Abstract

The mixer comprises accordig to a conventional construction a mixing blade and a coupling unit (6) arranged between the apparatus foot (1) and the bowl (5). It also includes an electric motor (2) with a continuous regulation of the member of revolutions and a self-regulating and triggerable heating (3). The mixer is essentially intended to the preparation of butter sauces or other warm sauces and beverages.

   BESCHREIBUNG



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen mobilen Mixer, bestehend aus einem Gerätefuss, einem eingebauten Permanent-Mischspannungsmotor mit stufenloser Drehzahlverstellung, einer drehzahlübertragender Kupplungseinheit, sowie einem aufsetzbaren Mixbecher mit festem Handgriff, demontierbarem Abstellfuss, Mixmesser, Messerlager und Kupplungsglocke.



   Bei der Herstellung von Buttersaucen (Sauce Hollandaise, Sauce Bearnaise und ihrer Ableitungen) am Herd mittels einer Pfanne besteht während des Rührens der Flüssigkeit die Schwierigkeit, die verlangte Temperatur konstant zu halten. Um das gewünschte Ergebnis zu erreichen, sind viel Geschick, Routine und Konzentration des Koches notwendig.



   Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die genannten Schwierigkeiten zu eliminieren und ein problemloses und sicheres Herstellen von warmen Buttersaucen zu gewährleisten. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass zur Herstellung der Saucen ein Mixgerät, bei dem das Messerwerk und die drehzahlübertragende Kupplungseinheit nach herkömmlicher Bauweise übernommen ist, verwendet wird, indem ein stufenlos regulierbarer Elektromotor in Kombination mit einer sich selbstregulierenden Heizung eingebaut ist.



   Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass durch deren Verwendung bei der Herstellung von warmen Buttersaucen die Temperatur problemlos konstant gehalten werden kann, währenddem das Rührwerk stufenlos der jeweiligen sich im Mixbecher befindlichen Flüssigkeit angepasst werden kann.

 

   Zudem hat der Koch nicht mehr seine ganze Aufmerksamkeit der Saucenherstellung zu widmen, sondern kann sich gleichzeitig anderen Verrichtungen zuwenden.



   Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert:
Die Zeichnung stellt einen Schnitt durch das Mixgerät dar. Sie zeigt den eingebauten Permanent-Mischspannungsmotor 2 (320 W, 220 V), der über ein Potentiometer 7 und der in Kompaktbauweise hergestellten Steuerung 4 stufenlos regulierbar ist, sowie die nach herkommlicher Bauweise hergestellte Kupplungseinheit 6 zwischen Gerätefuss 1 und Mixbecher 5.



   Im oberen Teil des Gerätefusses 1 ist das Heizband 3 zur Erwärmung des Mixbechers installiert. Das Heizband 3 ist mit der Steuerung 4 und dem Temperaturfühler 9 gekoppelt und kann über den Schalter 8 zu- und weggeschaltet werden. 



  
 



   DESCRIPTION



   The invention relates to a mobile mixer, consisting of a device base, a built-in permanent mixed-voltage motor with stepless speed adjustment, a speed-transmitting clutch unit, and an attachable mixing bowl with a fixed handle, removable foot, mixer knife, knife bearing and clutch bell.



   When making butter sauces (Hollandaise sauce, Bearnaise sauce and their derivatives) on the stove using a pan, there is a difficulty in keeping the required temperature constant while stirring the liquid. A lot of skill, routine and concentration of the cook are necessary to achieve the desired result.



   The object of the present invention is to eliminate the difficulties mentioned and to ensure problem-free and safe production of warm butter sauces. This object is achieved according to the invention in that a mixer, in which the knife mechanism and the speed-transmitting clutch unit are adopted according to the conventional design, is used for the production of the sauces by installing an infinitely variable electric motor in combination with a self-regulating heater.



   The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that by using them in the production of warm butter sauces the temperature can be kept constant without any problems, while the stirrer can be continuously adjusted to the respective liquid in the mixing beaker.

 

   In addition, the cook no longer has to devote all of his attention to the sauce production, but can at the same time devote himself to other activities.



   The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing:
The drawing shows a section through the blender. It shows the built-in permanent mixed-voltage motor 2 (320 W, 220 V), which is infinitely adjustable via a potentiometer 7 and the controller 4 made in a compact design, and the coupling unit 6 manufactured according to the traditional design between appliance foot 1 and blender jar 5.



   In the upper part of the device base 1, the heating tape 3 is installed for heating the mixing cup. The heating tape 3 is coupled to the controller 4 and the temperature sensor 9 and can be switched on and off via the switch 8.

PATENT CLAIMS 1.Mobile mixer, consisting of a device base (1), a built-in permanent mixed-voltage motor with infinitely variable speed control (2), a speed-transmitting coupling unit (6), an attachable mixing bowl (5) with a fixed handle, removable foot, mixer knife, knife bearing and clutch bell , characterized in that a heater with self-regulating control (3) for heating the mixing cup is installed.

2. Permanent mixed voltage motor for a mobile mixer according to claim 1, characterized in that it is used in combination with a potentiometer and the self-regulating control.

3. Heating with self-regulating control for a mobile mixer according to claim 1, characterized in that it can be switched on or off if required in combination with the drive unit, but also independently.

4. Self-regulating control for a mobile mixer according to claim 1, characterized in that it is used as a replacement unit by compact design.
