Description

The invention relates to a flat bag, in particular for the portion-wise absorption of pastes or liquids, such as shampoos, bath additives or the like, consisting of a preferably folded film, the edges of which are each closed by a flat connecting seam, which optionally adjoin the folding of the film , and which has a tear zone in the outer region of the connecting seam.

Flat bags are known for accommodating shampoos and bath additives, which consist of a film, for example a plastic film, an aluminum film, a paper or a combination of these materials. In the case of a flat bag with a rectangular base, the film is usually folded, the fold already forming a closed, lateral edge, while the other three edges are closed by a flat connecting seam, which can be designed as a weld, glue or seal. In order to be able to easily open such a folding bag at a predetermined location, the so-called tear zone, an incision and / or a slightly pre-perforated tear line is provided in the outer region of the connecting seam. In order to give the fingers a better grip for the tear-open process, the gripping surfaces of the flat bag, at least in the region of the tear zone, can be structured or otherwise rough. Despite these special gripping surfaces, it is difficult to tear open such a flat bag, at least with wet fingers. On the one hand, this is due to the fact that the film forming the flat bag is very thin, which makes it difficult to grip and / or grip in a positive and / or non-positive manner. On the other hand, the film of moisture on the fingers promotes slipping of the fingers.

The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a flat bag, in particular for portion-wise absorption of pastes or liquids, such as shampoo, bath additives or the like, in such a way that the tearing process is facilitated and is also possible, in particular, with moist or wet fingers.

To achieve this object, the flat bag is designed according to the characterizing part of claim 1. The tear bar introduced into the connecting seam enables the flat bag to be gripped securely for the tear-open process, the tear bar, if it is formed in one piece, breaking in the region of the tear zone or tear line, so that the fingers of both hands encompass part of the tear bar. To facilitate the breaking of the tear bar, the same can be provided with a predetermined break notch in the area of the tear zone. It is also possible to form the tear bar from two parts arranged one behind the other, the joint between the two parts being in the region of the tear zone or in the tear line. In order to avoid alignment of the drawing bar before it is introduced into the connecting seam, the drawing bar has a predetermined breaking notch at a distance from its free ends. The pull rod can be inserted and inserted in any position.

To facilitate the manufacture of the flat bag, the tear bar is arranged between a double connecting seam. The pull rod is made of brittle, easily breakable material, for example plastic.

The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in a drawing. Show
  • Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a flat bag according to the invention and
  • Fig. 2 shows a section through the flat bag of Fig. 1 in the area of the tearing bar.

Reisslinie 10 erstreckt. Der Reissstab 9 ist normalerweise vollkommen in die an ihren Enden geschlossene Doppel-Verbindungsnaht 8 eingeschweisst.I of the drawing shows a flat bag 1, for example for holding shampoo, which has a rectangular base and consists of a laminated plastic film 2. In this exemplary embodiment, this plastic film 2 is folded at the lower edge 3, while the other three edges 4, 5, 6 are firmly connected to one another by a flat connecting seam 7 designed as a weld. At the edge 4 of the folding bag 1, a double connecting seam 8 is provided, wherein in the area between the individual seams of this double connecting seam 8 there is a free space which serves to receive a tear bar 9, for example made of brittle, easily breakable plastic. In the outer region of the double connecting seam 8, a tear zone is provided which is formed by a perforated or incised tear line 10 and is arranged at a distance from the upper edge 5, so that the tear rod 9 extends on both sides of the tear zone or tear line 10. The pull rod 9 is normally completely welded into the double connecting seam 8 closed at its ends.

To open or tear open the folding bag 1, the same is now gripped in a known manner on both sides of the tear line 10 by two fingers of one hand, the gripping by the rice stick 9 being facilitated. Now the drawing stick 9 is broken, which for this purpose has a notch or the like aligned with the drawing line 10, so that a part of the drawing stick 9 is held between the fingers of both hands. This then facilitates the tearing of the folding bag 1, the fingers no longer sliding off the folding bag 1 as a result of the reinforcements formed by the parts of the tearing rod 9.

The tear bar 9 extends in the present exemplary embodiment approximately over the entire length of the edge 4 of the folding bag 1. The tear bar 9 can also be made shorter. However, its length must always be dimensioned so that it can still be gripped by the fingers even when it is divided. The pull rod 9 is normally only held in a form-fitting manner between the double connecting seam 8. If necessary, the tear bar 9 can also be connected to the film 2 by gluing.

In a modification of the exemplary embodiment explained, it is also possible to have the pull rod 9 two to form part, wherein both parts of the tear bar 9 are arranged one behind the other and the parting line between the two parts is aligned with the tear line 10. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a notch or predetermined breaking point at a distance from both ends of the tear bar 9, as a result of which alignment of the tear bar before it is introduced into the double connecting seam is not necessary.
