BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 1 eine Hubvorrichtung mit zwei Rahmen, die mittels eines Bowden-Zugkabels miteinander gekuppelt werden können;
Fig. 2 eine Hubvorrichtung mit zwei Rahmen, die mittels einer einsetzbaren und wegnehmbaren Welle miteinander gekuppelt werden können;
Fig. 3 Details von Sicherungsmitteln an einem Rahmen und einer Welle;
Fig. 4-6 schematische Darstellungen einiger möglichen Kupplungsarten.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a portable lifting device for a bed frame. The lifting device must be portable because it is used in particular in the home care of bedridden patients. The beds that are found in normal households are low. Only hospital beds are higher, and this is because this makes it easier for patients to be cared for and transferred. The portable lifting device allows a normal low bed to be raised to the height of a hospital bed.
The height should also be adjustable, because this allows partially paralyzed patients to push themselves from their wheelchair onto the bed brought to the appropriate height without outside help.
Such a lifting device has become known from publication No. 0 047 976 of the European Patent Office.
In this lifting device, the coupling means between the two frames consist of two hydraulic drives with pistons and cylinders, which are connected to one another by a hose. Such a construction is not only complex and expensive, it also has the disadvantage that in practice hydraulic fluid, even if only in very small quantities, escapes in drops. This is intolerable in a hospital room.
Since the hose cannot be uncoupled without loss of liquid, both frames connected to each other by the hose must be transported together.
The invention has for its object to provide such a portable lifting device that does not require hydraulic oil and can be easily transported. It achieves this task by providing mechanical coupling means which ensure the synchronism of both carriers and can be decoupled so that the frames can be transported separately.
With removable and insertable coupling devices, it is important that they are correctly coupled before commissioning. It is therefore advantageous if securing means are attached, which only enable the lifting device to be put into operation if the coupling means are correctly coupled and can only be removed after a locking device has been released.
Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in simplified form in the drawing. The drawing shows in
Figure 1 is a lifting device with two frames that can be coupled together by means of a Bowden pull cable.
2 shows a lifting device with two frames which can be coupled to one another by means of an insertable and removable shaft;
Fig. 3 details of securing means on a frame and a shaft;
Fig. 4-6 schematic representations of some possible types of coupling.
The two frames shown in FIG. 1, designated as a whole by 1 and 1 ', have essentially the same main components, with the difference that the frame 1 is provided with a drive device 2. Similar components of both frames are: the frame 3 with support feet 4 and lever arms 5, 5 'pivotally mounted in the frame, the outer ends of which are connected in an articulated manner to a support 6 to form an articulated parallelogram. Below the articulation points in the frame, the lever arms 5 are still connected to one another by a connecting rod 7.
The coupling means between the two frames here consist of a floor pull cable 8. The drive device is provided with a hand crank, a screw spindle 80 rotates when it is rotated. It then pulls a threaded sleeve 81 to the left and pulls on the Bowden inner cable 82. The Bowden outer sleeve is supported on frame 3 at 83.
In the frame 3 of the frame 1 ', a sleeve 84 is pivotally mounted, on which the Bowden outer sleeve is supported and which is traversed by the inner pull cable. The inner pull cable 82 engages on the downwardly extended part of the lever arm 5 '.
For deflecting the force while simultaneously reducing the stroke, a second cable is fastened in the frame 1 to the threaded sleeve 81 and moves the rod 7 via the deflection rollers 85, 86.
Deflection roller 85 is rotatably mounted on the frame 3, deflection roller 86 on the rod 7.
Depending on the direction of rotation of the crank, the carriers 6 of both frames are raised or lowered simultaneously. The carriers are locked in any desired height, since the thread of the spindle is selected so that the pulling device, consisting of the spindle 80 with the sleeve 81, is self-locking. The solid lines indicate a middle position of the carriers 6, the upper position 6 'shown by broken lines shows the greatest lifting height. In the lowest position, the carriers 6 rest on the frame.
To facilitate transportation, the sleeve 84 of the Bowden cable can be released from the frame 1 '. This allows the frame 1 with drive and attached Bowden cable 8 to be carried away while the frame 1 'remains and can be carried away. Instead of hanging the Bowden cable 8 at one end, it can also be separated in the middle with the aid of a coupling 87, which is indicated in the drawing by broken lines.
FIG. 2 shows a lifting device in which the two frames 10, 10 'can be coupled to one another by a removable and insertable shaft 9 for the purpose of synchronism when lifting or lowering the carriers 6.
Similar parts are identified by the same reference numerals as in FIG. 1. The frames 10, 10 'are a little larger and are supported on the floor by rollers 4'. The drive 2 'is provided with a remotely operable electric motor M which actuates a pulling device with a spindle 80 and a screw sleeve 81.
In each of the two frames, one of the two lever arms 5 "is connected to a gear segment 90 which meshes with a pinion 91 which is rotatably mounted in the frame 3 '. The pinion is fixedly connected to a square 92 which projects laterally from the frame and which is used for coupling the Shaft 9. This then ensures the synchronism of the two pinions 91 and the gear segments 90 and the lever arms 5 ″ connected to them.
The pulling device 80, 81 of the frame 10 engages the gear segment 90, and its rotation ensures that the two carriers 6 are raised or lowered in synchronism.
It is important that the detachable shaft 9 is properly coupled so that it can no longer detach itself. Such a safety device for one of the two frames 10, 10 'is shown in FIG. 3. Of course, both frames must be provided with such a safety device. The shaft 9 is provided on both sides with a collar 93 with a slot 93 '. If the shaft 9 is pushed onto the square 92, the slot 93 'passes through the locking plate 94 and can only rotate when the collar reaches the recess 94'. At the same time, the collar 93 is then guided over the pivotable locking lever 95 loaded by a weight G, which arrives behind the collar 93 in the end position of the shaft and makes it impossible for the shaft to be pulled off the square.
A plate 96 is attached to the end of the locking lever and is wider than the slot 93 'so that it can slide over it.
If the shaft is to be removed from the square 92, it must first be brought into the starting position so that the slot 93 'is aligned with the locking plate 94. The weight G is then raised so that the lever 95 releases the collar 93. Only then can shaft 9 be pulled off the square.
4-6 show in schematic form some variants of a lifting device with a removable coupling shaft. FIG. 4 shows the embodiment according to FIG. 3 described above in a schematic representation.
Fig. 5 shows a variant in which the drive device 2 "is connected to the coupling shaft 9 'and is located between the two frames 10". The drive device then drives the two toothed pinions 91 mounted in the frame, which raise or lower the lever arms 5 via the gearwheel segment.
So that the drive device 2 "can exert a torque on the shaft 9 ', it is connected to a support tube S which is attached to the two frames 10". This design has the advantage that both frames 10 "are now exactly the same.
The lifting device then comprises two identical frames and a drive device which is fixedly connected to the shaft 9 ′ and a support tube 5.
The schematically illustrated lifting device according to FIG. 6 shows a lifting device in which the drive device 2 is firmly connected to a frame 1, which can be constructed similarly to the frame 1 according to FIG. 1. The pivot axes of the lever arms 5 are provided with a square protruding laterally out of the frame, onto which the coupling shaft 9 "can be placed. In this way, the carrier 6 is then synchronized. Since the transmission between the gear segments and pinion is missing, the coupling shaft 9 "transmit a larger torque.
