PATENT CLAIMS
1. Device for the crease-free winding of a fabric on a fabric tree, with an arranged over the fabric width, acting on the tissue organ, characterized in that this organ is inserted by an under the outermost fabric web on the fabric tree (6) and by means of this fabric web on the Fabric roll (8) pressed roller (9) is formed.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the roller (9) is cantilevered and is held exclusively by the fabric (1) to be wound up.
3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the roller (9) is held in the region of the lowest generatrix on the circumference of the fabric roll (8).
4. The device according to claim 3, characterized in that the roller (9) is provided at one end with a flange.
5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the roller (9) is also provided with a flange at its other end, and that at least one of the two flanges can be adjusted and fixed in the longitudinal direction of the roller to adapt to changing fabric widths.
The invention relates to a device for the crease-free winding of a fabric onto a fabric, with an organ which acts over the fabric width and acts on the fabric.
Known organs of this type are either by tension rollers. formed by arc-shaped plates or barrel-shaped drums or by arched rods. However, these known organs are not fully satisfactory, partly because they are too weak in tension or because they place uneven stress on the tissue, more in the middle than on the wheels, partly because they are impractical in that they are difficult to adapt to changing tissue widths can be.
The aim of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which has a high elasticity, uniformly stresses the tissue, can be easily adapted to changing tissue widths, is easy to handle and is as cheap as possible.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that this organ is formed by a roller which is inserted under the outermost fabric web on the fabric tree and pressed onto the fabric roll by means of this web.
A preferred exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention is characterized in that the roller is overhung and is held exclusively by the fabric to be wound up.
Since the roller according to the invention is pressed against the fabric roll by the fabric to be wound up, its elasticity is very great. This tension acts evenly on the fabric roll across the fabric width. It is generally not necessary to adapt the roller according to the invention to changing fabric widths. It is obvious that the roller according to the invention is very cheap.
Because the costs of a simple roller, which are in themselves low, are still made cheaper by the fact that no bearings are required for the roller. As practical use has shown, the roller according to the invention is also user-friendly and easy to handle.
Practice has also shown that the roller according to the invention also solves another problem which occurs in connection with fabrics with thickened strips. Fabrics of this type arise, for example, when a so-called insert strip is formed, in which the ends of a weft thread that has already been struck are bent and integrated into the next compartment. In this or similar manner, strips thickened apply locally when the fabric is wound up, so that a fabric wrap is formed which has a larger diameter in the area of the edge parts than on its remaining width. With large fabric winding diameters, this application can be so strong that the fabric can stretch or that it can even tear.
Up to now, attempts have been made to solve this problem by superimposing a periodically reciprocating movement on the goods tree transversely to the winding movement.
Since this solution, apart from the unacceptable appearance of a fabric winding produced in this way, is relatively complex, it has not been able to assert itself. The roller according to the invention, on the other hand, flattens the edge parts due to its great pressing force in such a way that practically no deposits can be seen.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing, which shows a schematic view of the winding part of a weaving machine in perspective.
In the loom shown in detail, the fabric 1 runs from its stop edge, not shown, over a breast beam 2 and a first pressure roller 3 to a drawing-in roller 4. The drawing-in roller 4, the jacket of which is provided with a rough coating in a known manner, runs the fabric 1 around a second pressure roller 5 to the goods tree 6. The various trees and rollers are mounted in the two side walls of the machine, of which the right side wall 7 is shown in the drawing.
The fabric tree 6 rotates counterclockwise and winds up the fabric 1 to form a roll 8. A roller 9 is pushed between the first and second fabric web of the winding 8 as seen from the outside. This roller 9, the length of which is greater than the width of the fabric 1, is overhung on the winding 8 and is held exclusively by the fabric to be wound up. Due to the tension in the fabric 1, the first fabric web presses the roller 9 with considerable force against the winding 8, whereby the fabric 1 is wound wrinkle-free and possible applications caused by thickened fabric strips are leveled.
Under the action of gravity, the roller 9 lies against the jacket of the winding 8 along the lowest generatrix and rotates in operation in the opposite direction to the merchandise tree 6.
So that the roller 9 cannot slip out of the side of the winding 8, which, however, is extremely unlikely from previous experience, it can be provided with a flange (not shown) at one or both ends. If two flanges are used, at least one flange can be adjusted and fixed in the longitudinal direction of the roller 9 and the clear width between the flanges is set to be greater than the width of the fabric 1. A roller 9 with two flanges of the type described is very practical when winding a new one Warenbaumes 6. Because in this case you put the roller 9 on the floor, the fabric web around it leads to the Warenbaum 6 and tensioned there. wherein the roller 9 automatically contacts the fabric tree 6 or the beginning winding 8.
