REVENDICATIONS
1. Support de verre à boire, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, d'un part, un réceptacle (1) de forme correspondant à celle d'un verre à boire (9) pour recevoir ce dernier, ce réceptacle (1) présentant un trou borgne (8) ouvert du côté fond, et, d'autre part, une tige (10) dont une extrémité (11) est enfichable dans ledit trou borgne (8) et dont l'autre extrémité (12) est destinée à être plantée dans un sol meuble afin de maintenir en position au moins approximativement verticale le verre déposé dans ledit réceptacle.
2. Support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit réceptacle (1) est en plastique et est formé d'au moins deux anneaux,
I'un (2) inférieur, et l'autre (4), supérieur, reliés entre eux par quelques montants (5), L'anneau inférieur (2) présentant un rebord annulaire interne (6), sur lequel le fond d'un verre (9) déposé dans ce réceptacle (I) est destiné â reposer.
3.Support selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit trou borgne (8) est formé dans un bourrelet (7), qui est venu de fabrication en une pièce avec l'anneau inférieur (2) du réceptacle (1) et s'étend à l'extérieur de ce dernier.
4. Support selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi du trou borgne (8) et l'extrémité (11) de la tige (10), enfichable dans ce trou (8), sont légèrement coniques.
5. Support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite autre extrémité (12) de la tige (10) est taillée en pointe.
En plein air, sur l'herbe, en forêt ou à la plage, les personnes pique-niqueurs, pêcheurs, chasseurs, baigneurs - désirant boire un verre à petites gorgées espacées, en gardant les mains libres entretemps, ont souvent peine à trouver un endroit où déposer leur verre pour qu'il ne se renverse pas. Le remplir occupe même leurs deux mains.
La présente invention apporte une solution à ces problèmes. En effet, le support de verre défini par la revendication 1 permet, en enfichant la tige dans le trou borgne du réceptacle et en plantant cette tige dans le sol, non seulement de déposer un verre à un endroit où il en risque pas de se renverser, mais encore de le garder à portée de main, en permettant de le remplir d'une seule main. Ce support a l'avantage d'être léger et peu encombrant, donc facile à transporter lors d'une sortie.
Les formes spéciales d'exécution définies par la revendication 2 sont d'une fabrication aisée et peu coûteuse. Celles définies par la revendication 3, en tenant le verre dans le prolongement de la tige, ont l'avantage de l'éloigner au maximum du sol. Quant à celles définies par la revendication 4, elles ont l'avantage d'empêcher le réceptacle et le verre qu'il contient de tourner autour de la tige enfoncée dans le sol. Enfin, celles définies par la revendication 5 permettent d'enfoncer facilement la tige même dans une terre tassée, durcie par temps sec.
Une forme d'exécution du support selon l'invention est représentée schématiquement et à simple titre d'exemple au dessin, dans lequel:

la fig. 2 est une coupe d'un détail à plus grande échelle.
Le support représenté comprend un réceptacle I en plastique, qui est composé d'un anneau inférieur 2, d'un anneau médian 3, d'un anneau supérieur 4 et de quatre montants 5, reliant les anneaux 2, 3, 4 entre eux. Ces derniers et les montants 5 ont approximativement la même section rectangulaire. L'anneau inférieur 2 présente un rebord interne annulaire 6 ainsi qu'un bourrelet 7 s'étendant à l'extérieur du réceptacle 1. L'ensemble de ce réceptacle peut être fabriqué facilement en grandes séries, par exemple par injection dans un moule fermé. Un trou borgne 8 à paroi légèrement conique est, en outre, formé dans le bourrelet 7, depuis sa face inférieure.
La forme du réceptacle 1 est choisie en fonction des dimensions d'un verre à boire 9, de façon que celui-ci puisse être placé dans le réceptacle 1 avec un léger jeu entre les anneaux 2, 3, 4, le fond du verre 9 reposant sur le rebord 6.
Le support selon l'invention comprend, en outre, une tige métallique 10, dont l'extrémité 11 a au moins approximativement la même conicité que la paroi du trou borgne 8 et dont l'autre extrémité 12 est taillée en pointe. L'extrémité 11 de la tige 10 peut être enfichée dans le trou borgne 8. Vu la forme décrite de cette extrémité et celle de la paroi du trou 8, il se produit un effet de coincement qui empêche le réceptacle 1 et le verre 9 de tourner autour de la tige 10.
L'extrémité 12 de la tige 10 permet d'enfoncer celle-ci dans un sol meuble, cela même si la terre est tassée et durcie par temps sec.
Le verre déposé dans le réceptacle décrit ne risque pas de se renverser. Comme, en plein air, la tige 10 peut être enfoncée n'importe où dans le sol, quelle qu'en soit la nature, le pique-niqueur peut donc choisir cet endroit de façon que le verre 10 déposé dans le réceptacle 1 soit à portée de main. Il est naturellement aussi possible de remplir le verre déposé dans le réceptacle 1, et cela d'une seule main. Dans l'autre main, le pêcheur peut continuer à tenir sa ligne, le chasseur son fusil et le lecteur son livre.
Le support décrit a aussi l'avantage de tenir la boisson contenue dans le verre 9 à l'abri des bestioles circulant dans l'herbe, la mousse ou sur le sable.

CLAIMS
1. The present invention provides a solution to these problems. This support has the advantage of being light and compact, so easy to transport during an outing.
The special embodiments defined by claim 2 are easy to manufacture and inexpensive. Those defined by claim 3, holding the glass in the extension of the rod, have the advantage of keeping it as far away from the ground as possible. As for those defined by claim 4, they have the advantage of preventing the receptacle and the glass it contains from rotating around the rod sunk into the ground. The support shown comprises a plastic receptacle I, which is composed of a lower ring 2, a middle ring 3, an upper ring 4 and four uprights 5, connecting the rings 2, 3, 4 to each other. These and the uprights 5 have approximately the same rectangular section. The lower ring 2 has an annular internal rim 6 as well as a bead 7 extending outside the receptacle 1. The whole of this receptacle can be easily produced in large series, for example by injection into a closed mold. . A blind hole 8 with a slightly conical wall is, moreover, formed in the bead 7, from its underside.
The shape of the receptacle 1 is chosen according to the dimensions of a drinking glass 9, so that it can be placed in the receptacle 1 with a slight clearance between the rings 2, 3, 4, the bottom of the glass 9 resting on the ledge 6.
The support according to the invention further comprises a metal rod 10, the end 11 of which has at least approximately the same taper as the wall of the blind hole 8 and the other end of which is cut into a point. The end 11 of the rod 10 can be inserted in the blind hole 8. In view of the described shape of this end and that of the wall of the hole 8, a wedging effect occurs which prevents the receptacle 1 and the glass 9 from turn around the rod 10.
The end 12 of the rod 10 allows it to be pushed into a loose soil, even if the earth is compacted and hardened in dry weather.
The glass deposited in the receptacle described does not risk overturning. As, in the open air, the rod 10 can be inserted anywhere in the ground, whatever its nature, the picnicker can therefore choose this place so that the glass 10 deposited in the receptacle 1 is at handy. It is of course also possible to fill the glass deposited in the receptacle 1, and this with one hand. In the other hand, the fisherman can continue to hold his line, the hunter his rifle and the reader his book.
The support described also has the advantage of keeping the drink contained in the glass 9 safe from critters circulating in the grass, the moss or on the sand.
