BESCHREIBUNG

DESCRIPTION
The invention is based on a device for triggering and stabilizing pendulum movements of a cable car, particularly when entering the station, which vehicle is suspended by means of a clamp provided on the suspension arm on a conveyor cable moving between two stations, the vehicle being disconnected from each station in each station Conveyor rope - can be guided on its rollers provided on the clamp via a transfer rail.
The vehicle can be a cable car, a gondola or the like in a cable railway. Such a vehicle is suspended by means of an automatic clamp provided on the hanger arm on a conveyor cable moving between two stations. In each station of the cable railway, the vehicle is disconnected from the conveyor cable and guided on its rollers provided on the clamp over a transfer rail, not shown.
When entering the station - when entering the transfer rail - the vehicle is exposed to an excessive impact load. This problem becomes even more serious because new vehicle speeds and ever greater dimensions are being used. The problems caused by shock loads, especially when the vehicle enters a station, have not been satisfactorily solved so far.
Vehicles from e.g. B. Single ropeway orbits are deflected transversely by wind and must be safely guided from these extreme locations through appropriate introduction funnels into the stations.
A hinge is usually installed between the hanger and the cabin so that the cabin can swing sideways when it is inserted into the station transfer rail, in order to protect passengers, the vehicle and solid components from excessive stress. However, this joint has the disadvantage in the case of larger cabins that they tilt sideways in the case of one-sided occupancy by the passengers, which is particularly uncomfortable in cabins with standing room.
Hangers without joints, d. H. with a relatively rigid connection between the rope clamp and the cabin, require an introduction at the bottom of the cabin, which leads to high stress for the passengers and cabin, because the insertion forces have a direct and practically undamped effect. In addition, such guides are difficult to implement because there are usually ski quivers on the outside of the cabin and therefore the prescribed longitudinal and transverse oscillations can hardly be covered completely.
A stabilization device for carriages from suspension railways, which has a relatively rigid connection between the wheels running over a rope and the carriage, is described in DE OS 30 03 996. At the bottom of the car there are two vertical rollers and two horizontal rollers. The stabilization device comprises two guide rods arranged in the station, which are bent outwards so that they form a trumpet-shaped inlet for the horizontal and vertical rollers of the carriage. The two guide rods are equipped with shock absorbers so that they can be swiveled. When the carriage swivels transversely to the travel axis, the vertical rollers alternately touch the guide rods until the pendulum movement ends.
The invention defined in claim 1 has for its object to provide a device for triggering and stabilizing pendulum movements of a cable railway vehicle, which allows the vehicle to be kept relatively rigid in normal operation, but on the other hand, with excessive impact load, especially when entering the station, it level out allow. Such a device should consist of simple means which are not susceptible to malfunction.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
Advantageously, the first mechanical part is a swivel head rotatably mounted in the pull tab and longitudinally displaceable in the pressure support via a bearing bush with a cam piece, and the second mechanical part is a support roller mounted in the pressure support with a spring-loaded guide bush.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example. Show it:
1 shows a schematic representation of a vehicle of a cable railway suspended on a conveyor cable with the device according to the invention for triggering and stabilizing pendulum movements thereof,
2 is a sectional view of the inventive device according to FIG. 1 in its rigid position,
3 is a sectional view of the device according to the invention according to FIG. 1 in its rotated and shifted position,
Fig. 4 is a section along the line IV-IV of Fig. 2, and
5 shows a section along the line V-V of FIG. 2nd
The vehicle 1 of a cable railway has a hanger arm 2 with an automatic clamp 3 by means of which it is fastened to a conveyor cable 4 so that it can be clamped off. A plurality of rollers 5 are also provided on the clamp 3 at this end of the suspension arm 2 in one plane. The conveyor cable 4 runs between two stations and takes the vehicle 1 clamped to it by means of the clamp 3 from one station to the other.
In each of the stations, not shown, the vehicle 1 is disconnected from the conveyor cable 4 by loosening the clamp 3 and guided onto its rollers 5 on a transfer rail, not shown. The vehicle 1 is transferred on the transfer rail from the entry area to the exit area of the station.
where it is clamped again on the conveyor cable 4 by means of the clamp 3.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the device for triggering and stabilizing pendulum movements of the vehicle 1 is located above the vehicle 1 in a triangular bracket consisting of a pull tab 6 and a pressure support 7 connected to it. The triangular boom is in two pivot points A, B, d. H. one end of the pull tab 6 and the pressure support 7, rotatably connected to the hanger arm 2 at a distance from each other.
Two mechanical parts 8, 9 which act on one another when a defined load-dependent torque is exceeded are provided in the pressure support 6. The first mechanical part 8 is a swivel head which is rotatably mounted in the pull tab 6 and which is longitudinally displaceable in the guide 23 of the pressure support 7 via a bearing bush 11 with flats 24 with a curved piece 14. This first mechanical part 8 is connected to the vehicle 1 via a suspension 10 Connection. The second mechanical part 9 is a support roller mounted in the pressure support 7 with a spring-loaded guide bush 12.
The curve piece 14 is fastened to the joint head 8 by means of a screw 15 and on its surface facing the support roller 9 it has a recess with which it engages on the support roller 9.
The guide bushing 12 is loaded by a plate spring assembly 17, which in turn is supported against the collar 13 of the guide bushing 12 and on the other hand against a support plate 18. The spring force created by compressing the plate spring assembly 17 is transmitted back to the joint head 8 via screws 19 with spacer tubes 20 and jaws 21.
The two pivot points A, B are formed by two bolts 22 inserted in the hanger arm 2. By means of these bolts, the one ends of the pull tab 6 and the pressure support 7 are fastened to the hanger arm at a distance from one another, but are rotatable. The connection point A of the other ends of the pull tab 6 and the pressure support 7 is formed by a bolt 22 which passes through the joint head 8 and is inserted non-rotatably in the pull tab 6.
When a defined, load-dependent torque is exceeded, which is caused by an impact, in particular when the vehicle 1 is introduced onto the transfer rail when it enters the station, the two parts 8, 9 act on one another. The first part 8, which is connected to the vehicle 1, is rotated and at the same time longitudinally displaced in the pressure support 7 due to the shape of the curve piece 14. Here, the curve piece 14 is rolled by the rotary movement of the joint head on the support roller 9, so that the rigid suspension is released and the vehicle 1 can swing transversely to the direction of travel.
Due to the spring force of the plate spring assembly 17 transmitted on the joint head 8 and the deflected gravity of the vehicle, the curve piece 14 is gradually brought into its original position, in which the recess 16 engages on the support roller 9. As a result, the pendulum movements of the vehicle 1 also end transversely to the direction of travel.
The pressure force in the pressure support 7 is used in this way for the load-dependent function of the device. The load-dependent pressure force is transmitted from the joint head 8 via the curve piece 14 to the support roller 9, which is mounted in the pressure support 7.
The triggering torque is determined by a corresponding geometry of the curve piece 14 and the choice of the spring force of the plate spring assembly 17 and the component of the weight force.
