BESCHREIBUNG DESCRIPTION

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sicherheitsschutzband für im Bereich des Handgelenkes bzw. Unterarmes zu tragende Gegenstände, insbesondere für Armbanduhren, gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. Ein weiterer, aber für teure Gegenstände der genannten Art zweitrangiger Gesichtspunkt ist der, dass solche Gegenstände, wenn sie bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten oder bei sportlicher Betätigung getragen werden, ebenfalls unter ungünstigen Umständen einer Beschädigungsgefahr ausgesetzt sind, der bislang mit Sicherheit nur dadurch begegnet werden konnte, dass man den betreffenden Gegenstand für derartige Betätigungen ablegte oder Schutzhüllen nach den US- ' PS 2 249 550,4 103 808 anlegte. Ausserdem ist zu erwarten, dass mit einer solchen Hülse die Blutzirkulation beeinträchtigt wird. Das Uhrenarmband nach der US-PS 4 103 808 ist eines besonderer Art, an dem die betreffende Uhr unmittelbar selbst befestigt ist, d.h. eine Uhr bzw. ein Uhrengehäuse, die bzw. das mit diesem Band geschützt werden soll, muss zwingend an diesem Band selbst befestigt werden. Ein Teil dieses Bandes kann dabei unter Freihaltung der Uhr dem Verlauf des eigentlichen Tragbandes folgen und auf der anderen Seite des Bandes in geeigneter Weise festgelegt werden oder dieses Teil wird in entgegengesetzter Richtung über das Uhrengehäuse geklappt und ebenfalls an der gleichen Befestigungsstelle festgelegt.
