Floor leveling compound according to claim 2, characterized in that it contains quartz sand, wood powder, brick powder, glass powder or mixtures thereof as fine aggregates.
Floor leveling compounds are applied to solid floors, which are mainly made from cement or anhydrite screed. For this reason, flowing screed is mostly used in the sense of a rational construction. Practice has now shown that, in certain cases, leveling compounds are required both for the traditional, hand-smoothed screed and for the screed. For example, subsequent work in rooms with freshly laid screed will damage the surfaces if the curing times are not observed.
The renovation of worn screeds and all wooden floors also requires compensation before covering with wear layers.
Leveling compounds based on gypsum are traditionally and generally known. These leveling compounds have the apparent advantage of hardening after a short time. This means that the floor covering trades are able to repair damage at short notice and to start laying the floor after a reasonable waiting time. After an initial, apparently good appearance, however, damage occurs in many cases. The leveling layers are broken up into small pieces under the covering and finally ground to dust through further use. Ultimately, the covering must be removed and the damaged area repaired again. This renovation work is very expensive.
Leveling compounds made of gypsum have at least the following basic disadvantages: They do not achieve the required ultimate strengths to be able to withstand the loads to be expected in thin layers. Gypsum materials are also sensitive to subsequent moisture caused by water-soluble adhesives. And finally, at the moment of solidification, gypsum masses increase their volume up to 1.5% (linear 0.5%). This increase in volume expired after 1 hour and leads to an initially imperceptible separation of solid floor and leveling compound.
This disadvantage in terms of adhesive strength is to be compensated for by adding white lime hydrate for leveling and leveling compounds based on gypsum (DE-OS 2 437 544).
The disadvantage is that, despite improved adhesion to the base, the damage mentioned in the compensation layer occurs.
It is now known to apply a flowable binder composition of preferably anhydrite with a water / binder factor of 0.38 to 0.75 to a water-absorbing layer with a semi-permeable separating layer (DE-OS 2 319 069; DD-AP 112 490; OE- PS 336 856). This binder mass contains no plasticizer and is probably much stronger than a leveling layer. In addition, the water-absorbing layer is not a screed.
It is also known to lay a dry screed made of prefabricated boards in two layers and to compensate for the joints with a compound, at the same time covering a thin layer on the top board layer (DE-OS 2 550 252). The disadvantage here is that additional substances in the form of glass fibers that increase tensile strength have to be introduced into the leveling compound and prefabricated plates form the basis.
The aim of the invention is to prevent damage to the leveling layers by stressing the floor, although the layers are applied very thinly, and to significantly increase the adhesion of the leveling compound to the base.
The task was to improve the adhesive, bending and compressive strengths of the floor leveling compound and to make the swelling and shrinking behavior inexpensive with a low-viscosity consistency and good workability.
The object is achieved by a floor leveling compound for application to solid floors, which optionally contains very fine aggregates and, according to the invention, contains a finely ground natural anhydrite stone, exciter salts, a plasticizer and adhesion promoter, with 50 to 99.8 parts by weight of natural anhydrite stone and exciter salts, Contains 1 to 1 part by weight of a plasticizer and 0.1 to 1 part by weight of an adhesion promoter based on polyvinyl acetate.
For less stress on larger repaired areas, the lean leveling compound preferably contains very fine aggregates, in particular in the form of quartz sand, wood powder, brick powder, glass powder or mixtures thereof, in an amount of up to 50 parts by weight and in a grain size of up to 1 mm, with increasing amounts The proportions of the fine aggregates are reduced. The aggregates have no disadvantages in terms of swelling and shrinking behavior.
A solid one is preferably used as the plasticizer. This makes it possible to bring the floor leveling compound as a dry mixture, which contains all the necessary components, to the finished leveling compound in a fluid consistency only by adding water. The water is preferably added in 28 parts by weight. With a higher leanness due to very fine aggregates, a somewhat higher addition of water is recommended.
The proportions of the very fine aggregates can be reduced steadily according to the recipe with higher loads. This means there are no disadvantages in terms of swelling and shrinking behavior.
The floor leveling compound can be pre-mixed, so that only a water addition is required on the construction site.
The water / binder factor for the floor leveling compound according to the invention can preferably be 0.30.

Nach 4 99 parts by weight of finely ground anhydrite, containing 1.5 parts by weight of sulfate excitation salts and 0.3 part by weight of a solid plasticizer, were mixed with 1 part of a commercially available PVAc latex emulsion and 28 parts of water to give a low-viscosity consistency in the course of 2 minutes brought vigorous stirring. The leveling compound prepared in this way was poured onto a defective anhydrite screed, treating areas of up to 1 m2. Due to the good absorbency, the mass already started to take off after 5 minutes. Existing transitions were smoothed out with a spatula. After 4

For hours, the leveling compound had hardened enough to be walked on carefully. The surface was completely free of cracks, dents and distortions at the transitions. To test the adhesive strength, leveling compound layers with a diameter of 25 mm and a thickness of 5 mm were applied to screed plates measuring 100 x 100 x 20 using a template. With a suitable adhesive, a PUR 2-component system was used, steel stamps were glued to it, which in turn were mechanically connected to the test device for tensile strengths. The adhesive strength in 80% of the samples was above 8 kp / cm2, the screed was broken out of the plate; i.e. in these cases the connection between leveling compound and screed remained.
