BESCHREIBUNG
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a blank for a container for holding liquids and a container for holding liquids.
Such blanks and containers belong to the prior art. Five to six-layer blanks are used for long-lasting products, while three to five layers are normally used for fresh products. The outer and inner layers are usually made of polyethylene, while the underlying layers include There are aluminum foils with a supporting cardboard layer. Cardboard is therefore used as the core material for small containers (2.5 dl), whereby a thickness of 0.4 mm or a total wall thickness of 0.45 mm should correspond to the normal version. Larger containers require larger cardboard wall thicknesses.
The prior art also includes a method in which the desired removal opening is first punched out of the carton and then coated. In order to prevent these layers from being damaged by the liquid pressure, the layer thicknesses must be correspondingly large (> 30 im2).
It is known to provide such containers with punched markings which, when in use, allow this marking to be pierced with the aid of a suction tube which is normally attached to the package or the container.
In the above-mentioned punching area, this wall area of the container is therefore a piercing point with reduced wall strength, e.g. made visible by drilling or cutting. It has been shown that the usual suction straws are too weak to pierce the corresponding point on the wall, which leads to problems during removal.
The present invention aims to provide a blank for a liquid container with an easily exposed liquid discharge opening for a suction straw or with such a pouring opening, at most with an additional ventilation opening.
This object is achieved with the aid of the blank according to the invention, which solution is characterized by claim 1.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is subsequently explained with reference to a drawing.
Show it:
1 shows a developed blank for a container for holding liquids, with the outer surface of the container facing away,
2 shows a section through the container wall according to section line II-II of FIG. 1,
3 shows a perspective view of a container welded together with the aid of the blank according to FIG. 1, with an insertion opening for a suction straw exposed by a rice cloth,
Fig. 4 is an illustration of the upper part of Fig. 3, with the suction straw inserted and further details.
Fig. 1 shows a spread blank 1, the outer surface of a container to be created therefrom can be seen for holding liquids. Essentially, four fields 2, 3, 4 and 5, which are connected to one another via adjacent, mutually parallel falling lines, are shown, with corresponding wide fold lines, not shown. From this blank 1, a pack or a container 7 can be created, the upper part 8 and the handle 9 of which are specially highlighted in FIGS. I and 3. Corresponding roof parts 11 form in the container the gable roof-shaped upper part, which can optionally be folded down to form a flat roof. Handle cuts 12 and 13 determine the gable roof ridge and its ridge line 16. As can be seen, these handle cuts 12 and 13 are followed by roof cuts 14 and 15.
The handle blank 12 is provided with a cutout 17 and the handle blank 13 with two correspondingly small triangular cutouts 18 which facilitate grip. The middle strip remaining in the handle blank 13 is cut at its free end between the two triangular cutouts 18 from the inside of the wall along the line 20. Starting from the outer surface, two mutually parallel flap cut lines 22 are provided, whereby these can also be designed to converge. These two cutting lines 22 are also not continuous, as shown in FIG. 2, but penetrate the wall from the outside to a depth of about 70% of the total wall thickness.
The flap width, i.e. the distance between the two cutting lines 22 depends in particular on the size of an insertion opening 34 to be exposed for a suction straw or the size of the opening or openings to be exposed. This flap width can be approximately 15 mm, for example.
On the inner wall surface of the blank 1, i.e. On the inside of the container 7 to be created, which surface is in direct contact with the liquid, the wall is cut in the sense of the desired opening, for example with a circular contour 23, for exposing a half-insertion opening 34, as is shown by the cutting lines 23 in FIGS. Let 1 and 2 be recognized. The cutting lines 22 and 23 are to be selected with respect to depth and position so that the container 7 can withstand normal loads and no liquid breakthrough can take place at these points.
As can also be seen from FIG. 2, the container wall shown there is composed of a first outer layer 27, normally a plastic, such as polyethylene, a second outer layer 28, for example aluminum, a cardboard layer 29, a first inner layer 30, for example aluminum, and a second Inner layer 31 consisting of a correspondingly liquid-resistant and specific plastic layer.
In Fig. 3, a container 7 is shown, which makes the liquid stored in its interior accessible from the outside through the Halstecksteck opening 34. For this purpose, a rice cloth 33, which is contoured at its free end, can be gripped by the cutout 17. It can, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, be pulled down, whereby the wall parts defined by the flap cut lines 22 detach. When pressing the Reisslap pen 33 up to a possibly attached, the two lobe cut lines 22 connecting, possibly interrupted base cut line 25, the opening cover layer 36 of the Halmein insertion opening 34, which, as shown in FIG. 2, remains connected to the rice cloth 33, is subtracted . As a result, the Halsteck insertion opening 34 is exposed. It can be a suction straw 37, as shown in FIG. 4, leads.
The thickness of the opening cover layer 36 and the tear flap 33 at this point, i.e. in the part delimited by the straw section line 23, the total layer thickness of the wall.
It has been shown that, for example, a cut for the
Culm cut line 23 can be of the order of magnitude of approximately 45% of the total wall thickness, so that the cut lines 22 and 23 of approximately 15%, for example, overlap.
It is also possible to choose differently shaped openings, for example triangular ones, instead of circular stalk cutting lines 23, the tip of the triangle preferably facing the basic cutting line 25 in order to ensure a safe exposure of the opening.
It is also possible, in FIG. 1, to provide a further ventilation opening above the straw cutting line 33 (which may also have a different shape), which is analogous to ventilation cutting lines in FIG
Meaning of the stalk cut lines 23 or is designated by such lines. This solution is particularly advantageous for larger containers, in that the half-insertion opening 34 described here is provided as a pouring opening for pouring the liquid out of the container 7, while a splash-like pouring through the
Possibility of air flowing in through the upper opening is prevented.
The constructions explained allow an effortless exposure of the opening or openings in liquid containers, by appropriately cutting a container wall and actuating a rice cloth designated by this opening or
Get to know openings without hesitation, without the need for an instrument or an additional activity for piercing or the like.
Despite the gates, these designs use the remaining webs in the cardboard layer as load-bearing elements, which allows ge to keep the coating thicknesses very thin (approx. 10-15 g / m2) despite existing advantages with regard to opening the required holes.
