Wand.
Wall. The present invention relates to a bar and interposed filling elements on a facing wall, characterized in that the bars and filling elements have abutting cheeks with a surface inclined to the wall surface, with which the elements lie tightly against one another.
Various embodiments of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings.
1 and 2 each show a horizontal section through an intermediate wall post with wall filling elements adjoining on both sides, and FIG. 3 illustrates a horizontal section through a wall corner pillar with adjoining wall panels; 4 shows a vertical section through a cornice beam supported on the building foundation wall with adjoining, upward-going wall panels; 5 shows a vertical section through a knee-high purlin with adjoining wall panels; Fig. 6 is a vertical section through a lower chord and by going out from these wall panels, and Fig. 7 shows a horizontal section through a further embodiment.
In Fig. 1, 1 is an intermediate post of the wall serving as a support, which is formed from a beam and has an approximately T-shaped profile, the transition from the web to the flanges being formed by the sloping surfaces 3 and its side parts 2 each form a cheek. But since the production of the post from one piece requires a lot of work and significant material loss, the surfaces 3 could, as shown in dashed lines, form a cheek 2 on each,
lumbar special piece can be provided, which is glued and nailed on a bar with a rectangular cross-section. On the outer side of the post with respect to da.s building, the boards 5, which form the outer wall, are placed on both sides of the filling elements 5, 9, 10 between the posts, with 5 of the two between the two ends of the boards the post abutting filling elements a gap remains free. These filling elements consist of an outer wall 5, an inner wall 9 and a frame formed by strips 10 which have a cheek 11 with an oblique surface 3 aufwei sen.
A cover strip 6 is placed on the ends of the boards 5, which on the inside carries a bar 7 which fills the space between the boards 5 and whose thickness is slightly smaller than that of the outer boards 5. The deck bar 6 is held by means of a head screw 8 passing through the carrier 1 to rest against the external circuit. Analogous to how the cover strip 6 covers the ends of the outer boards 5, the ends of the parts of the filling elements forming inner boards 9 are covered by a cover strip 6a, on wel cher the head of the screw 8 is supported.
When the screw is tightened, the filling elements are pressed through the cover strip 6a with the strip cheek against the corresponding cheek of the beam 1, whereby a tight seal is achieved while at the same time the rest of the board 5 on the strips 6 is maintained.
Expediently, during the construction of the filler elements, their cavities 12 are stuffed with a heat-insulating filler material, such as cork grist, sawdust, slag, glass wool, asbestos fiber or the like, or a mixture of such materials, before they are completely closed.
The wall shown in Fig. 2 shows a post 13, which differs from the first drilled above all by the greater width of the profile and is therefore preferably used to accommodate large loads, such as. B. Beams. This post 13 has recesses 14 on its outside to take on the outer wall boards 5 of the Füllele elements. The cover strip 6 is formed without filler bar and is held by means of two wood screws 8 arranged next to each other, the heads of which rest on an inner cover strip 6a, as in the previous example, whereby they cover the ends of the outer wall boards 5.
When the screws are drawn in, the filling elements, which can easily move upwards, are pressed with the inclined surface of their cheeks against the corresponding inclined surface of the cheeks of the post.
In Fig. 3 is shown as a corner post 15 formed from beam, which has the cheeks 2 on two abutting sides. To derzupressen the inclined surfaces between the strips 10 and the post 15 gegeneinan, wood screws 22 are provided, which are driven from the inner switchboards 9 through cheeks 11 in the cheeks 2 and thereby press the schie fen surfaces against each other. The wood screws 8 holding the cover strips have their heads embedded in the post 15 in this case.
Fig. 4 shows a cornice beam 17 supported on the masonry 16, on which the filling element, which is arranged between the sem support 17 and an upper horizontal beam supporting itself on the Füllele, rests, and on wel chem the filling element by the Weight of the structure above it is pressed. A cheek 2 is provided on the upper side of the carrier 17, against the inclined surface 3 of which the corresponding counter-cheek 11 of a strip 10 of the wall compartment filling element 5, 9, 10 is pressed by the weight of the parts.
A similar cheek is also provided on the top of the filling element, which cooperates in the manner described with a cheek of the upper beam.
In Fig. 5 the connection of two filling elements with a knee-high purlin 18 holding the same is illustrated, the connection of the purlin to the underlying filling element being made in that an incision is provided on the purlin through which a cheek 2 with an inclined surface is formed, against which the counter cheek 11 lays on the filling element with the surface 3.
On the upper side of the purlin, the cheek is formed by a strip-shaped protrusion. The upper cheek 2 and the two cheeks 11 could also be special, BEZW on the bar. Attachments attached to the strips are formed, as indicated by dotted lines.
Fig. 6 illustrates a horizontal support bar 19, for example a lower chord with filling elements guided up and down from there, 'wherein the bar 19 is attached to a. Girder 20 abuts. Here, two cheeks 2 are provided on the beam, in such a way that two inclined surfaces directed against one another are created, and the counter cheek 11 is designed as a double cheek which has two corresponding counter surfaces.
7 is a section through a wall part with two filling elements, the cavities 12 of which are filled with an insulating material. These two elements are pressed with the strips against the pentagonal support 21 by means of nails 22 which pass through the cheeks 3 on the strips 10, which in turn creates a seal on the surfaces 3.
To prevent warping of the wall elements, it is advisable to place the outer filler boards horizontally and the inner boards askew on the strips 10. During assembly, the filler elements will then be arranged in such a way that the direction of the crooked boards is in the Cut one half of a building wall in the direction of the crooked boards of the other half of the wall.
