Beschreibung description
The present invention relates on the one hand to an avalanche barrier according to the preamble of claim 1 and on the other hand to a method for its assembly.
In mountainous areas, especially on steep slopes that face away from the wind, avalanche barriers in the form of snow gratings of various constructions have been used since time immemorial in order to protect the mostly populated areas underneath from snow avalanches and slides, especially ground avalanches. Traditionally, heavy materials such as oak or railroad tracks are used for such constructions, on the assumption that solid structures can withstand the snow pressures better than light constructions. It is not uncommon, especially with metal structures, to pre-assemble or finish them in the valley, since it is difficult to weld or otherwise difficult and dangerous work on the mountain.
The avalanche barriers used so far and used in large numbers, including those in the form of snow grates, therefore have very important disadvantages, which include the fact that they and / or their individual parts are transported to their intended locations with great effort and often with great risks Need to become. Mounting them on steep, often impassable mountain slopes is also often very difficult and cumbersome and often involves the lives of the experts entrusted with them. Furthermore, seeing them from afar is usually not very pleasant, because their massive construction fits into a landscape with difficulty, if at all. In addition, they can hardly be adapted in color to the environment, since wooden structures soon weather and thus become dark brown, and metal structures are covered with rust after a short time, which also makes them appear brown or red-brown.
The present invention is based on the object of proposing an avalanche barrier, in particular in the form of snow grates, which avoids the disadvantages of the known constructions of this type and which can be installed in place easily and without great effort.
According to the invention, this object is achieved on the one hand by an avalanche barrier, as defined in claim 1. On the other hand, by a method for their assembly, as described in claim 7.
In der Zeichnung zeigt: An advantageous embodiment of an avalanche barrier according to the invention is explained in detail below with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows:
Fig. 1 eine dreiteilige Lawinenverbauung von der Hangseite her, also von vorn, 1 is a three-part avalanche barrier from the slope side, that is, from the front,
Fig. 2 einen der beiden seitlichen Schneegitterroste der Lawinenverbauung nach Fig. 1 von der Seite, 2 one of the two side snow grates of the avalanche barrier according to FIG. 1 from the side,
Fig. 3 einen Montagerost, wie er in der Lawinenverbauung nach Fig. 1, insbesondere in einem der beiden seitlichen Schneegitterroste, Verwendung findet, 3 shows a mounting grate as used in the avalanche barrier according to FIG. 1, in particular in one of the two side snow grates,
Fig. 4 einen Zwischenrost wie er ebenfalls in der Lawinenverbauung nach Fig. 1, insbesondere zwischen zwei Montagerosten nach Fig. 3, Verwendung findet, 4 shows an intermediate grate as it is also used in the avalanche barrier according to FIG. 1, in particular between two mounting grates according to FIG. 3,
Fig. 5 ein konstruktives Detail der Lawinenverbauung nach Fig. 1, insbesondere eine vorteilhafte Verbindung eines Tragarmes mit einer Abstützung, 5 shows a constructive detail of the avalanche barrier according to FIG. 1, in particular an advantageous connection of a support arm with a support,
Fig. 6 ein Detail aus der Konstruktion nach Fig. 5, insbesondere eine vorteilhafte Verbindung eines Montagerostes nach Fig. 3 mit einem Tragarm, und 6 shows a detail from the construction according to FIG. 5, in particular an advantageous connection of a mounting grate according to FIG. 3 with a support arm, and
Fig. 7 shows a section through the mounting grate in Fig. 5 along the line B-B.
The avalanche barrier according to the invention, in particular in its embodiment variant shown in FIG which is carried out more easily. This installation part is an intermediate grating 2 connected to the two mounting grids, which does not have its own supports in the grown rock 5. In the case of longer avalanche barriers that are more than three parts, mounting grates t and intermediate grids 2 can alternate, although there must always be one mounting grate 1 in each case. Of course, if required, several mounting grids can also be set up next to each other without intermediate grids being installed in between.
Die AbStützungen In Fig. 2 it is shown how assembly grates 1 are advantageously constructed. At least two support arms 4, each in the area of a mounting grate side, are advantageously firmly anchored in the rock 5 with two supports 3 and 3 'and carry a plurality of snow grids 1', as shown for example in FIG. 3 from the front. The supports
Die Schneeroste 1' sind vorteilhafterweise in der aus Fig. 6 ersichtlichen Art auf die Tragarme 3 and 3 'are advantageously connected to the support arms 4 in the manner shown in FIG. 5. The snow grids 1 'are advantageously in the manner shown in FIG. 6 on the support arms
4 aufgesetzt. 4 put on.
A maximum of two intermediate grids 1 according to FIG. 2 can be used, which essentially consists of one or more snow grids 2 ′ according to FIG. 4.
The supports 3 and 3 ', which can be, for example, pipes which are round in cross section and which are advantageously embedded in a mortar base cast into the grown rock 5 and not shown in the drawing, are advantageously only made when the inventive according to avalanche barriers connected to the support arms 4. As a result, deviations in the mounting angle can be compensated for to a certain degree. As in FIG. 5, for the sake of simplicity only the connection of a support 3 to a support arm 4, but not the structurally identical connection of a support 3 'to a

Support arm 4 illustrates, shows, have the support arms 4 for the supports 3 on their undersides and for the supports 3 'on their bottom-side longitudinal sides advantageously conical recesses 6 into which the supports 3, 3' can be inserted. The insertion angle of the supports 3, 3 'does not have to be perpendicular to the base of the recesses. It can cover the entire area of the cone. For the purpose of a firm and non-destructively non-removable connection of the supports 3, 3 'to the support arm 4, there are advantageously lateral injection holes 7 which end in the recesses 6 and through which adhesive, e.g. Epoxy resin into which recesses 6 can be injected until the recesses 6 are completely filled and thus the supports 3, 3 'are firmly glued into them.
As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the snow grids V of the mounting grids 1 are advantageously inserted into grooves 8, which are located in the support arms 4, and possibly inserted laterally. They are thus firmly connected to the carrying arms 4 in the direction of any snow loads acting on them and prevent the loose snow or avalanches or snow boards striking them from sliding down over them down the valley.
The above-described types of connection of the individual components of the avalanche sheeting according to the invention are particularly advantageous when both the support arms 4 and the snow grates V and 2 'are made of lightweight material, such as glass or carbon fiber reinforced plastics. Of course, the supports can also be made of such materials, which has the advantage that the entire avalanche barrier according to the invention is rustproof, rot-proof and weatherproof. It can also be colored as desired if through-colored plastic is advantageously used. The use of reinforced plastic as a material for the avalanche sheeting according to the invention not only has the advantage that all components are lightweight and can be connected to one another on the spot, but also that the whole construction of the avalanche sheeting has a certain flexibility, which is particularly important for it Avalanches or snowboards striking them enable the initially very high pressures that suddenly occur to be absorbed without breaking.
It goes without saying that the individual components of an avalanche barrier according to the invention can be constructed differently in detail than shown in the drawing and described above. In particular, all parts can be adapted to the respective terrain requirements. Plastic is particularly well suited for assembling assembly grids 1 and intermediate grids 2, even in difficult terrain, to form composite lattice structures that can extend over almost any mountain slopes. The fact that the avalanche sheeting according to the invention can be flexibly installed in the field thanks to the plug-in and sliding connections of its individual components makes the work of the specialists involved considerably easier and also has an advantageous effect on the construction costs.
