REVENDICATIONS
1 Nécessaire pour fumeurs de pipe comprenant plusieurs outils dont une curette (4) et, un bourre-pipe et un étui tubulaire (1) pour le rangement de ces outils, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une fraise (3) située à l'extrémité d'un corps tubulaire (2), utilisable comme bourre-pipe et rangeable dans ledit étui tubulaire ( I ) et servant lui-même d'étui à la curette (4) solidaire d'un manche (5).
2. Nécessaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'étui (1) est cylindrique et que la partie opposée (10) à la fraise du corps tubulaire (2} portant cette fraise présente une première partie cylindrique (I I) de diamètre correspondant au diamètre intérieur de l'étui (1) de telle sorte que cette première partie (11) entre librement dans l'étui et une seconde partie (10) de diamètre égal au diamètre extérieur de l'étui (1), servant de manche à la fraise et dont l'extrémité vient buter contre l'extrémité de l'étui, la première partie (11) étant munie d'un élément torique élastique (12) assurant le maintien de cette partie dans l'étui,
tandis que la seconde partie (10) présente une creusure cylindrique (9) dans laquelle s'engage librement une partie cylindrique (6) solidaire du manche de la curette et également munie d'un élément torique élastique (7) assurant le maintien de la curette dans le manche de la fraise, le manche cylindrique de la curette (5) ayant un diamètre égal au diamètre de l'étui.
3. Nécessaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'étui (1) présente une rainure intérieure (13) au niveau de l'élément torique élastique (12) du manche de la fraise.
4. Nécessaire selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le manche de la fraise présente une rainure intérieure (8) au niveau de l'élément torique élastique (7) du manche de la curette.
5. Nécessaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la fraise (3) présente une denture latérale et frontale (14) à coupe négative.
6. Nécessaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'étui tubulaire est conique.
7. Nécessaire selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments toriques élastiques (7, 12) assurent également l'étanchéité.
La présente invention a pour objet un nécessaire pour fumeurs de pipe comprenant plusieurs outils, dont une curette et un bourrepipe, et un étui tubulaire pour le rangement de ces outils.
On connaît un nécessaire pour fumeurs de pipe comprenant un bourre-pipe, une curette et différentes sortes de cuillers reliés ensemble à leur extrémité par un rivet d'articulation, le tout pouvant être rangé dans un étui en forme de douille. La cuiller permet d'enlever les cendres et les résidus de tabac du fourneau, mais ne permet pas de gratter les parois du fourneau pour enlever la croûte qui se forme sur ces parois. Quant à la plaquette formant l'extrémité active du bourre-pipe, elle est toujours à l'extérieur de l'étui. Lorsqu'elle est noircie, I'utilisateur se salit les mains et salit également les poches de ses vêtements.
La présente invention a pour but de mettre à la disposition du fumeur de pipe un nécessaire complet permettant notamment un raclage efficace de la paroi du fourneau et dont le bourre-pipe est abrité dans l'étui.
Le nécessaire pour fumeurs de pipe selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une fraise située à l'extrémité d'un corps tubulaire, utilisable comme bourre-pipe et rangeable dans ledit étui tubulaire, et servant lui-même d'étui à la curette solidaire d'un manche.
La partie frontale de la fraise, qui sert également de bourre-pipe, est abritée dans l'étui principal.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.

Le nécessaire se compose d'un étui principal 1 en forme de douille cylindrique, d'un corps cylindrique 2 rangeable dans l'étui 1 et fermé à son extrémité inférieure par une fraise rapportée 3 en acier trempé H SS MD. Ce corps tubulaire 2 sert lui-même d'étui à une curette 4 fixée dans un manche 5 constitué par un plot cylindrique présentant une partie de diamètre réduit 6 présentant une gorge annulaire dans laquelle est logé un élément torique en matière élastique 7 engagé d'autre part, en position de rangement, dans une rainure annulaire de faible profondeur 8 ménagée dans la paroi d'une creusure cylindrique 9 du corps tubulaire 2 portant la fraise 3.
Cette creusure 9 est ménagée dans un prolongement 10 du corps tubulaire 2 de même diamètre extérieur que l'étui 1 et présentant un épaulement par lequel il vient buter contre l'extrémité de cet étui 1.
En dessous de la partie 10 se trouve une partie cylindrique 11 de diamètre très légèrement inférieur au diamètre intérieur de l'étui 1 et présentant également un élément torique élastique 12 logé dans une gorge annulaire, élément torique qui s'engage, en position de rangement, dans une rainure de faible profondeur 13 ménagée dans la paroi intérieure de l'étui 1. Les éléments toriques élastiques 7 et 12 et les gorges 8 et 13 assurent le maintien des outils en position rangée.
La fraise 3 a la forme d'une tête cylindrique présentant une rainure rectangulaire 14 s'étendant longitudinalement sur deux côtés de la tête et diamétralement sur sa face frontale. Cette rainure 14 forme des dents à coupe négative. La rotation de la fraise 3 dans le fourneau de la pipe permet de nettoyer parfaitement l'intérieur du fourneau, d'une manière régulière et uniforme, sans risque de détériorer la pipe. Il est ainsi possible de ne jamais laisser la croûte prendre de l'embonpoint et de conserver au fourneau sa sveltesse originelle.
La curette 4 est faite d'une tige cylindrique en acier sur laquelle sont formés deux méplats 4a et 4b formant un dièdre étroit. Cette curette permet un curetage parfait du tuyau de la pipe et de l'orifice du bec.
Les garnitures élastiques 7 et 12 assurent en outre une fermeture étanche ne laissant pas échapper les odeurs désagréables des résidus déposés sur la curette et la fraise.
Selon une variante d'exécution, I'étui 1 pourrait être conique.

CLAIMS
1 Kit for pipe smokers comprising several tools including a curette (4) and, a pipe tamper and a tubular case (1) for the storage of these tools, characterized in that it comprises a cutter (3) located at the end of a tubular body (2), usable as a pipe-stuffer and stowable in said tubular case (I) and itself serving as a case for the curette (4) integral with a handle (5).

Kit according to claim 1, characterized in that the case (1) is cylindrical and that the part opposite (10) to the cutter of the tubular body (2} carrying this cutter has a first cylindrical part (II) of diameter corresponding to the inside diameter of the case (1) so that this first part (11) freely enters the case and a second part (10) of diameter equal to the outside diameter of the case (1), serving strawberry handle and the end of which abuts against the end of the case, the first part (11) being provided with an elastic toric element (12) ensuring that this part is held in the case,
while the second part (10) has a cylindrical recess (9) in which freely engages a cylindrical part (6) integral with the handle of the curette and also provided with an elastic toric element (7) ensuring the maintenance of the curette in the handle of the cutter, the cylindrical handle of the curette (5) having a diameter equal to the diameter of the case.
3. Kit according to claim 2, characterized in that the case (1) has an internal groove (13) at the level of the elastic toric element (12) of the handle of the cutter.
4. Kit according to claim 2, characterized in that the handle of the cutter has an internal groove (8) at the elastic toric element (7) of the handle of the curette.
5. Kit according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cutter (3) has a lateral and front toothing (14) with negative cut.
6. Kit according to claim 1, characterized in that the tubular case is conical.
7. Kit according to one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the elastic toric elements (7, 12) also provide sealing.
The present invention relates to a kit for pipe smokers comprising several tools, including a curette and a bourrepipe, and a tubular case for the storage of these tools.
There is known a kit for pipe smokers comprising a pipe tamper, a curette and different kinds of spoons connected together at their end by a hinge rivet, all of which can be stored in a case in the form of a socket. The spoon removes the ashes and tobacco residues from the stove, but does not scrape the walls of the stove to remove the crust that forms on these walls. As for the plate forming the active end of the pipe tamper, it is always outside the case. When it is blackened, the user gets his hands dirty and also dirty the pockets of his clothes.
The object of the present invention is to provide the pipe smoker with a complete set, in particular for efficient scraping of the wall of the furnace and the pipe tamper being housed in the case.
The kit for pipe smokers according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a milling cutter situated at the end of a tubular body, usable as pipe-stuffer and stowable in said tubular case, and itself serving for case with a curette attached to a handle.
The front part of the cutter, which also serves as a pipe tamper, is housed in the main case.

The kit consists of a main case 1 in the form of a cylindrical socket, a cylindrical body 2 which can be stored in the case 1 and closed at its lower end by an insert cutter 3 made of hardened steel H SS MD. This tubular body 2 itself serves as a case for a curette 4 fixed in a handle 5 constituted by a cylindrical stud having a portion of reduced diameter 6 having an annular groove in which is housed a toric element made of elastic material 7 engaged with on the other hand, in the storage position, in a shallow annular groove 8 formed in the wall of a cylindrical recess 9 of the tubular body 2 carrying the cutter 3.
This recess 9 is formed in an extension 10 of the tubular body 2 of the same outside diameter as the case 1 and having a shoulder by which it abuts against the end of this case 1.
Below the part 10 is a cylindrical part 11 of diameter very slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the case 1 and also having an elastic toric element 12 housed in an annular groove, toric element which engages, in the storage position , in a shallow groove 13 formed in the inner wall of the case 1. The elastic toric elements 7 and 12 and the grooves 8 and 13 ensure the maintenance of the tools in the stowed position.
The cutter 3 has the shape of a cylindrical head having a rectangular groove 14 extending longitudinally on two sides of the head and diametrically on its front face. This groove 14 forms negative cut teeth. The rotation of the cutter 3 in the furnace of the pipe makes it possible to perfectly clean the interior of the furnace, in a regular and uniform manner, without risk of damaging the pipe. It is thus possible to never let the crust get overweight and keep the original slenderness in the stove.
The curette 4 is made of a cylindrical steel rod on which two flats 4a and 4b are formed, forming a narrow dihedral. This curette allows a perfect curettage of the pipe of the pipe and the orifice of the spout.
The elastic linings 7 and 12 also provide a tight closure that does not allow the unpleasant odors of the residues deposited on the curette and the strawberry to escape.
