BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung ein Halteelement,
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a holding element for a flexible plastic pipe, in particular a heating pipe, with a U-shaped receiving channel for the pipe, the use thereof and a method for laying a flexible heating pipe made of plastic using holding elements.
Flexible heating pipes made of plastic are relatively stiff and no self-holding bends can be achieved with them, especially with tight bending radii. This leads to problems, particularly in those cases when laying the pipes to radiators, in which a clean and space-saving routing of the heating pipes is desired from the wall or from the floor to the radiator.
Holding elements with a U-shaped receiving channel for heating pipes are known, for example from CH-PS 636 173, which can be snapped onto a carrier and guide the pipe in a straight line over a short length. In the area of an arch, at least two holding elements, namely one at the beginning and one at the end of the arch, and a correspondingly shaped support are necessary. However, these holding elements are not suitable for holding flexible plastic heating pipes in bends with small radii of curvature, because there is a risk that they will be detached from the support as a result of the transverse forces.
The object of the invention is to provide a holding element for a flexible tube made of plastic, with which self-holding elbows of the tube can be reached even with small radii, which is easy to use and inexpensive to manufacture.
This object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. The holding element is a U-shaped profile piece, which is bent about an axis running approximately parallel to the legs of the profile piece, it is open on one side, as a result of which the tube can be introduced into the curved holding element in a simple manner. The forces that want to bring the tube back into its original straight shape are absorbed by the U-shaped profile piece and in particular by the legs, so that the tube is held in the curvature predetermined by the holding element.
In a preferred embodiment, holding projections, in particular cams, are arranged on the inside of the legs. These give the pipe a firm fit in the holding element and prevent it from jumping out.
In a further preferred embodiment, the legs are offset at least in one end region of the holding element, whereby the fixing of the holding element together with the tube is made possible in any position by means of a commercially available bracket.
Further preferred embodiments of the holding element are specified in the further dependent claims.
The holding element is particularly suitable for use in guiding a flexible heating pipe in places where it emerges curved from a floor or a wall; This enables and ensures that the pipe exits at right angles to the floor or wall.
The heating pipe is guided in or on a floor into a niche in a wall, or in or on a wall that forms an angle with the above-mentioned wall, into the niche, where it is bent, continued and led out of the niche under bending, the heating pipe is inserted into holding elements in the bends. This process enables the heating pipes to be laid very quickly and easily, since small radii and self-holding arches are achieved with the holding elements.
In the following, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, a preferred use of the same and a method for laying heating pipes will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Show it:
1 is a perspective view of a holding element,
2 in top view a holding element with a flexible heating tube made of plastic inserted therein,
Fig. 3 in a partially sectioned view, by means of a bracket fixed on a support element with an inserted heating tube, and
Fig. 4 shows a part of a heating installation in which the holding element is used.
Fig. 1 shows a holding element 10, which consists of a curved, upwardly open U-shaped profile piece 12.
Legs 16 and 18 adjoin a profile rounding 14 and run parallel to one another (cf. also FIG. 3).
In the legs 16 and 18 12 against the interior of the profile piece 12 cam 20 are arranged. The legs 16 and 18 are offset in the end regions 21 and 21 '.
As can be seen particularly well in FIG. 2, the U-shaped profile piece 12 is bent by 90 ° about an axis 22 which runs parallel to the legs 16, 18 and at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the profile piece 12. As a result, the holding element is open transversely to the curvature and forms a curved receiving channel for a heating tube 24 made of plastic, which can be introduced into the holding element 10 in a simple manner. For this purpose, the flexible heating tube 24 is pre-bent by hand in accordance with the curvature of the holding element 10 and inserted into the U-profile piece 12, wherein it is pressed under slight pressure behind the cams 20, which prevent the heating tube 24 from jumping out of the holding element 10.
3, the holding element 10 with the heating tube 24 inserted therein is shown fastened on a base 28 by means of a bracket 26. The clear height H of the profile piece 12 from the inside of the profile rounding 14 to the end of the legs 16 and 18 corresponds approximately to the outer diameter D of the heating tube 24. The bracket 26 comprises the heating tube 24 in a U-shape and the stepped end region 21 of the profile piece 12. Die Bride is fastened to the base 28 by means of two screws 30, 30 '.
It is also possible for the opening of the holding element 10 to lie on the base 28, the heating tube 24 being covered by the latter in the region of the holding element 10. The heating tube 24 is held by the holding element 10 in the curvature predetermined by this, and the whole can be fixed on the base 28 by means of a single bracket 26. It is quite clear that the holding element 10 does not have to rest on the base 28 over its entire length, but it can also be directed away from the base 28 with its end remote from the bracket 26. It is also obvious that the holding element 10 can be bent at any angle.
The holding element 10 can also be free, i. H. can be used without attachment by means of a bracket 26.
The holding element 10 is made of aluminum. But it can also consist of another metal or a plastic.
4 shows an example of the use of the holding element 10 in a heating installation.
On the floor 30, the base 28, an insulation mat, is arranged, on which the heating pipe 24 is laid.
The heating tube 24 is surrounded by an insulation sleeve 32, which is only partially shown in FIG. 4. It is bent in a recess 34 in a wall 36 and introduced into a holding element 10 which holds the heating pipe 24 in the bend. By means of a second holding element 10, the heating pipe 24 is bent at the desired location from the niche 34 to a valve 38 of a radiator 40.
Since very small arc radii can be achieved by using the holding element 10, only small niches 34 are necessary and, moreover, the heating tube 24 can be guided out of the wall 36 to the valve 38. After laying the heating pipe 24, this is covered by a covering 42, shown in broken lines in FIG. 4, and the recess 34 is bricked up.
It can also be seen that this installation method is also suitable for the transition of a heating pipe 24 from a wall to the wall (36) on which the heating element 40 is arranged.
