BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a concrete spacer with a plurality of concrete blocks fastened to a plastic rail, which has an essentially double-T-shaped profile, and to a method for producing the same.
State of the art known. Recesses or grooves corresponding to the profile of the plastic rail are provided in the concrete blocks. They are pushed onto the plastic rail from the ends. The design of the profile of the plastic rail ensures a positive connection between it and the concrete blocks. However, the concrete blocks are necessarily slidable along the plastic rail. In order to fix them in a desired position so that they cannot move in the longitudinal direction, additional clamping or anchoring means are required.
Presentation of the invention
The invention, as characterized in claims 1 and 9, solves the problem of specifying how the concrete blocks can be attached to the plastic rail in a non-displaceable and simple manner and more efficiently, in particular without additional clamping or locking means.
According to the invention, the concrete blocks are accordingly molded onto the plastic rail before they harden in the fresh concrete state in such a way that they are bonded to the plastic rail on the finished concrete spacer.
Brief description of the drawings
Further features, advantages and preferred embodiments of the invention result from the detailed description below, in particular taking into account the attached drawings. Show it:
1 shows a perspective view of a concrete spacer with a plastic rail and concrete blocks molded thereon according to the invention
Figure 2 shows a block of concrete before it is molded onto the plastic rail in profile.
Way of carrying out the invention
Reference is now made to the drawings.
The concrete spacer shown in perspective in FIG. 1 has three concrete blocks, each designated 1, which are fastened to a plastic rail 2. The length of the plastic rail 2 and the number of concrete blocks 1 attached to it are only to be understood as examples. The length of the plastic rail 2 and the number of concrete blocks 1 attached to it could also be larger or smaller.
The plastic rail 2 has an essentially double T-shaped profile. The concrete blocks 1 are molded onto the plastic rail 2 in such a way that they surround their foot 2.2 and their web 2.1 flush, and are also flush with the surface of the head 2.4 of the plastic rail 2 on the web side.
According to the invention, the concrete blocks 1 are in the fresh concrete state, ie. H. as long as they are still plastically deformable, molded onto the plastic rail 2. For this purpose, they are pressed onto them (in the direction of arrow 3), their foot 2.2 and their web 2.1 pressing into them.
To make it easier to press onto the plastic rail 2, the concrete blocks 1 can be provided with a slot 1.1, as shown in FIG. 2, before they are pressed on. The slot should have a smaller width than the foot 2.2 of the plastic rail 2.
After pressing onto the plastic rail 2, the slot 1.1 having widened, the concrete blocks 1 are pressed flush onto the plastic rail by exerting pressure on both sides (in the direction of the arrows 4) on their side surfaces 1.2.
Molded onto the plastic rail 2 in this way, the concrete blocks are allowed to harden. After hardening, the concrete blocks are attached to the plastic rail in a form-fitting manner and are non-displaceably connected to it by adhesive bonding.
In order to achieve a certain interlocking between the concrete blocks 1 and the plastic rail 2, the web 2.1 of the plastic rail 2 can be provided with ribs 2.3 attached to the side. Alternatively or additionally, holes 2.5 can also be provided in the web 2.1 of the plastic rail 2, into which holes the fresh concrete penetrates when the concrete blocks 1 are formed.
In order to facilitate the pressing of the concrete blocks 1 onto the plastic rail 2 and to achieve the greatest possible flush between the concrete blocks 1 and the plastic rail 2, a plastic rail is preferably used, the foot 2.2 of which is rounded and the head 2.4 and foot 2.2 are continuously curved in their web 2.1 pass over. The respective radius of curvature of the said curvature should correspond to approximately half the length of the head 2.4 or foot 2.2.
The fresh concrete of the concrete blocks 1 can easily adapt to such a rounded profile during molding, so that there are no gaps or cavities not filled with concrete.
Particularly good results are achieved if the fresh concrete when the concrete blocks 1 are formed is characterized by a compaction dimension which is between 1.20 and 1.70. The compression ratio should preferably be 1.46.
The adhesive bond between the plastic rail 2 and the concrete blocks 1 can be increased even further by using an adhesive compound between the parts mentioned. The adhesive compound can be spread onto the plastic rail 2 on the plastic rail 2 before it is formed. Any adhesive compound that is used today, for example, to better bond two successively manufactured concrete parts, is basically suitable.
The rail profile of the plastic rail should be designed such that the length of the web 2.1 corresponds approximately to the width of the head 2.4 and the width of the foot approximately A thereof.
Both the plastic rail 2 and the concrete blocks can be produced from their mutual connection by extrusion.
The trapezoidal shape or the shape of a hexagon has proven itself as a profile for the concrete blocks 1.
