BESCHREIBUNG
DIN-Norm 4102-A spezifizierten Eigenschaften.
35 an.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a room termination according to the preamble of claim 1. The room termination can in particular be formed by a wall and / or a roof of a building.
A known window has a window pane held in a frame, each frame leg being formed from a wooden profile bar. Two fire protection panels made of asbestos cement are attached to each profile bar, which overlap edge sections of the two surfaces of the window pane facing away from one another. One of the two fire protection panels is fixed in a groove of the wooden profile bar by gluing and covered with a wooden bar. The other fire protection plate is screwed into the throat of the wooden profile bar with screws. The installation of the grooves and throats in the wooden profile bars increases the cost of production.
Furthermore, in the event that a wall has several windows located close to and / or above one another, four fire protection panels must be attached individually for each window on the inside and outside thereof, which likewise has an unfavorable effect on the costs. Furthermore, the fire protection panels, which are fastened in each throat of a profile bar and can be seen from the surroundings of the window, have an unsightly effect.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a space closure with at least one window pane which is surrounded by profile bars made of non-fire-resistant material and is held on its two mutually facing surfaces with edge sections by these overlapping fire protection panels, the profile bars being inexpensive to manufacture and the fire protection panels should be economically attachable to the profile bars.
This object is achieved by a space closure of the type mentioned in the introduction, the space closure according to the invention being characterized by the characterizing part of claim 1. Advantageous further developments of the room termination emerge from the dependent claims.
The object of the invention will now be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. The drawing shows:
1 is a view of the side of a window facing the interior of a building,
Fig. 2 is a vertical section through parts of a window and the adjacent masonry along the line II-II of Figure 1 on a larger scale and
3 shows a horizontal section through parts of two adjacent windows along the line III-III of FIG. 1 on the same scale as FIG. 2.
A building 1 partially shown in FIG. 1 has a room termination, namely a wall 3 with fixed glazing, i.e. openable windows 5, which are arranged in rows next to and on top of each other and the formation of which is particularly clearly visible in FIGS. 2 and 3. For each window 5, the wall 3 has a window opening 11 in which a window pane 13 is arranged, which has at least one glass plate and e.g. has two spaced glass plates and forms a double glazing.
The wall 3 has masonry 21, at least below the window openings of the lowest row of windows, the surface of which in the area of the window 5 is provided with an insulating layer 23 consisting of different insulating and sealing materials. On this is a wooden square bar 25, which runs parallel to the lower edge of the window pane 13 and projects a little in cross-section on both sides of the window pane.
In the upper, horizontal pane edges of the uppermost row of windows and in those vertical pane edges * n which form the end of a horizontal row of windows, shaped bars are formed similar to the section bar 25.
Between the vertical edges of the window panes 13 one at the adjacent window 5 wooden square profile bars 27 are arranged, which also protrude a little on both sides in cross section on the window panes. Between the horizontal pane edges of windows located one above the other, similarly to the profiled bar 27, shaped bars are present. The wooden square profile bars run uninterrupted over the entire length of the edges of the window openings 11 delimited by them, e.g. the wooden, horizontal square profile bars can extend continuously over a horizontal row of windows and the vertical square profile bars can each extend over the heights of a window opening.
The wooden square profile bars are rigidly connected to each other and the remaining parts of the wall 3 with fastening means not shown, the square profile bars bordering on the masonry e.g. are attached to the masonry with dowels. The window panes 13 are with their
Edges, i.e. Narrow sides or end faces on between them and the wooden square profile bars 25, 27, e.g. existing wooden block elements 29.
On the inside of the building as well as on the long sides of the wooden side facing the outside of the building
Square profile bars 25, 27 and the other, these corre sponding square profile bars are elongated, cross-sectionally rectangular fire protection plates 31, 33, 35, 37 arranged and rigidly with for example nails formed fastening elements 39 on the wooden square profile bars 25, 27 fixed. The fire protection panels are made of non-metallic, asbestos-free, non-flammable material and have the in the
Properties specified in DIN standard 4102-A. The fire protection panels 35, 37 are e.g. from the silicate fiber material available under the trade name Promatect from the company Promat Gesellschaft für Moderne Werkstoffe mbH & Co. KG.
The fire protection panels 31, 35 located on the inside of the window panes 13 are e.g. on their sides facing the interior of the building, e.g. with a
Fournier layer 41 and 43 provided. The fire protection panels, or more precisely, the surfaces spanned by their broad sides, run parallel to those of the wall 3 and
Layers spanned levels inside and outside of the window panes. The fire protection panels 31, 35 and the other fire protection panels located on the inside of the window panes 13 overlap strip-shaped edge sections of the window panes facing the building interior sides or surfaces.
The fire protection panels 31, 33 and the other horizontal fire protection panels can e.g. just like the wooden, horizontal square profile, it has several windows or just about that
Extend the width of a window opening 11. The vertical fire protection panels, to which the panels 35, 37 belong, can extend approximately over the height of the window openings. The horizontal and vertical fire protection panels abut one another in such a way that together they completely enclose or surround the window panes 13 on all sides along the edges thereof, both on the inside of the building and on the outside of the building.
Between the Randab cut the inner and outer sides of the window panes 13 and the sections of the fire protection panels 31, 33, 35, 37 which overlap these edge sections are used as seals and e.g. strips 45, 47, 49, 51 glued to the window panes and / or fire protection panels are arranged from an elastic, deformable, non-flammable material designed according to DIN standard 4101-A, which e.g. is available under the name Fiberfrax from Perennator Werke, Wiesbaden, FRG and at least partially consists of foam.
Each window 13 is provided with a frame 61 on the side of the window pane 13 facing the interior of the building. The two horizontal frame legs and the two vertical frame legs of each frame 61 each consist of a wooden bar 63 or 65, specifically a profile bar with two legs 63a, 63b or 65a, 65b which are perpendicular to one another in cross section and which are located on the circumferential side of the frame 61 form a groove 63c or 65c facing the window pane.
The fire protection plates 31, 35 located on the inside of the window panes protrude into the grooves 63c and 65c, so that the legs 63a, 65a on strip-shaped edge sections of the sides or surfaces of the window panes 13 facing the building interior and parallel to the window panes 13 Fire protection plates 31 and 35 or, more precisely, the Fournier layers 41 and 43 covering them.
The legs 63b, 65b of the bars 63, 65 rest against the edge or end faces 31a and 35a of the fire protection plates 31 and 35 facing the central region of the window pane 13 in question and perpendicular to the plane spanned by the window pane. The ends of the legs 63b, 65b facing the window panes are at least approximately flush with the surfaces of the fire protection plates 31, 35 resting on the square profile bars 25, 27, so that the bars 63, 65 of the frame 61 correspond to the middle area of the relevant area Window pane 13 facing narrow sides, ie cover at least for the most part and preferably completely the edge or end faces 31a or 35a of the fire protection plates 31 or 35 which are perpendicular to the window panes.
The bars 63, 65 forming the frame legs of the frame 61 are fastened to the fire protection plates 31, 35 with fastening elements 67, namely with nails. The gaps between the window panes 13 and the ends of the legs 63b, 65b of the bars 63 and 65 facing them are preferably made of an elastic, e.g. non-flammable silicone filling compound formed strips 69 filled.
On the outside of the horizontal fire protection plates 33 located outside the window panes 13, an angular, metallic profile rod 71 is fastened in the lower region thereof. Furthermore, metallic profile bars 73, 75 are arranged on the outer sides of the fire protection panels located outside the window panes 13 and are releasably attached to the fire protection panels with fastening elements 77, which are indicated in a simplified manner. The fasteners 77 can e.g. have parts held on the fire protection plates, on which the profile bars 73, 75 can be detachably attached by clipping.
Each window 13 is provided on the outside with a frame 81, the horizontal and vertical legs of which form an obtuse angle in cross section, metallic profile bars 83 and 85, which are preferably releasably attached to the profile bars 73 or 75 and to their window panes 13 facing edges hold rubber-elastic sealing strips 87, for example one and the same sealing strip can run along all four legs of a frame 81.
The metallic profile bars 71, 73, 75, 83, 85, which are preferably made of light metal, together cover the outer surfaces facing the surroundings of the building 1 and parallel to the window panes and the narrow sides facing the central region of the respective window pane, i.e. the edge or end faces 33a, 37a of the fire protection plates 33 or, respectively, which are at right angles to the window panes and
37 completely to the outside.
If e.g. A fire breaks out inside the building, the incombustible fire protection panels 31, 33, 35, 37 protect the wooden square profile bars 25, 27 and block elements 29 located between them against the fire and hold together with the square profile bars 25, 27 and blocking elements 29 also secure the window panes in the event that the wooden frames 61 are more or less scorched or burned. The wall 3 and its windows 5 thus have a high fire resistance and can be produced in spite of the parts which are comparatively little different and which can be assembled with little work, so that the wall can be produced economically.
It has a particularly advantageous effect on the manufacturing costs that sufficient fire resistance can be achieved without steel profile bars 63, 65 still forming on the side facing the window pane 13 of the wooden profile bars 63, 65 forming the frame 61.
The number and arrangement of the windows in the wall can, of course, be varied within wide limits, although possibly only a single window could be provided. While with wall 3 many fire protection panels overlap edge sections of window panes belonging to two windows or even two rows of windows, one could of course also form walls in which each window opening is enclosed by fire protection panels belonging exclusively to one window.
To fasten the fire protection panels and wooden frame legs, screws and / or possibly an adhesive could be used instead of the fastening elements consisting of nails.
Furthermore, the wooden square profile bars 25, 27 could be made, in whole or in part, by profile bars made of at least one other non-fire-resistant and non-fire-resistant material, e.g. a heat insulating plastic and / or composite material can be replaced. In addition, one could possibly provide on the outside of the wall instead of the frame 81 with metallic profile bars 83, 85 frames made of wooden profile bars, in which case the metallic profile bars 71, 73, 75 would also be replaced by other cover parts.
Instead of or in addition to a wall, the room termination could form, for example, an inclined and / or gable-shaped or flat roof or at least part of such a roof. This roof could then have at least one window designed in the same way as the windows 5.
