Um den Fingern für den Aufreissvorgang einen besseren Halt zu geben, können die Griffftächen des Flachbeutels, zumindest im Bereich der Reisszone, strukturiert oder in sonstiger Weise rauh ausgebildet sein. Trotz dieser besonderen Griffflächen ist das Aufreissen eines solchen Flachbeutels, zumindest mit feuchten Fingern, schwierig. Dies liegt einerseits daran, dass die den Flachbeutel bildende Folie sehr dünn ist, wodurch ein form- und/oder kraftschlüssiges Anfassen bzw. Zupacken erschwert wird. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist der Flachbeutel gemäss dem Kennzeichen des Anspruches 1 ausgebildet. Der in die Verbindungsnaht eingebrachte Reissstab ermöglicht ein sicheres Erfassen des Flachbeutels für den Aufreissvorgang, wobei der Reissstab, wenn er einstückig ausgebildet ist, im Bereich der Reisszone bzw. Reisslinie bricht, so dass die Finger beider Hände einen Teil des Reissstabes umfassen. Zur Erleichterung des Zerbrechens des Reissstabes kann derselbe im Bereich der Reisszone mit einer Soll- Bruchkerbe versehen sein.
