BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Stichsäge;
Ansicht gegen die Antriebsseite hin;
Fig. 3 eine Darstellung gemäss Fig. 2, jedoch in entgegenge setzter Ansicht.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a jigsaw according to the preamble of claim 1.
There are applications in which the disadvantage is that the ram of the jigsaw and thus the saw blade are not rotatably mounted in the saw housing. Such cases exist, for example, when circular or along corresponding curvatures saw cuts are to be carried out quickly and precisely and / or the pivoting of the saw housing is difficult or even impossible for space or other reasons.
It is an object of the invention to develop jigsaws of the genus sen type with a minimum of effort to the extent that the saw blade is rotatable and at the same time it is ensured that rotation of the saw blade is excluded when the pendulum stroke movement is switched on. likewise a rotation of the backdrop and a rotation of the lower Stössella gers.
This object is achieved with the characterizing features of claim 1.
Appropriate embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing.
Show it:
Fig. 1 is a side view of the jigsaw;
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the relevant components in the
View towards the drive side;
Fig. 3 is a representation of FIG. 2, but in the opposite view.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the drive gear or
the ring gear 1 for the cross-slide crank with the pinion 2 'of the armature shaft 2 of the drive motor, not shown, in engagement.
The hub 1 'of the drive gear 1 is by means of a ball bearing
3, which is seated in a bearing shell 4, rotatably mounted. The drive gear 1 and ball bearing 3 are each secured by a locking ring 5, 6 against axial displacement.
The drive gear 1 has a bore 7 on the front, the axis 9 of which is offset by the dimension e from the central axis 8 of the drive gear. By means of a bolt 10 inserted into the bore 7, a plate 11 is fastened to the drive gear 1 rotatably or pivotably relative to the latter, the pivoting range being 180. The bolt 10 is prevented by a locking ring 10 'from moving in the axial direction. In the plate 11, an eccentric pin 12 is fixedly inserted at a distance r from the pivot axis 9, which engages via a bearing 13 in the link 15 attached to the plunger 14.
On a radius of the drive gear 1, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 2, there is a stop 16 fixed in or on it in the form of a pin or the like. Depending on the direction of rotation of the drive gear 1, the stop surfaces 17 and 18 of the plate 11 come into contact with this pin (FIG. 3). Accordingly, the axis 12 'of the eccentric pin 12 is once at a distance (r + e) and once at a distance (r-e) from the central axis 8 of the drive gear 1.
The plunger 14 therefore carries out a stroke of 2 (r + e) when the drive motor rotates in one direction of rotation (e.g. counterclockwise rotation) and a stroke of 2 (r-e) after reversing the direction of rotation (clockwise rotation).
The plate 11 is itself designed as an eccentric in that its axis of rotation 19 is eccentric to the center of the plate. The position of the eccentric pin 12 for the working stroke to the eccentric curve remains basically the same. A leadership backdrop 20.
which is part of a lifting element 21 here, is actuated by the plate 11, so that the guide link executes an up and down movement. The lifting element 21 is slidably guided in a straight guide 22. The lower end 21 'of the lifting element acts on the arm 23 of an angle lever 24 which is rotatable about a bearing 25 which is manually adjustable in the axial direction of the tappet 14. The other arm 23 'of the angle lever affects the lower plunger bearing 26, which can be displaced against the force of a spring 27 within limits transversely to the longitudinal axis of the plunger.
When the plunger 14 moves up and down, a transverse movement is thus superimposed on it, so that the plunger executes a periodic pendulum stroke movement.
It can be seen from the exploded views according to FIGS. 2 and 3 that a square 28 'which is firmly seated on the tappet 14 comes into engagement with the upper tappet bearing 28, whereby the tappet bearing and tappet are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner. The ram bearing 28 is rotatably arranged in the jigsaw housing 29 and provided with a longitudinal groove 30, with which a locking cam in the form of a nose-shaped projection 31 cooperates, which is attached to a slide member 32 or is a component thereof. In the event that the projection 31 engages in the longitudinal groove 30 of the upper plunger bearing 28, the plunger 14 is secured against rotation about its longitudinal axis. In this position of the slide member 32 there is also a web 33 or a similar extension of the link 15 within the longitudinal slot 34 provided in the slide member.
This ensures that the link 15 can not perform a rotary movement around the plunger 14. The lower plunger bearing 26 for the plunger 14 is both displaceable in the direction of the plane of the saw blade 35 and rotatable in the saw housing and has two pin-shaped projections 26 'and 26 ", which in the recesses 36 of the lower part of the U-shaped here The recesses 36 expand towards the lower end of the slide member.
In the locking position of the slide member 32, the extensions 26 'and 26 "of the plunger bearing 26 are associated with the extensions 36' of the recesses 36. This leaves sufficient space for the transverse movement (pendulum stroke movement) of the plunger 14 including the plunger bearing 26. In the other position of the slide member the lugs 26 'and 26 "of the plunger bearing 26 are positively encompassed by the recesses 36 and the plunger bearing is thereby fixed. The ram bearing 26 is guided in a not shown recess in the saw housing or in the bearing bracket 4 so that it can be displaced in the direction of the axis of the drive motor.
The vertical displacement of the slide member 32 for securing the upper plunger bearing 28 against rotation and for securing the link 15 and the lower plunger bearing 26 against rotation serve an eccentric 37 which can be actuated by means of an adjusting button 38.
The slide member 32 is expediently held in its respective position by positive locking or by a tension spring. The adjusting knob 38 is fixed in different locking positions (not shown), preferably position SCROLL, O, pendulum stages I-III.
