PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Halter mit Henkel für Getränkepackungen, bei welchen der Verschluss umgefaltete, jeweils an der Packungswand lösbar anliegende Lappen aufweist, mit einem zum Anliegen an der einen Packungswand bestimmten ersten Anschlag (1), an welchem sich der Henkel (2) befindet, und mit einem zum Anliegen an einer der einen Packungswand gegenüberliegenden Packungswand bestimmten weiteren Anschlag (3), welche beiden Anschläge (1; 3) miteinander verbunden sind und Teile des Halterkörpers bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am oberen Ende des ersten Anschlages (1) Mittel (4) vorgesehen sind, um den von der Packungswand gelösten Verschlusslappen in einer Lage etwa parallel zur Packungswand festzuhalten.
2. Halter nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ais Mittel (4) am oberen Ende des Anschlages (1) ein Schlitz (4) vorgesehen ist.
3. Halter nach Anspruch 1 und 2, bestehend aus einem Halterkörper mit vier Seitenwänden, dessen lichter Querschnitt im wesentlichen jenem der zu haltenden Packung entspricht, wobei eine Seitenwand den ersten Anschlag bildet, an dessen oberen Ende der Henkel (2) liegt, während die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand am oberen Ende einen schnabelartigen Ausguss (7) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung des Schlitzes (4) im Übergang zwischen der den Anschlag (1) bildenden Wand und dem Henkel (2) liegt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Halter mit Henkel für Getränkepackungen, bei welchen der Verschluss umgefaltete, jeweils an der Packungswand lösbar anliegende Lappen aufweist, mit einem zum Anliegen an der Packungswand bestimmten ersten Anschlag, an welchem sich der Henkel befindet, und mit einem zum Anliegen an einer, der einen Packungswand gegenüberliegenden Packungswand bestimmten weiteren Anschlag, welche beiden Anschläge miteinander verbunden sind und Teile des Halterkörpers bilden.
Halter für Getränkepackungen der vorgenannten Art sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Diese Halter weisen üblicherweise die Form der Packung auf und sind dazu vorgesehen, die Packungen mittels Seitenwänden und einem Boden zu halten. Eine Ausführungsform weist zudem einen Deckel auf, welcher einen Ausguss aufweist, der sich beim Verschliessen des Deckels selbsttätig in die Packung bohrt und eine Ausgiessöffnung schafft. Diese bekannte Lösung, obwohl auf den ersten Blick ideal, hat den Nachteil, dass Probleme bezüglich Hygiene auftreten.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Halter mit Henkel zu schaffen, welcher es gestattet, eine üblicherweise quaderförmige Getränkepackung sicher festzuhalten und das Ausgiessen, durch die übliche Behälteröffnung, zu ermöglichen.
Der erfindungsgemässe Halter mit Henkel der eingangs beschriebenen Art zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass am oberen Ende des ersten Anschlages Mittel vorgesehen sind, um den von der Packungswand gelösten rückseitigen Verschlusslappen in einer Lage etwa parallel zur Packungswand festzuhalten.
Die Mittel zum Halten des Verschlusslappens bestehen vorzugsweise aus einem am oberen Ende des ersten Anschlages vorgesehenen Schlitz, in welchen der genannte Verschlusslappen passt. Die eigentliche Schlitzöffnung befindet sich zweckmässig im Übergang zwischen dem Anschlag und einem damit verbundenen Henkel.
Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes werden nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigt:
Fig. 1-3 rein schematische Ausführungsformen von erfindungsgemässen Haltern für quaderförmige Getränkepakkungen;
Fig. 4 eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform in schaubildlicher Darstellung, und
Fig. 5 einen Vertikalschnitt, ausschnittsweise, durch den oberen Teil der Rückwandstütze des Halters nach Figur 4.
Figuren 1-3 der Zeichnung zeigen rein schematisch einige Ausführungsbeispiele von Haltern für quaderförmige Getränkepackungen, deren Verschluss die üblichen, an der vorderen und rückwärtigen Packungswand anliegenden Lappen aufweist.
Wie ersichtlich, weisen die Halter einen Anschlag 1 für die eine Behälterwand, einen damit verbundenen bzw. mit dieser aus einem Stück bestehenden Henkel 2 und einen Anschlag 3 für die gegenüberliegende Behälterwand auf. Am oberen Ende des Anschlages list eine Vertiefung 4 in Form eines Schlitzes vorgesehen, in welche der leicht von der Packung gelöste Lappen 5 (gestrichelt) einführbar ist. Mit dieser Grundkonstruktion ist eine sichere Halterung der Packung im Halter gewährleistet, wobei das Füllgut über den geöffneten Verschluss 6 entleert werden kann. Es ist ohne weiteres möglich, die Packung bis in eine horizontale Stellung zu bringen, ohne dass sich die Packung aus dem Halter lösen könnte.
Die Tatsache, dass der Halter nach Fig. 2 und 3 im wesentlichen aus einem rohrförmigen Element besteht, d.h. keinen Boden besitzt, erlaubt die Halterung von Packungen verschiedener Höhe. Der Halter in dieser Ausführung kann z.B.
eine Ausgussnase 7 aufweisen.
Figur 4 der Zeichnung zeigt einen Halter, ebenfalls rohrförmig ausgebildet, wobei ersichtlich ist, dass dank dem besonders dünnwandig ausgebildeten Steg 8 der Lappen 5 praktisch in seiner ursprünglichen Lage verbleibt (er wurde lediglich leicht von der Wand gelöst).
Falls die Verschlusslappen 5 auf die Oberseite der Packung zurückgefaltet sein sollten, könnte der in den Schlitz 4 einzuschiebende Lappen lediglich um die Faltstelle geklappt und in der beschriebenen Weise im Schlitz 4 untergebracht werden, um seine Funktion im Zusammenhang mit dem beschriebenen Halter zu erfüllen.
Figur 5 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus dem Halter nach Figur 4.
Die Ausnehmung 4 kann dabei im wesentlichen rechteckig oder aber z.B. dreieckig sein, um an die Form des Lappens 5 angepasst zu sein.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. holder with handle for beverage packs, in which the closure has folded flaps, each releasably attached to the packing wall, with a first stop (1), on which the handle (2) is located, for contacting the one packing wall, and with a further stop (3) intended to rest against a pack wall opposite a pack wall, which two stops (1; 3) are connected to one another and form parts of the holder body, characterized in that means (4.) at the upper end of the first stop (1) ) are provided to hold the closure tab detached from the packing wall in a position approximately parallel to the packing wall.
2. Holder according to claim I, characterized in that a slot (4) is provided as means (4) at the upper end of the stop (1).
3. Holder according to claim 1 and 2, consisting of a holder body with four side walls, the clear cross-section substantially corresponds to that of the package to be held, wherein a side wall forms the first stop, at the upper end of the handle (2), while the opposite side wall at the upper end has a beak-like spout (7), characterized in that the opening of the slot (4) lies in the transition between the wall forming the stop (1) and the handle (2).
The present invention relates to a holder with a handle for beverage packs, in which the closure has folded flaps, each of which is releasably attached to the packing wall, with a first stop intended for contacting the packing wall, on which the handle is located, and with one for contacting one further stop, which determines a packing wall opposite a packing wall, which two stops are connected to one another and form parts of the holder body.
Holders for beverage packs of the aforementioned type are known in various designs. These holders usually have the shape of the pack and are intended to hold the packs by means of side walls and a bottom. One embodiment also has a lid which has a spout which automatically drills into the package when the lid is closed and creates a pouring opening. This known solution, although ideal at first glance, has the disadvantage that hygiene problems arise.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a holder with a handle, which allows a usually rectangular beverage pack to be securely held in place and enables pouring through the usual container opening.
The holder according to the invention with a handle of the type described at the outset is characterized in that means are provided at the upper end of the first stop in order to hold the rear closure flap detached from the packing wall in a position approximately parallel to the packing wall.
The means for holding the closing tab preferably consist of a slot provided at the upper end of the first stop, into which the said closing tab fits. The actual slot opening is conveniently located in the transition between the stop and a handle connected to it.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows:
Fig. 1-3 purely schematic embodiments of holders according to the invention for cuboid beverage packs;
Fig. 4 shows a preferred embodiment in a diagrammatic representation, and
5 shows a vertical section, in sections, through the upper part of the rear wall support of the holder according to FIG. 4.
Figures 1-3 of the drawing show purely schematically some exemplary embodiments of holders for cuboid beverage packs, the closure of which has the usual tabs lying against the front and rear wall of the pack.
As can be seen, the holders have a stop 1 for one container wall, a handle 2 connected to it or made of one piece with it, and a stop 3 for the opposite container wall. At the upper end of the stop, a recess 4 is provided in the form of a slot, into which the tab 5 (dashed), which is easily detached from the pack, can be inserted. This basic construction ensures that the pack is held securely in the holder, and the contents can be emptied via the opened closure 6. It is easily possible to bring the pack into a horizontal position without the pack coming out of the holder.
The fact that the holder according to Figs. 2 and 3 consists essentially of a tubular element, i.e. has no bottom, allows packs of different heights to be held. The holder in this version can e.g.
have a pouring spout 7.
Figure 4 of the drawing shows a holder, also tubular, whereby it can be seen that, thanks to the particularly thin-walled web 8, the tab 5 practically remains in its original position (it was only slightly detached from the wall).
If the sealing flaps 5 were to be folded back onto the top of the package, the flap to be inserted into the slot 4 could only be folded around the folding point and accommodated in the slot 4 in the manner described to fulfill its function in connection with the holder described.
FIG. 5 shows a section of the holder according to FIG. 4.
The recess 4 can be essentially rectangular or e.g. be triangular to match the shape of the tab 5.
