Description

The invention relates to disposable diapers.

Various types of diapers have been developed in the past, for example, in the form of a pleated cell phone or hourglass, in which adhesive fasteners were used on the hip to fasten the diaper to an infant. These diapers were designed to provide a better fit, but due to the movement of the toddler, the handling of the diaper and the different body structure of the children, the diaper loosens at least in some areas. This loosening means that body fluid sometimes does not reach the absorbent insert and may leak out in the hip area.

The object of the invention is to create an additional adhesive fastener which is removably fastened to the diaper and which is fastened via a transverse fold in a loose area of the diaper in order to improve the fit and to avoid gaps, in particular on the hip due to a loose fit, which eliminates fluid leakage from the hip and the disposable diaper on the child does not look as thick.

To solve this problem, an additional adhesive closure is provided, which is removably attached to the inner layer of the diaper, which has an absorbent insert between the inner and outer layers. A release liner is attached to a desired, accessible location on the diaper and the additional adhesive closure is removably attached to it. After the diaper has been placed in the correct position and fastened to the toddler, a fold is placed in a loose area of the diaper and the additional adhesive closure is fastened over the fold.

In the figures, in which similar parts are provided with the same reference numerals throughout, a folded diaper 10 with an additional adhesive closure (12) is shown. The adhesive closure 12 comprises a peel-off film which is firmly connected either to the inner or outer layer of a conventional diaper, which can have any shape and has a known absorbent insert between the inner and outer layers. The absorbent insert is preferably made of cellulose, the inner layer made of non-woven material made of polyethylene or polypropylene fibers and the outer layer made of liquid-impermeable polyethylene.

In Figure 2, the additional adhesive closure 12 is shown, which is attached to the front of a median strip of a diaper folded into a basement fold, which has the inwardly extending sections 22 and outwardly facing sections 24.

FIG. 3 shows the additional adhesive closure (12) on the front of a shaped diaper which has elastic areas 28 in the crotch area in order to achieve a crotch seal.

In FIG. 4, the additional adhesive closure (12) is attached to a shaped diaper at the back, while the adhesive closure 12 in FIG. 5 is attached to an hourglass-shaped diaper at the rear above the crotch area 30 and below extensions 32.

After the diaper (10) is brought into the correct position and attached to a small child, the additional adhesive closure is pulled off the release film as shown in FIG. 6. A fold 50 is then made, preferably at the back, in any loose area of the diaper

to achieve a better absorbency of the diaper (10). The adhesive seal 12 is then glued over the fold 50, as shown in FIG. 8. If the fold 50 is on the hip, the additional adhesive closure 12 can be attached to the hip itself. s

If the adhesive closure 12 is located at the front, a spatial restriction can occur, so that despite the additional treatment of the child, it is preferable to achieve a better fit at the back of the diaper (10) in order to ensure better absorbency.

Disposable diaper with an outer layer, an absorbent insert and an inner layer, which is attached to the outer layer along the outer edges of the inner and outer layer, and with a first adhesive fastener fastened to the outer layer, which is provided for fastening the diaper to an infant , characterized by a second adhesive closure (12) detachably fastened to the inner layer for fastening the diaper over a fold of the diaper (10) to the inner layer in order to improve the fit of the diaper (10) and to prevent fluid leakage in the hip area. 2. Disposable diaper according to claim 1, characterized by a peel-off film attached to the inner layer for detachable attachment of the second adhesive closure (12). 3. Disposable diaper according to claim 2, characterized in that the diaper (10) is folded into a basement fold, whereby a median strip and inward and outward sections are formed, and in that the release film is attached to the front or back of the median strip. 4. Disposable diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that the diaper is folded into a basement fold. 5. Disposable diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that it is folded together in an hourglass shape. 6. Disposable diaper according to claim 5, characterized in that the hourglass shape has a crotch area and protruding projections (32). 7. Disposable diaper according to claim 6, characterized by elastic strips in the crotch area to produce a crotch. 8. Disposable diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that the diaper (10) is folded into a basement fold and that the second adhesive closure (12) is removably attached to the basement fold in the middle or front of the inner layer. 9. Disposable diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that the diaper is folded together in an hourglass shape and the second adhesive closure (12) is removably attached to the inner layer. 10. Disposable diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that the second adhesive closure (12) is elastic.
