Description
Bei Raumheizungsanlagen mit im Baukörper verlegten Heizrohrleitungen, z. B. bei Bodenheizungsanlagen, werden neuerdings anstelle von Eisenrohren Kunststoffrohre für die Heizrohrleitungen verwendet. Für diesen Zweck bestimmte Leitungsrohre aus Kunststoff sin#d elastisch biegbar, aber verhältnismässig steif, so dass beim Verlegen derartiger Leitungsrohre an Biegestellen besondere Massnahmen erforderlich sind, um zu erreichen, dass die gewünschte Krümmung eines Roh fes nach-dem Biegen desselben erhalten bleibt. Da eine Verankerung des Rohrbogens an einem festen Bauteil aus baulichen und betrieblichen Gründen meist ausser Betracht fällt, hat man sich bisher damit beholfen, das Rohr an der Biegestelle zu erwärmen, im Warmzustand zu biegen und bis zum Erkalten in der gewünschten Krümmung festzuhalten.
Diese Schwierigkeiten lassen sich vermeiden, wenn zum Verlegen von elastisch biegbaren Leitungsrohren an den Biegestellen ein Montagekrümmer verwendet wird, der erfindungsgemäss gekennzeichnet ist durch eine gekrümmte Blechrinne mit am Rinnenrand vorstehenden Lappen, die dazu bestimmt sind, durch Umbiegen zur Rinne hin ein in diese eingelegtes Leitungsrohr darin zu fixieren.
Ein solcher Montagekrümmer, der nach der Montage am Leitungsrohr verbleibt und im Falle einer Heizungsrohrleitung in den Baukörper mit eingegossen werden kann, ist günstig herzustellen und einfach und rasch zu handhaben. Mit diesem Hilfsmittel wird für die Verlegung von Leitungsrohren der genannten Art erheblich an Arbeitszeit eingespart.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht des Montagekrümmers;
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht desselben; und
Fig. 3 den Montagekrümmer mit eingelegtem und fixiertem, gebogenem Leitungsrohr.
Der in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Montagekrümmer besteht aus einer gekrümmten Blechrinne 1, die z. B. ein Viertelskreisbogenstück bildet. Am inneren Rinnenrand sind vorstehende Lappen 2 angeordnet.
Das elastisch biegbare Leitungsrohr 3, das z. B. aus Kunststoff besteht, wird an der dafür vorgesehenen Stelle gebogen und gemäss Fig. 3 in die Blechrinne 1 eingelegt. Dann werden die Lappen 2 zur Rinne hin umgebogen, um das Leitungsrohr 3 in der Blechrinne 1 zu fixieren. Die dem Leitungsrohr 3 verliehene Krümmung bleibt dadurch erhalten, wobei der Montagekrümmer ausserdem das Leitungsrohr 3 an der Biegestelle gegen Knickung schützt.
Der Montagekrümmer kann gegenüber dem darin fixierten Leitungsrohr so viel Ubermass aufweisen, dass die Lage der Biegestelle nachträglich korrigiert, d. h das Leitungsrohr im Montagekrümmer nachgeschoben werden kann.
In the case of space heating systems with heating pipes laid in the building, e.g. B. in floor heating systems, plastic pipes have recently been used for the heating pipes instead of iron pipes. Plastic pipes designed for this purpose are elastically bendable, but relatively stiff, so that special measures are required when laying such pipes at bending points in order to ensure that the desired curvature of a raw material is retained after it has been bent. Since anchoring the pipe bend to a solid component is usually not taken into account for structural and operational reasons, it has so far been possible to heat the pipe at the bending point, bend it when it is warm and hold it in the desired curvature until it has cooled down.
These difficulties can be avoided if an assembly elbow is used to lay elastically bendable conduit pipes at the bending points, which is characterized according to the invention by a curved sheet metal channel with tabs protruding at the edge of the channel, which are intended to be inserted into this by bending towards the channel to fix in it.
Such an assembly elbow, which remains on the conduit pipe after assembly and, in the case of a heating pipe, can be cast into the building, is inexpensive to manufacture and easy and quick to handle. This tool saves a considerable amount of working time for the laying of conduits of the type mentioned.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, namely show:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the mounting elbow;
Fig. 2 is a side view of the same; and
Fig. 3 the assembly elbow with inserted and fixed, bent pipe.
The assembly elbow shown in Figures 1 and 2 consists of a curved sheet metal channel 1, the z. B. forms a quarter circle arc. Projecting tabs 2 are arranged on the inner edge of the channel.
The resiliently bendable conduit 3, the z. B. consists of plastic, is bent at the point provided and inserted into the sheet metal channel 1 according to FIG. Then the tabs 2 are bent over towards the channel in order to fix the conduit 3 in the sheet metal channel 1. The curvature imparted to the conduit 3 is thereby retained, the assembly elbow also protecting the conduit 3 against kinking at the bending point.
The assembly elbow can be so much oversized compared to the conduit fixed therein that the position of the bending point is corrected afterwards, i.e. h the conduit can be pushed into the assembly elbow.
