PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Vorrichtung zum Ausgeben und Ablängen von Wa renbahnen, insbesondere textilen Flächengebilden, von einer
Rolle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Warenbahnrolle (1) vollständig von einem Schutzgehäuse (2) umgeben ist, dieses
Gehäuse (2) an einer Schamlseite (3) eine Austrittsöffnung (5) und an einer Kante (6) dieser Schmalseite (3) eine zweite
Offnung (7), welche sich in die angrenzende Schmalseite (4) erstreckt, mit einer Schneidvorrichtung (8), aufweist, über der Schmalseite (3), zwischen Austrittsöffnung (5) und
Schneidvorrichtung (8) ein Niederhalteband (9) angeordnet ist, und die Warenbahn (10) zwischen der Schmalseite (3) und dem Niederhalteband (9) durchgeführt ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung (8) aus einer mit der
Schmalseite (4) verbundenen Metallklinge besteht, und dass die Schnittkante (11) der Metallklinge mindestens 1 mm über die Kante (12) der zweiten Öffnung (7) in der Schmal seite (4) hinausragt.
3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Warenbahn (10) aus textiler Schlauchware besteht.
4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzgehäuse (2) aus einer einstückigen
Faltschachtel besteht, und das Niederhalteband (9) Teil der
Faltschachtel ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Ausgeben und Ablängen von Warenbahnen, insbesondere textilen Flächengebilden, von einer Rolle. Die textilen Flächengebilde können z.B. Siebbahnen, Verbandstoff, Stützgewebe und ähnliches sein.
Es ist bekannt, textile und andere Warenbahnen, welche als Siebe, Verbandstoff, Stützgewebe oder ähnliches Verwendung finden, als Meterware auf Rollen oder Wickeln zu lagern, und erst im Zeitpunkte und am Ort des Gebrauches auf die gewünschte Länge zuzuschneiden. Das Ablängen erfolgt dabei mittels Scheren oder Messern, und die Warenbahnen müssen dazu von ihrer Verpackung, welche zumeist aus Papier besteht, befreit werden. Als Siebe werden solche Warenbahnen, zum Beispiel in der Form von Nylonstrümpfen, von Malern verwendet, um Farben von Verunreinigungen und Feststoffen zu reinigen. Dabei wird das Textilsieb über die Öffnung eines Behälters gespannt, und zum Beispiel mittels eines Klebbandes oder Gummistreifen befestigt und gespannt.
Die zum Ablängen der Warenbahnen benötigten Schneidwerkzeuge sind zumeist nicht, oder dann in ungeeigneter Form, vorhanden, was zur Folge hat, dass sehr viel Ware beschädigt oder überdimensionierte Teilstücke verwendet werden. Dadurch entstehen Zusatzkosten, und es wird wertvolles Material unnötig verschwendet. Im weiteren wird die Handhabung der gerollten oder gewickelten Warenbahnen zusätzlich erschwert, indem sie sich unkontrolliert entrollen können, und dabei der Gefahr von Verschmutzung und Beschädigungen ausgesetzt sind.
Aus der US-Patentschrift Nr. 3 470 781 ist eine Ausgabeund Ablängeinrichtung für Kunststoffbänder auf Rollen bekannt. Bei dieser Einrichtung ist die Rolle mit dem Kunststoffband in einem Behälter angeordnet, welcher an einer Schmalseite eine Austrittsöffnung für das Band aufweist. An diese Schmalseite des Behälters ist eine zusätzliche Einrichtung aus Metall befestigt, welche eine Klemm- und Fördereinrichtung für das Band sowie eine scherenartige Schneidvorrichtung umfasst. Diese Förder- und Ablängeinrichtung ist für textile Flächengebilde nicht geeignet, da sie deren
Struktur beschädigen würde. Sie ist auch aufwendig und teuer in der Herstellung und muss zusätzlich an den Bandbehälter angebaut werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, diese Nach teile des bekannten Standes der Technik zu vermeiden, und eine einfache Vorrichtung zum Ausgeben und Ablängen von Warenbahnen von einer Rolle zu schaffen. Diese Vorrichtung soll insbesondere die Handhabung der gerollten oder gewickelten Ware sowie deren massgenaues Ablängen erleichtern und die Meterware vor Verschmutzung und Beschädigungen schützen.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass die Warenbahnrolle vollständig von einem Schutzgehäuse umgeben ist, dieses Gehäuse an einer Schmalseite eine Austrittsöffnung und an einer Kante dieser Schmalseite eine zweite Offnung, welche sich in die angrenzende Schmalseite erstreckt, mit einer Schneidvorrichtung, aufweist, über der Schmalseite, zwischen Austrittsöffnung und Schneidvorrichtung ein Niederhalteband angeordnet ist, und die Warenbahn zwischen der Schmalseite und dem Niederhalteband durchgeführt ist.
In vorteilhafter Weise besteht die Schneidvorrichtung aus einer mit der Schmalseite verbundenen Metallklinge, wobei die Schnittkante dieser Metallklinge mindestens einen Millimeter über die entsprechende Kante der Öffnung in der Schutzgehäuse-Schmalseite hinausragt.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Vorrichtung besteht das Schutzgehäuse aus einer einstückigen Faltschachtel, wobei das Niederhalteband Bestandteil der Faltschachtel ist. Es ist auch vorteilhaft, wenn die Warenbahn aus textiler Schlauchware, zum Beispiel Strumpfware, besteht.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung erleichtert die Verwendung und das Ablängen von Warenbahnen, wie textilen Flächengebilden, Papierbahnen und ähnlichem erheblich, da die Warenrollen oder -wickel geschützt aufbewahrt sind, und ohne Zerstörung des Schutzgehäuses abgerollt und abgelängt werden können. Dabei wird die Warenbahn von der Rolle durch die Austrittsöffnung aus dem Schutzgehäuse hinaus und unter dem Niederhalteband hindurchgeführt.
Wird ein Stück Ware von bestimmter Länge benötigt, kann die Warenbahn um ein entsprechendes Mass aus dem Gehäuse ausgezogen und an der Schnittkante der Metallklinge abgeschnitten werden. Dazu sind keine zusätzlichen Hilfsmittel, wie Schneidwerkzeuge, notwendig, und die Warenbahnrolle muss nicht ausgepackt werden, wodurch sie vor Beschädigungen und Verschmutzung geschützt bleibt. Dadurch ergeben sich sowohl für Maler wie auch bei Verwendung für Verbandstoffe und Stützgewebe, zum Beispiel im Spitalbereich, erhebliche Vorteile, da nur die zu verwendende und abzutrennende Warenbahn berührt werden muss, und keine unnötigen Überlängen abgetrennt werden.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung der zugehörigen Zeichnung, welche eine entsprechende Ausgabevorrichtung in perspektivischer Darstellung zeigt.
Eine Warenbahnrolle 1 ist von einem Schutzgehäuse 2 vollständig umgeben. Dieses Schutzgehäuse 2 wird aus einer einstückigen Faltschachtel aus Karton gebildet, welche auch ein Niederhalteband 9 umfasst. Die Warenbahnrolle 1 besteht zum Beispiel aus Schlauchware für Nylonstrümpfe von zehn Meter Länge. An einer Schmalseite 3 des Schutzgehäuses 2 befindet sich eine Austrittsöffnung 5, welche so ausgebildet ist, dass die Warenbahn 10 leicht von der Rolle 1 abgerollt und aus dem Gehäuse 2 ausgezogen werden kann. An der gleichen Schmalseite 3 befindet sich eine weitere Öffnung 7, welche sich im Bereich der Kante 6 befindet, und sich in die angrenzende Schmalseite 4 erstreckt.
Im Bereiche der Öffnung 7 ist an der Schmalseite 4 eine
Schneidvorrichtung 8 befestigt, welche eine gerade Schnittkante 11 aufweist. Die Schneidvorrichtung 8 ist dabei so angeordnet, dass ihre Schnittkante 11 mindestens einen Millimeter über die Kante 12 der Öffnung 7 in der Schmalseite 4 hinausragt. Etwa in der Mitte der Schmalseite 3 ist ein Niederhalteband 9 angeordnet, welches sich quer zur Schmalseite 3 erstreckt. Die Warenbahn 10 wird aus der Öffnung 5 hinaus und unter diesem Niederhalteband 9 hindurchgeführt, wobei das freie Ende 13 der Warenbahn 10 im Bereich der Öffnung 7 verbleibt.
Das Ablängen von Teilstücken der Warenbahn erfolgt nun in der Weise dass am freien Ende 13 der Warenbahn 10 gezogen wird bis sich das gewünschte Stück Warenbahn über die Schnittkante 11 hinaus erstreckt. Durch Ziehen etwa rechtwinklig zur Schnittkante 11 wird die Warenbahn durchgetrennt und das gewünschte Stück abgeschnitten. Insbesondere zum Durchtrennen von feiner Siebware muss die Schnittkante 11 sehr scharf sein, und die Schneidvorrichtung 8 ist in diesem Falle durch eine rasierklingenähnliche Metallklinge gebildet.

The invention relates to a device for dispensing and cutting fabric webs, in particular textile fabrics, from a roll. The textile fabrics can e.g. Sieve webs, bandages, support fabrics and the like.
It is known to store textile and other material webs, which are used as sieves, bandages, support fabrics or the like, as yard goods on rolls or coils, and to cut them to the desired length only at the time and at the place of use. The cut to length is done with scissors or knives, and the material webs must be freed of their packaging, which usually consists of paper. Such webs, for example in the form of nylon stockings, are used by painters to remove paints and solids from paints. The cutting tools required to cut the webs to length are usually not available or are then in an unsuitable form, which means that a great deal of goods are damaged or oversized sections are used.
