Description

The subject invention relates to a device for fixing a driving means of a cable car installation, such as a cabin or an armchair, on a hanger bar, which at its upper end with a drive, with a cooperating with the hoisting rope or traction cable of the cableway system coupling clamp and formed with a guide roller is, further wherein the driving means is provided at its upper end with a support means by means of which it is articulated at the lower end of the hanger rod in a direction to the hoisting rope or traction rope pivotable manner. Such a device is known from AT 395965 B.

Known cableway systems have a hoisting rope or a traction rope, which is guided in the stations via deflection pulleys, wherein at least one of the deflection pulleys is formed with a drive. By means of the hoisting rope or the hoisting rope are driving means, such as armchairs or cabins, which can be coupled to this by means of coupling clamps, movable. The driving means are located respectively at the lower end of a hanger rod, which are formed at its upper end with a drive, with the coupling clamp and with a guide roller. The driving means are hinged to the lower end of the hanger rod so that they are pivotable about an axis oriented approximately parallel to the hoist rope or pull rope.

Along the route of the cableway system, the driving means are coupled by means of the coupling clamp to the hoisting rope or traction rope, through which they with the speed of the hoisting rope or pulling rope of 5 m / sec to 6 m / sec from the valley station to the mountain station or from the mountain station be moved to the valley station. In the stations, the driving means are uncoupled from the hoisting rope or traction cable and are moved by means of conveyor wheels along guide rails through the stations at a speed of about 0.5 m / sec. Since the movement of the driving means through the stations takes place at a speed substantially lower than the speed of the hoisting rope, the driving means can be boarded or left by the passengers.

Since the driving equipment are still coupled with their entry into the stations on the hoisting rope or traction cable, they can perform about its axis transversely to this taking place pivoting movements. However, since it must be ensured that the drives get to the guide rails, there is a need to form the hanger rods with guide rollers, which are assigned at the entrances to the stations funnel-like trained rails through which fixed to the hanger rods driving means in an approximately vertical position be pivoted.

Since the driving means are pivotally mounted at the lower end of the hanger rod about an axis extending approximately in the direction of the hoisting cable or Zugseiles, occurs at a pivoting of the hanger rod by means provided in the entrance area of the guide rail the effect that the driving resources due to the moment of inertia against the Hanging rod first perform an opposite pivotal movement and settle only in the sequence in an approximately vertical position. These occurring during entry into the stations pivoting movements, which are caused by the previously used articulation of the driving means at the lower end of the hanger rod, therefore represent an impairment of driving comfort for the passengers, as a result, a strong pivoting of the driving resources and subsequently several oscillations same occur. In addition, since the relevant pivot axis of the driving resources is at their upper ends, the driving resources can take very strong slopes.

The subject invention is based on the object, the attachment of the driving means on the hanger rod in such a way that the disadvantages of the prior art are avoided. This is inventively achieved in that the articulation of the driving means is formed at the lower end of the hanger rod by two links, which are transverse to the hoisting rope or traction cable from each other at a distance and which extend obliquely upward to one another, with their free ends on the one hand to the support device and on the other hand articulated at the lower end of the hanger rod.

On the one hand, the handlebars according to the invention cause the driving means to be pivoted in the same direction during a pivoting of the hanger rod caused by the guide rails when the driving equipment enters the station, thereby avoiding the opposite pivoting thereof. In addition, because of the mutual alignment of the two handlebars the fictitious Swivel axis is located far above the Fahrbetriebsmittels, it takes in this pivotal movement over the previous mounting a lower inclinations. Due to both of these facts, a significantly increased ride comfort is effected.

Preferably, the imaginary intersection of the two links is in the rest position of the driving means in an area above the lower end of the hanger rod. Furthermore, the two links are preferably formed in pairs, wherein the two pairs of parts are each laterally outside the lower end of the hanger rod. In this case, the two pairs of parts of the handlebars can be connected to each other by web plates.

According to a preferred embodiment, the two links together enclose an angle of 10 ° to 50 °, in particular of about 25 ° to 30 °. Furthermore, at least one damping element may be provided between the lower end of the hanger rod and the carrying device, the damping element may be formed by at least one arranged between the lower end of the hanger rod and the support shock absorber and may be provided between the support means and the driving means at least one damping device. Preferably, the lower end of the hanger bar is approximately horizontally aligned.

In Figure 1, a fixed to the lower end portion 1a of a hanger rod 1 cabin 2 a cable car system is shown. At the upper end of the hanger rod 1 there is a drive 11, a coupling clamp 12 which can be actuated via a coupling lever 13 by means of a control roller 14, and a guide roller 15, which are assigned in the stations of the cable car installation guide rails. The lower end part 1a of the hanger rod 1 is oriented approximately horizontally. By means of the coupling clamp 12 attached to the lower end portion 1a of the hanger rod 1 cable car cabin 2 can be coupled to the hoisting rope 10 and to the traction cable of the cable car system.

The cable car cabin 2 is formed on its upper side with a support frame 21 which is fixed to the cable car cabin 2 with the interposition of spring elements 22. The attachment of the cable car cabin 2 at the lower end portion 1a of the hanger rod 1 by means of two links 3 and 4, which are mounted with its two ends on the one hand on the support frame 21 and on the other hand at the lower end portion 1a of the hanger rod bolts 31, 32 and 41, 42. Since the located in the support frame 21 bearing pins 31 and 41 from each other at a greater distance from each other than the bearing pins 32 and 42 from each other, close the handlebars 3 and 4 together up an acute angle α of about 30 °. Between the lower end portion 1 a of the hanger rod and the support frame 21 a shock absorber 5 is further arranged.
The cable car cabin 2 is further formed with a container 24 for receiving skis and with laterally projecting guide runners 25 and 26, wherein the guide runner 25 also serves as a footboard.

As can be seen further from Fig.2, the links 3 and 4 are formed in pairs, wherein the two pairs of parts 3a, 3b and 4a, 4b are laterally outside the lower part 1a of the hanger rod and are interconnected by web plates 3c, 4c ,

3 and 4, the operation of the device according to the invention for fastening the cable car cabin 2 at the lower end portion 1a of the hanger rod 1 is explained below:
The cable car cabins 2 coupled by means of the coupling clamps 12 to the hoisting rope 10 or to the traction rope are to be moved by means of the hoisting rope 10 or hoisting rope which is moved at speeds of 5 m / sec to 6 m / sec from a first station, eg the valley station a second station, such as the mountain station promoted. In the inlet region of the second station is one of the guide roller 15 associated Guide rail 16, which is formed at its beginning with an enlarged opening 16a and their cooperating with the guide roller 15 running surfaces 17 and 18 along the trajectory so far approach each other that the guide roller 15 is guided both from above and from below. Soferne the hanger rod 1 and the cable car cabin 2 at the entrance to the station, as shown in Figure 3, compared to the middle layer has a clockwise pivot position, the guide roller 15 comes to the upper tread 17 to the plant. Since the two treads 17 and 18 approach each other along the trajectory, the hanger rod 1 is pivoted counterclockwise in the position shown in dashed lines. Due to the attachment of the cable car cabin 2 by means of the handlebars 3 and 4, the lower end portion 1a of the hanger rod 1, the cable car cabin 2 performs a translational movement and a pivoting movement in each case in the counterclockwise direction, oscillations are largely avoided. Since further the fictitious fulcrum of the cable car cabin 2 is located at a great distance from the upper end of the cable car cabin 2, correspondingly small inclinations of the cable car cabin 2 occur during the pivoting movement.

In Figure 4 that portion of the guide rail 16 is shown, in which the uncoupled from the support and hoisting rope 10 hanger rod 1 is guided by means of the guide roller 15 so that they can perform any pivoting movements. In contrast, the cable car cabin 2 by means of the handlebars 3 and 4 occupy pivotal positions. However, the maximum inclinations of the cable car cabin 2 are much lower than would then be the case if this would be pivotable about a single provided in the end part 1a of the hanger rod 1 pivot.

In Figure 5, a variant over the embodiment of Figure 1 is shown to the effect that the two links 3 and 4 together form an acute angle α of about 25 °. As a result, the fictitious pivot point of the cable car cabin 2 of this is even further away, the comfort for the passengers is further increased.
