Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abreissvorrichtung zum Abschneiden von zu einer Rolle gewickeltem
Band, insbesondere Klebeband, welche Vorrichtung aus einer auf die Rolle aufsetzbaren Klammer besteht, die mindestens einen, vorzugsweise zwei die Umfangsfläche der Rolle seitlich umgreifende
Schenkel besitzt, dessen bzw. deren eines Ende einen mit Schneidkante versehenen Steg trägt, wo- bei der bzw. die Schenkel federnd ist bzw. sind und an seinem bzw. ihrem vom Steg abgekehrten
Ende einen zur Abstützung der Klammer an der Rolle dienenden Vorsprung aufweist bzw. aufwei- sen, und zwischen Steg und Vorsprung unter Freilassung einer Öffnung zum Durchlass des Bandes ein weiterer Steg vorgesehen ist, wobei die Klammer mit allen ihren Teilen aus einem Stück be- steht.
Vorrichtungen dieser Art sind durch die GB-PS Nr. 736, 499 bekanntgeworden. Sie haben den
Nachteil, dass das Band von der Rolle unmittelbar auf ein ebenes, zur Schneide ausgebildetes Plätt- chen gelangt, wodurch ein oft mühsames, häufig zum ungewollten Abreissen führendes Abziehen des Bandes erfolgt.
Durch die DE-PS Nr. 1057911 ist eine zum Abschneiden von zu einer Rolle gewickeltem Klebe- band dienende Abreissvorrichtung bekanntgeworden, welche aus einem flachen Plättchen besteht, das mit einer Schneidkante versehen ist und einen quergerichteten Schlitz zum Hindurchziehen des
Bandes und zwischen der Schneidkante und dem Schlitz einen Einschnitt oder eine Öffnung hat, wobei die Schneidkante zu der oberen Seite des Plättchens gerichtet ist, und die vordere Wand des Schlitzes schräg zur Schneidkante gerichtet ist. Dieses Plättchen konnte auf die Bandrolle nicht aufgesetzt werden und wurde nur vom Bandende gehalten, welches durch den Schlitz gefädelt wurde. Auch bei dieser Vorrichtung war das Abschneiden eines Bandstückes schwierig, da die Rolle und die Vorrichtung mit einer Hand gehalten werden muss, während die andere Hand das Band- ende abzieht.
Um diese Nachteile der bekannten Ausführungen zu vermeiden, wird bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs erwähnten Art erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass der dem die Schneidkante aufwei- senden Steg vorangehende Steg oder eine weitere, zur Abstützung des abgewickelten Bandes dienende
Leiste eine Ablenkfläche aufweist, welche das unmittelbar von der Rolle kommende Band in die
Ebene des die Schneidkante aufweisenden Steges umlenkt, und rund ist oder mit diesem Steg einen stumpfen Winkel einschliesst. Hiedurch wird ein leichtes und genaues Abziehen der gewünschten Bandlänge ermöglicht.
Die Erfindung wird an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in welcher Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung dargestellt sind. Es zeigen Fig. l einen Schnitt in einer senkrecht zur Rollenachse gelegenen Ebene durch eine Bandrolle mit einer Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht der Rolle mit der Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht einer zweiten Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach der Linie IV-IV der Fig. 3, Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht einer dritten Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung und Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie VI-VI der Fig. 5.
Die erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtungen bestehen aus Kunststoff oder Metall. Allen Ausführungbeispielen der Vorrichtung gemeinsam ist ein Steg --1-- mit einer Schneidkante --2-- sowie ein weiterer Steg --3--, welcher quer zu der mit --A-- bezeichneten Abrollrichtung des von einer Bandrolle --4-- abzuziehenden Klebebandes --4a- angeordnet und in einem Abstand --a-- von der der Schneidkante --2-- abgekehrten Kante --5- des Steges --1-- an der Klebeseite des Bandes - gelegen ist.
Die Ausführungsformen der Vorrichtung nach den Fig. 1 bis 6 sind als U-förmige Klammern ausgebildet, deren federnde Schenkel --6-- an ihren freien Enden nach innen ragende Vorsprünge --7-- aufweisen, die bei den Ausführungsformen nach den Fig. 3 und 4 widerhakenartig ausgeführt sind, so dass die Schenkel --6-- beim Aufsetzen der Klammer auf die Bandrolle --4-- auseinandergespreizt werden und mit den Vorsprüngen --7-- sodann an der Innenseite der Rolle --4-einrasten.
Bei der Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung nach den Fig. 1 und 2 schliesst der Steg --1-- mit dem Steg --3-- einen stumpfen Winkel a ein. Hiebei laufen die Schenkel --6-- gegen das aussenliegende freie Ende hin konisch und im wesentlichen in einer Spitze aus, wobei der Steg-l- zwischen den Schenkeln --6-- so angeordnet ist, dass er mit den, dem auslaufenden Ende des Kle-
