PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Anschlussvorrichtung zum flüssigkeitsdichten Verbinden eines Ablaufrohres (la, lb) mit dem Ablaufstutzen (13) einer Klosettschüssel (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ablaufrohr (la, lb) eine Rosette (23) befestigt ist, die mit mindestens einem mit dem einen Ende an der Rosette (23) und mit dem anderen Ende an einer Wand (30) befestigten Halteelement (33) in festem Abstand zur Wand (30) gehalten wird.
2. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement an dem der Wand (30) zugekehrten Ende abgewinkelt ist und am abgewinkelten Bereich mit Schrauben (32) an der Wand (30) befestigt ist.
3. Anschlussvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Halteelement (25) Längsschlitze (25) vorgesehen sind.
Bei Klosettschüsseln ist der Ablaufstutzen in der Regel durch Keramikschürzen überdeckt, so dass dieser seitlich nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Wird nun die Klosettschüssel bei der Montage zu einer Wand hin an das in den Boden oder in die Wand führende Ablaufrohr geschoben, so ist der Anschluss nicht mehr sichtbar und überprüfbar. Bei der Montage geschieht es leicht, dass das Ablaufrohr durch den Druck des Ablaufstutzens schräggestellt wird, was zu Undichtigkeiten führt. Dies wird entweder nicht bemerkt oder die Klosettschüssel muss wieder entfernt und nochmals montiert werden. Werden zum Verbinden der Rohre Klebstoffe benützt, entstehen zusätzliche Unannehmlichkeiten.
Es ist deshalb Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Anschlussvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Gattung zu schaffen, mit der diese Nachteile vermieden werden können.
Die Aufgabe wird durch eine Anschlussvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des kennzeichnenden Teils des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der einzigen Figur näher erläutert. Die Figur zeigt eine teilweise im Schnitt dargestellte Klosettschüssel mit einer erfindungsgemässen Anschlussvorrichtung.
Die im montierten Zustand an der Wand 30 stehende Klosettschüssel 10 besitzt zwei seitliche Schürzen 15, die den Ablaufstutzen 13 und das Ablaufrohr la oder lb überdecken.
Das senkrecht in den Boden 20 führende Ablaufrohr la ist mit einem Dichtungsring 22 auf ein im Boden 20 befindliches Ablaufrohr 21a aufgesetzt. Das in die Wand 30 führende Ablaufrohr lb ist mit einer Bride 28 an ein in der Wand 30 befindliches Rohr 21b angeschlossen.
Auf dem Ablaufrohr la oder lb ist eine Rosette 23 befestigt, die vorzugsweise den horizontal verlaufenden Teil des Ablaufrohres la oder Ib umgreift. Die Rosette 23 kann ein einteiliger Ring sein oder aus mehreren Teilen bestehen. Ein Halteelement 33 ist mit dem einen Ende mit einer Schraube 27 und einer Mutter 26 an der Rosette 23 und mit dem anderen Ende mit Schrauben 32 oder anderen Befestigungsmitteln an der Wand 30 befestigt. Das Halteelement 33 ist an dem der Wand 30 zugekehrten Ende abgewinkelt und liegt in diesem Bereich 31 an der Wand 30 an. Für die Befestigung des Halteelements 33 an der Wand 30 gibt es zahlreiche weitere dem Fachmann bekannte Varianten. Auf dem Halteelement 33 sind Längsschlitze 25 vorgesehen, so dass die Rosette 23 bezüglich ihres Abstandes zur Wand stufenlos den gegebenen Verhältnissen angepasst werden kann.
Zur Erhöhung der Stabilität sind am Halteelement 33 Stege 24 vorgesehen.
Bei der Montage der Klosettschüssel 10 wird nun auf das eingesetzte und gerichtete Ablaufrohr la oder lb eine Rosette 23 aufgesetzt und ein Halteelement 33 an der Wand 30 und an der Rosette 23 befestigt. Nun wird die Klosettschüssel 10 in der Richtung des Pfeiles 29 gegen die Wand geschoben, bis der Ablaufstutzen 13 auf dem Ablaufrohr la oder lb aufliegt.
Die erfindungsgemässe Anschlussvorrichtung bietet Gewähr dafür, dass das Ablaufrohr la oder lb in der vorgesehenen Lage angeschlossen ist.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Connection device for liquid-tight connection of a drain pipe (la, lb) with the drain connector (13) of a toilet bowl (10), characterized in that a rosette (23) is attached to the drain pipe (la, lb), which with at least one with the one end on the rosette (23) and the other end on a wall (30) attached holding element (33) is held at a fixed distance from the wall (30).

In the case of toilet bowls, the drain socket is usually covered by ceramic aprons so that it is no longer visible from the side. If the toilet bowl is now pushed towards a wall against the drain pipe leading into the floor or into the wall, the connection is no longer visible and can be checked. During assembly, it is easy for the drain pipe to be tilted due to the pressure of the drain connector, which leads to leaks. This is either not noticed or the toilet bowl has to be removed and reassembled. If adhesives are used to connect the pipes, there are additional inconveniences.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a connection device of the type mentioned at the outset with which these disadvantages can be avoided.
The object is achieved by a connection device with the features of the characterizing part of independent claim 1. Further advantageous developments result from the dependent claims.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the single figure. The figure shows a toilet bowl shown partially in section with a connecting device according to the invention.
The toilet bowl 10 standing in the assembled state on the wall 30 has two lateral aprons 15, which cover the outlet connection 13 and the outlet pipe 1 a or 1 b.
The drain pipe la leading vertically into the floor 20 is fitted with a sealing ring 22 onto a drain pipe 21 a located in the floor 20. The drain pipe 1b leading into the wall 30 is connected with a clamp 28 to a pipe 21b located in the wall 30.
A rosette 23 is attached to the drain pipe la or lb, which preferably encompasses the horizontally running part of the drain pipe la or Ib. The rosette 23 can be a one-piece ring or consist of several parts. A holding element 33 is fastened at one end to the rosette 23 with a screw 27 and a nut 26 and at the other end to the wall 30 with screws 32 or other fastening means. The holding element 33 is angled at the end facing the wall 30 and bears against the wall 30 in this region 31. There are numerous other variants known to those skilled in the art for fastening the holding element 33 to the wall 30. Longitudinal slots 25 are provided on the holding element 33, so that the rosette 23 can be infinitely adapted to the given conditions with regard to its distance from the wall.
To increase the stability 33 webs 24 are provided on the holding element.
When installing the toilet bowl 10, a rosette 23 is now placed on the inserted and directed drain pipe la or lb and a holding element 33 is fastened to the wall 30 and to the rosette 23. Now the toilet bowl 10 is pushed against the wall in the direction of the arrow 29 until the outlet connection 13 rests on the outlet pipe 1 a or 1 b.
The connection device according to the invention ensures that the drain pipe la or lb is connected in the intended position.
