PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Floor covering for outdoor soccer fields with an upper layer (4) made of loose, red or green colored, bitumen or plastic coated sand and with a mineral base layer (2) characterized in that between the mineral base layer (2) and the loose sand Upper layer (4) is a 2 to 5 cm thick, bound dynamic layer (3) made of solid and elastic aggregates - bound with an elastic binder.
2. Floor covering according to claim 1, characterized in that the loose lying bitumen or plastic-coated sand top layer (4) is permeable to water.
3. Floor covering according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the loose, bitumen or plastic-coated sand top layer (4) in 5 to 15 mm thickness is applied to the bound dynamic layer (3).
4. Floor covering according to one of claims 1, 2, or 3, characterized in that the loose lying bitumen or plastic-coated sand top layer (4) contains rubber components.
5. Floor covering according to one of claims 1, 2, 3, or 4, characterized in that under the loose, bituminous or plastic-coated sand top layer (4) and on the bound dynamic layer (3), a structural injection of elastic binder and Rubber granulate is arranged.
The invention relates to a floor covering for outdoor football pitches in accordance with. the preamble of claim 1. In order to be able to use floor coverings for outdoor soccer fields with a permanent cover made of synthetic material for use with studded shoes, it is necessary to create a cover layer on the firm support of the bound dynamic layer, which allows the studs to penetrate Football shoes made possible, which at the same time reduces injuries in the event of falls and largely matches the color of the conventional ceiling coverings. At the same time, this top layer must protect the bound dynamic layer from damage caused by the cleats of soccer shoes.
In the previously known designs for football fields, in addition to the design in lawn, the water-bound tennis blanket is largely used. Both types of construction have the following disadvantages:
The football pitches cannot be used all year round because their composition is very dependent on the weather. Extensive maintenance measures are constantly required, which in addition to the restricted use also entail financial disadvantages.
A floor covering that can be used for outdoor football pitches must therefore consist of a loose layer of unbound material of suitable grain size, applied in sufficient thickness and colored by an intermediate treatment.
The present invention consists in that an approximately 2 to 5 cm thick, bonded dynamic layer of solid and elastic aggregates bound with an elastic binder is arranged between the mineral base layer and the loose sand top layer. Advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the dependent claims. The sand top layer advantageously consists of mineral material in the grain size 0.09 / 3 mm and is mixed with a colored, bituminous or plastic binder in a mixing process before application so that the surface of the mineral material is completely wetted, but no bonding or binding of the individual Grains occurs among themselves.
To achieve additional elasticity, rubber granulate or rubber fibers can be added to the mineral. If the floor covering is produced and applied in this way, there are no disadvantages for the athlete when using the soccer field with cleats. At the same time, however, a protective layer has been created for the underlying dynamic layer that prevents damage. If the grain structure of the sand top layer does not contain fine particles below 0.09 mm, the floor covering is permeable to water. In this case, the absence of the fines also means that dust is avoided during use when it is dry.
If the grain size is limited to 3 mm at the same time, injuries to the athletes cannot occur in the event of a fall. Due to the lack of cohesive components in the top layer of the floor covering, space maintenance is particularly easy. It only consists in occasionally leveling the square. Another advantage is the year-round use of the football field without restrictions.
An embodiment is shown in the drawing and described in more detail below. The figure shows schematically a section through part of a space built according to the invention. The structure is essentially known:
An unbound base layer (2) made of mineral material is arranged on the ground level (1) of the subsurface or substructure. A bonded, dynamic layer (3) follows, on which a sand top layer (4) is applied.
The sports field produced in this way is edged with edging stones (5) on a concrete foundation (6).
