O,O-Dimethyl-O-(2,2-dichlorvinyl)-phosphorsäureester (Dichlorvos), 3-(O, O.Dimethylphosphoryloxy-N,N-dimethyl-cis-croton- amid (Dicrotophos), O,O,O',O'-Tetraäthyl-S,S'-methylen-bis-dithio-phos- phorsäureester (Ethion), O,O-Dimethyl-O-(2,
5-dichlor-4-jo dophenyl)-thionophos- phorsäureester (Jodofenphos), O,O-Diäthyl-O-[2-chlor- 1 -(2,4-dichlorphenyl)-vinyfl- phosphorsäureester (Chlorfenvinphos), O,O-Diäthyl.O-(3-chlor-4-methyl-cumarinyl-7)-thionophos- phorsäureester (Coumaphos), 2,3-Bis-(O,O-diäthyl-thiophosphoryl-mercapto)-1 ,4-dioxan (Dioxathion), O,O-Dimethyl-S-phthalimido-methyl-dithiophosphorsäure- ester (Phosmet), 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(3,5,6-trichlorpyridyl-2)-thiophosphor- säureester (Chlorpyrifos), O,O-Diäthyl-O-(2-isopropyl-4-methyl-pyrimidyl-6)-thiono phosphorsäureester (Diazinon).
In den Beispielen wurden folgende Verbindungen untersucht: A) 2-(2',4'-Dimethylphenylimino)-3-methyl-thiazolin B) O,O-Diäthyl-O-[2-chlor- 1 -(2,4-dichlorphenyl)-vinyl]- phosphorsäureester (Chlorfenvinphos) C) 3-(O,O-Dimethylphosphoryloxy-N,N-dimethyl-cis- crotonamid (Dicrotophos) D) O,O,O',O'-Tetraäthyl-S,S'-methylen-bis-dithio-phos- phorsäureester (Ethion) E) O,O-Diäthyl-O-(3-chlor-4-methyl-cumarinyl-7)-thiono phosphorsäureester (Coumaphos) F) O,O-Dimethyl-S-phthalimido-methyl-dithiophos phorsäureester (Phosmet) G) 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(3,5,6-trichlorpyridyl-2)-thionophos phorsäureester (Chlorpyrifos) H) O,O-Diäthyl-O-(2-isopropyl-4-methyl-pyrimidyl-6-)-thio nophosphorsäureester (Diazinon)

6. Use of an active ingredient combination according to claim 1 for combating ectoparasites.

8. Use of active compound combinations according to claim 6 for combating ticks.
The present invention relates to new ectoparasiticidal compositions which contain an active ingredient combination as the active component, and to their use for controlling ectoparasites, in particular mites and ticks.
The agents according to the invention contain a combination of active ingredients, consisting of the compound 2- (2 ', 4' dimethylphenylimino) -3-methyl-thiazoline (cymiazole) and organophosphorus compounds, which has a synergistic activity which advantageously enhances the additive effect of the individual active ingredients forming the combination Way surpasses.
Examples of suitable organophosphorus compounds for forming the active compound combinations containing the agents according to the invention are.
O, O-dimethyl-O- (2,2-dichlorovinyl) phosphoric acid ester (dichlorvos), 3- (O, O. dimethylphosphoryloxy-N, N-dimethyl-cis-crotonamide (Dicrotophos), O, O, O ', O'-Tetraethyl-S, S'-methylene-bis-dithio-phosphoric acid ester (Ethion), O, O-Dimethyl-O- (2,
5-dichloro-4-jo dophenyl) thionophosphoric acid ester (Jodofenphos), O, O-diethyl-O- [2-chloro-1 - (2,4-dichlorophenyl) vinyl fluorophosphate ester (Chlorfenvinphos), O, O -Diethyl.O- (3-chloro-4-methyl-coumarinyl-7) -thionophosphoric acid ester (Coumaphos), 2,3-bis- (O, O-diethyl-thiophosphoryl-mercapto) -1, 4-dioxane ( Dioxathione), O, O-dimethyl-S-phthalimido-methyl-dithiophosphoric acid ester (Phosmet), 0.0-diethyl-0- (3,5,6-trichloropyridyl-2) -thiophosphoric acid ester (Chlorpyrifos), O , O-diethyl-O- (2-isopropyl-4-methyl-pyrimidyl-6) -thiono phosphoric acid ester (diazinon).
The compounds described above as active ingredient components of the agents according to the invention are already known to be individually pesticidal.
The combination of different chemical compounds for the generation of synergistic activity enhancement for the control of pests is becoming increasingly important because of the possibility thereby given to effectively counteract the increasingly common resistance of the parasites to individual compounds. As a result, the increase in the amounts of active ingredient normally required due to the formation of resistance can largely be avoided. The resulting savings in substance quantities bring significant ecological benefits, both economically and by reducing the environmental impact.
Mixtures of different classes of substances, such as pyrethrins, pyrethroids, carbamates and phosphoric acid esters, have already been described as synergistically active preparations in the pesticide field. It has been shown, however, that these combination preparations do not fully meet the demands placed on them in practice, particularly with regard to improved effectiveness, toxicity and economy.
It has now been found that the active ingredient combination contained in the agents according to the invention, consisting of 2- (2 ', 4'-dimethylphenylimino-3-methyl-thiazoline and organophosphorus compounds, has a high ectoparasiticidal and in particular acaricidal action. The combination of 2 is preferred - (2 ', 4'-Dimethylphenylimino3-methyl-thiazoline with the organophosphorus compound O, O-diethyl-O- [2-chloro-1 - (2,4-dichlorophenyl) vinyl] -phosphoric acid ester.
The range from 1: 100 to 100: 1 applies to the weight ratios of the thiazoline compound to the organophosphorus compounds which are decisive in the active compound combinations. The combination ratio of the thiazoline compound to the organophosphorus compounds in the range from 1:10 to 1:50 is to be regarded as preferred.
The determination of the effectiveness of the agents according to the invention is explained in more detail with the aid of the following examples. The analysis of the biocidal efficacy of mixtures of substances on certain species is carried out using the method of Y.-P. Sun and E.R. Johnson [J. Econ. Entomol. 53, 887 (1960)].
The combined effect of the combined active substances was determined by determining the current toxicity index of the
Components and the mixture of the components were examined in relation to the dose-response curve. The theoretical toxicity of the mixture corresponds to the sum of the toxicity indices, calculated from the percentage of each component multiplied by the respective toxicity index. Therefore, the total toxicity or co-toxicity coefficient of a mixture is the actual toxicity index of the mixture x x 100 theoretical toxicity index of the mixture
A coefficient of a mixture of almost 100 shows an essentially similar effect of the two pesticides; an independent effect usually results in a coefficient of less than 100, while a coefficient that is significantly above 100 indicates synergism.
The following compounds were investigated in the examples: A) 2- (2 ', 4'-dimethylphenylimino) -3-methylthiazoline B) O, O-diethyl-O- [2-chloro-1 - (2,4-dichlorophenyl ) -vinyl] - phosphoric acid ester (chlorfenvinphos) C) 3- (O, O-dimethylphosphoryloxy-N, N-dimethyl-cis-crotonamide (Dicrotophos) D) O, O, O ', O'-tetraethyl-S, S' -methylene-bis-dithiophosphoric acid ester (Ethion) E) O, O-diethyl-O- (3-chloro-4-methyl-coumarinyl-7) -thionophosphoric acid ester (Coumaphos) F) O, O-dimethyl- S-phthalimido-methyl-dithiophos phosphoric acid ester (Phosmet) G) 0,0-diethyl-0- (3,5,6-trichloropyridyl-2) -thionophos phosphoric acid ester (Chlorpyrifos) H) O, O-diethyl-O- (2nd -isopropyl-4-methyl-pyrimidyl-6 -) - thio nophosphoric acid ester (diazinon)
The effectiveness of mixtures,
Consisting of compound A and one of compounds B to H was tested on ticks (Boophilus microplus). The ticks used were an OP-resistant strain. To determine the ED50 values (effective dose for 50% of the test animals), a series of dilutions of both different mixing ratios and of the individual compounds were prepared.
example 1
Topical application
20 ticks 99 were fixed dorsally on an adhesive tape and treated with a dilution of the active ingredients in acetone. 1 pl of the acetone solution was applied ventrally to each tick using a Hamilton dispenser. Two to four hours later, the treated ticks are incubated at 28 ° C. and about 90% RH and left for 3 to 4 weeks under these conditions.
The evaluation relates to a) the percentage reduction in eggs laid and b) the percentage reduction in hatched larvae.
From the results obtained, the ED 50 values were determined in µg / tick and the cotoxicity coefficients were calculated (if this index is well above 100, the combined effect of the two mixture components is more than additive, i.e. synergism occurs). The results shown in Table 1 represent mean values from several individual experiments of 20 test animals each per drug concentration.

The basis for the agents according to the invention
Active ingredient combinations are used together with suitable
Carriers and / or additives used. Suitable
Carriers and additives are solid or liquid and correspond to the substances commonly used in formulation technology, e.g. B. natural or regenerated substances, solvents, di spergier-, wetting, adhesive, thickening and / or binders.
For application, the active ingredient combinations are processed into dusts, emulsion concentrates, granules, dispersions, sprays, solutions or slurries. Furthermore, aqueous preparations or concentrates of the active compound combinations are used according to the invention for cattle dips, ie. H. Cattle baths, and spray races, d. H.
Spray courses, as well as the pour-on method used.
Agents according to the invention are produced by intimately mixing and / or grinding the active substance combinations with the suitable excipients, if appropriate with the addition of dispersants or solvents which are inert to the active substances. The active substance combinations can be present and used in the following processing forms: solid processing forms:
Dusts, scattering agents, granules, liquid processing forms: a) water-dispersible active ingredient combination concentrations:
Wettable powders, pastes, emulsions; b) Solutions:
The content of active ingredient combination in the application forms described above is between 1 and 80%.
Example 3
Emulsion concentrate
20 parts by weight of active ingredient combination are in
70 parts by weight of xylene dissolved and with
10 parts by weight of an emulsifier, consisting of a mixture of an arylphenyl polyglycol ether and the calcium salt of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, ver. The emulsion concentrate can be in any
Ratio are mixed with water and forms a milky emulsion.
Example 4
Emulsion concentrate
5 to max. 30 parts by weight of active compound combination are dissolved with stirring at room temperature in 30 parts by weight of dibutyl phthalate, 10 parts by weight of Solvent 200 (low-viscosity, highly aromatic petroleum distillate), 15 to 35 parts by weight of Dutrex 238 FC (viscous, highly aromatic petroleum distillate) and mixed with 10 parts by weight of an emulsifier mixture consisting of castor oil polyglycol ether and the calcium salt of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid. The emulsion concentrate thus obtained gives milky emulsions in water.
Example 5
Wettable powder
5 to 30 parts by weight of active ingredient combination are mixed in a mixer with 5 parts by weight of an absorbent carrier material (silica K 320 or Wessalon S) and 55 to 80 parts by weight of a carrier material (Bolus alba or Kaolin B 24) and a dispersant mixture , consisting of 5 parts by weight of a sodium lauryl sulfonate and 5 parts by weight of an alkyl aryl polyglycol ether, mixed intensively.
This mixture is ground on a pin or air jet mill down to 5-151lm. The wettable powder thus obtained gives a good suspension in water.
Example 6
Dusts
5 parts by weight of finely ground active ingredient combination
2 parts by weight of a precipitated silica and
92 parts by weight of talc mixed intensively.
