Abstract
Self-leveling floor screed mix is used in residential construction, corporate construction and light industrial construction. The aim of the invention is a self-leveling screed mixture of high quality, which can be pumped from the mixing area in front of the building in the individual rooms of vielstoeckigen Hochhaeusern. The task to be solved is to achieve this quality screed mixture by selecting the anhydrite and its preparation and by mixing the individual components. The object is achieved by bringing selectively selected and pretreated natural anhydrite of a particular chemical composition with a combination of exciter salts in a grinding-mixing process on a specific grading curve and used with concrete sand of 0 to 2 mm kernung. The screed can be laid without cracks and does not tend to sediment on the Foerderweg.

Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The task was to achieve a high-quality, self-leveling floor screed mix by selecting the anhydrite and treating it and mixing the individual components, including the choice of sand

It is advantageous if the percentage of gypsum in natural hydrate is less than 3% by weight. By screening off the anhydrite, portions of the particles, in particular gypsum-containing parts, which would bring about a reduction in quality, are withheld. The selective recovery of the natural anhydrite is carried out by selecting an appropriate anhydrite by means of an analysis from the discovered occurrence and the comparison with the composition proposed by the invention. Suitable plasticizers are the per se known, in particular sulfonated, melamine-pormaldehyde compounds, sulfonated ones Haphthalene-formaldehyde condensates and modified lignosulfonates The known metal sulfates can be used as initiator salts.
Wichtig ist auch sein Mehlkornanteil der Groesse 0 bisThe use of concrete sand has the advantage that it is more widespread in its occurrence and cheaper in its preparation. In addition, it is better for the screed of natural anhydrite suitable, and does not tend to sedimentation with proper composition. Also important is its proportion of flour grain of size 0 to
