BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a jigsaw according to the preamble of claim 1.
In order to be able to superimpose a pendulum stroke movement on the plunger or the saw blade of such a jigsaw with simple means, the plate is also used as a drive for a lifting element, the stroke movement of which can be converted into a periodic transverse movement of the plunger by means of a deflection device. It has proven to be particularly expedient to provide the plate with an eccentric, to assign it a suitable guide link of the lifting element and to design the deflection device as a rotatably mounted angle lever, one arm of which engages the plunger of the jigsaw and the other arm is acted upon by the lifting element.
The possibility of the height adjustment of the bearing for the angle lever also ensures that the change in the pendulum stroke caused by the stroke adjustment of the plunger when the direction of rotation of the drive motor is reversed in the sense of increasing the stroke can be compensated or the pendulum stroke can be reduced. An embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing.
Show it:
1 is a side view of the jigsaw drive with pendulum stroke adjustment, partly in section,
2 is a front view of the jigsaw drive in Prinzipdarstel development and with a pendulum lifting mechanism shown offset by 900,
Fig. 3 shows the drive gear and the plate pivotally arranged on this in an axially offset assignment in perspective.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the drive gear or the ring gear 1 for the cross slide crank engages with the pinion 2 'of the armature shaft 2 of the drive motor, not shown. The hub 1 'of the drive gear is rotatably supported by means of a ball bearing 3, which is seated in a bearing shell 4. The drive gear 1 and ball bearing 3 are each secured by a locking ring 5, 6 against axial displacement.
The drive gear 1 has a bore 7 on the front, the axis 9 of which is offset by the dimension e from the central axis 8 of the drive gear. By means of a bolt 10 inserted into the bore 7, a plate 11 is fastened to the drive gear 1 rotatably or pivotably relative to the latter, the pivoting range being 180. The plate 11 is prevented by a locking ring 10 'from moving in the axial direction with respect to the bolt 10. In the plate 11, an eccentric pin 12 is fixedly inserted at a distance r from the pivot axis 9, which engages via a bearing 13 in the link 15 attached to the plunger 14.
On a radius r of the drive gear 1 sits firmly in or
attached to this stop 16 in the form of a pin or the like.
Component. Depending on the direction of rotation of the drive gear 1, the stop surfaces 17 and 18 of the plate 11 come into contact with this pin. Accordingly, the axis 12 'of the eccentric pin 12 is once at a distance (r + e) and once at a distance (re) from the central axis 8 of the drive gear 1. The plunger 14 therefore leads with the drive motor rotating in one direction of rotation (e.g. Counterclockwise) a working stroke of 2 (r + e) and after reversing the direction of rotation (clockwise) a stroke of 2 (right).
Reference is made in particular to FIG. 3 for the stop 16 on the drive gear 1 and for the stop surfaces 17 and 18 on or in the plate 11.
The plate 11 is itself circular and acts as an eccentric in that its center 19 is eccentric to the axis of rotation 9 (FIG. 2). The position of the eccentric pin 12 for the working stroke to the eccentric curve remains basically the same. A guide link 20, which here is part of a lifting element 21, is actuated by the plate 11, so that the guide link executes an up and down movement. The lifting element 21 is, as indicated in FIG. 2, slidably guided in a straight guide 22. The lower end 21 'of the lifting element, shown rotated by 900, acts on the arm 23 of an angle lever 24 which can be rotated about a bearing 25 which is manually adjustable in the axial direction of the plunger 14.
The other arm 23 'of the angle lever affects the lower plunger bearing 26, which can be displaced against the force of a spring 27 within limits transversely to the longitudinal axis of the plunger. When the plunger 14 moves up and down, a transverse movement is thus superimposed on it, so that the plunger executes a periodic pendulum stroke movement. The bearing 26 is designed or arranged so that the freedom of movement of the ram is guaranteed.
The transverse deflection (pendulum stroke) of the ram 14 changes automatically and in the same direction with the change of the ram stroke to the small or large stroke height. According to the basic illustration in FIG. 2, the large working stroke and the associated large pendulum stroke are achieved in the left-hand rotation. As a result of inertia and frictional forces, the plate lies against the stop 16 provided on the drive number wheel 1 for this purpose. The pendulum stroke can also be completely switched off or left at a maximum value or set to an intermediate value by adjusting the angle lever bearing 25 accordingly. In the former case, the stroke generated by the eccentric plate 11 runs to some extent empty. For cost reasons, the height adjustment of the angle lever bearing 25 is best done manually using means known per se, eg.
B. by means of an eccentric adjustment. A stop pin 29 is used to limit the downward movement of the bell crank bearing. If necessary, the entire sliding thrust crank drive must be provided with a balancing mass.
