelled and chamfered at their upper end 8 (only in FIGS. 1 to 3). In the middle of the noise protection element 1 there is a vertical through hole 10 with an oval cross-section, or in element V (FIGS. 8 to 10) there are three holes 10 'with a square cross-section. On one of the abutment surfaces 12 of the noise protection elements 1 or 1 'with the next noise protection element 1a or 1a' there is an inwardly tapering recess 14 into which a projection 16 of the next noise protection element 1a or 1a 'engages. Between the recess 14 and the projection 16 there is a space 15 for receiving e.g. a mortar mass arranged. In addition, both abutting abutment surfaces 12, 12a each have a recess 18, 20 in their center, which together form a through hole 22 with an oval or square cross section. On the upper abutting surface 26 of the noise protection element 1 or 1 'there is a horizontal recess 28 which tapers inwards and which is used to receive a binder mass, e.g. Mortar, serves.
The noise protection element V in FIGS. 8 to 10 has vertical ribs 5 tapering towards the front on its side or rear side facing away from the main noise source. These have a lower height than those on the front. Corresponding gaps 7 are arranged between the ribs 5. Of course, the height of the ribs can be freely selected according to the respective needs.
Der Schnitt von Fig. 4 geht durch The noise protection device 30 according to the invention in FIG. 4 is composed of noise protection elements 1 according to FIGS. 1 to 3 which are connected to one another and connected to one another with a two-component adhesive. Instead of the two-component adhesive, a mortar compound can also be used. Eight such elements are arranged here in a horizontal row and seven elements arranged one above the other form a vertical row. The section of Fig. 4 goes through

Der zwischen Metallstange 31 und Lochwand 11 verbleibende Raum 32 kann durch eine Gussmasse, z.B. aus Mörtel oder Kunststoff, ausgefüllt werden. a horizontal row, which is only partially shown, however, as seen from the edge between the 2nd and 3rd elements 1a, 1b, in the holes 22a, 22b formed by the continuous recesses arranged in both elements, a prestressing element 31, which here is the shape a threaded de tensioning rod, e.g. made of steel, arranged. The two tie rods shown pass through the aligned holes in the noise protection device 30 from top to bottom. They bring about stability of the noise protection device composed of the individual elements 1 both during transport and during assembly, and after installation. The space 32 remaining between the metal rod 31 and the perforated wall 11 can be formed by a casting compound, e.g. made of mortar or plastic.
5 and 6, the noise protection device 30 is within a noise protection wall 46, i.e. in the assembled state. It is held on both sides by vertical iron girders 34, 36 anchored in a concrete base 33 and having an I-shaped cross section (FIGS. 2 and 9). The anchoring and load transmission can also be carried out by means of so-called U or double T-bars. As can be seen from FIG. 11, the iron supports or supports 34, 36 can be preassembled with the noise protection device 30. They have a profile 4 ', 5' corresponding to the noise protection elements. At the same time, the noise protection device 30 (in FIGS. 5 and 6) rests with its underside 38 on a base 40. The latter can be made of earth or made of concrete. The top 42 of the noise protection device 30 carries a longitudinal beam 44 made of concrete, which acts as a load distribution element. Such a load distribution element can also be arranged on the underside of the noise barrier, in the arrangement shown it is also clear that, as a result of the bevelling and bending of the ribs 4, precipitation does not collect at any point, but flows away. This minimizes the risk of corrosion caused by substances dissolved in the precipitation.
In FIG. 7, the noise protection wall 47 shown in cross section has noise protection elements V with ribs 4, 5 on both sides. A longitudinal bar 44 rests on the uppermost noise protection element and bears a roof 48 on both sides, which extends far beyond the noise protection wall 47. The latter is fastened to the longitudinal beam 44 by means of two hinges 50, 52 and can be folded over to one side or the other if necessary. Rising sound is contained by the roof 48, which means that lower noise barriers can be used. Noise protection walls of this type which are effective on both sides can be erected between roadways and rails. As a result of the irregular loading on both sides, particularly high demands are placed on its stability.
The bilaterally active, i.e. Sound-absorbing noise barrier 47 in FIGS. 12 and 13 is provided with a roof structure. In FIG. 12, the noise protection wall 47 is provided with a slightly curved canopy 54 that projects far on one side in the direction of the greater noise pollution (front)
The hinge 56 is arranged on a longitudinal bar 44 which sits on the noise barrier. The position 54 'of the roof, which is assumed after pivoting, is shown by dash-dotted lines.
The noise protection wall 48, which has ribs 4 ′ of equal height on both sides, has at its upper end a longitudinal bar 60 which carries a canopy 66 which extends over both sides of the noise protection wall 48. The roof 66 can be pivoted by means of hinges 62, 64 on both sides of the noise protection wall 48 in a position approximately parallel to the latter. The canopy 66 in these two positions 66 ', 66 "is shown by dash-dotted lines.
The roofing of the noise barriers according to the invention prevents the sound expansion upwards. As a result, even lower noise barriers can meet requirements. This is advantageous both for economic reasons and to protect the landscape.
The surface facing the noise, which is also referred to as the sound absorption surface, can have any other suitable profiling in addition to the rib shape shown. Such forms are known. Elements with different sound absorption areas can also be assembled within a noise protection device. The sound absorption walls can be adapted to the respective, in particular the noise requirements.
If the noise barrier has only one active area or sound absorption area, the other area can take on another function, e.g. as a plant base, or have an aesthetically pleasing design.
