PATENTANSPRÜCHE Halter mit Henkel für ein Füllgut enthaltende Packungen, insbesondere Getränkepackungen, bei welchen der Verschluss umgefaltete, an der Packungswand lösbar anliegende Lappen aufweist, mit einer zum Anliegen an der Behälterrückwand bestimmten Stütze (1), an welcher sich der Henkel (2) befindet, und mit einer zum Anliegen an eine weitere Behälterwand bestimmten weiteren Stütze (3), welche beiden Stützen (1; 3) miteinander verbunden sind und Teile des Haltekörpers bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer der Stützen (1: 3) Haltemittel (4) vorgesehen sind, um den von der Packungswand gelösten Verschlusslappen etwa parallel zur anliegenden Wand festzuhalten.
2. Halter nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Stütze (1) für die Rückwand und eine rechtwinklig von deren oberem Ende nach vorne abstehende Stütze (3) für die obere Behälterwand, wobei die als Schlitz (4) ausgebildeten Hal- temittel am Übergang der beiden Stützen (1; 3) vorgesehen sind.
3. Halter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (4) aus einem im oberen Teil der Rückwandstütze (1) vorgesehenen Schlitz (4) bestehen.
4. Halter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (4) als Ausnehmung in der Rückwandstütze (1) ausgebildet ist.

Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 2-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (4) auf der dem zu haltenden Behälter zugekehrten Seite der Stütze (1; 3) liegt und ausser der eigentlichen Schlitzöffnung (4') auch wenigstens nach einer Seite hin offen ist, um das Einschieben der Behälterlappens von der Seite her zu ermöglichen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Halter mit Henkel für ein Füllgut enthaltende Packungen, insbesondere Getränkepackungen, bei welchen der Verschluss umgefaltete, an der Packungswand lösbar anliegende Lappen aufweist, mit einer zum Anliegen an der Behälterrückwand bestimmten Stütze, an welcher sich der Henkel befindet, und mit einer zum Anliegen an eine weitere Behälterwand bestimmten weiteren Stütze, welche beiden Stützen miteinander verbunden sind und Teile des Haltekörpers bilden.
Halter für Getränkepackungen der vorgenannten Art sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Diese Halter weisen üblicherweise die Form der Packung auf und sind dazu vorgesehen, die Packungen mittels Seitenwänden und einem Boden zu halten. Eine Ausführungsform weist zudem einen Deckel auf, welcher einen Ausguss aufweist, der sich beim Verschliessen des Deckels selbsttätig in die Packung bohrt und eine Ausgiessöffnung schafft.
Diese bekannte Lösung, obwohl auf den ersten Blick ideal, hat den Nachteil, dass Probleme bezüglich Hygiene auftreten.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Halter mit Henkel zu schaffen, welcher es gestattet, eine üblicher weise quaderförmige Getränkepackung sicher festzuhalten und das Ausgiessen, durch die übliche Behälteröffnung, zu ermöglichen.
Der erfindungsgemässe Halter mit Henkel der eingangs beschriebenen Art zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass an einer der Stützen Haltemittel vorgesehen sind, um den von der
Packungswand gelösten Verschlusslappen etwa parallel zur anliegenden Wand festzuhalten.
Die Haltemittel zeichnen sich vorzugsweise aus durch eine Stütze für die Rückwand und eine rechtwinklig von de ren oberem Ende nach vorne abstehende Stütze für die obere
Behälterwand, wobei die als Schlitz ausgebildeten Haltewin kel am Übergang der beiden Stützen vorgesehen sind.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung noch etwas näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine rein schematische Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemässen Halters für quaderförmige Getränkepak kungen,
Fig. 2 eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform in schaubildli cher Darstellung.
Die Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt rein schematisch ein Aus führungsbeispiel eines Halters für quaderförmige Geträn kepackungen, deren Verschluss die üblichen, an der vor deren und rückwärtigen Packungswand anliegenden Lappen aufweist.
Wie ersichtlich, weist der Halter eine Rückwandstütze 1, einen damit verbundenen bzw. mit dieser aus einem Stück bestehenden Henkel 2 und eine Stütze 3 für die obere Behäl terwand auf. Am oberen Ende der Rückwandstütze 1, und zwar auf deren Innenseite, ist eine Vertiefung 4 in Form ei nes Schlitzes vorgesehen, in welche der leicht von der Pak kung gelöste Lappen 5 (gestrichelt) einführbar ist. Mit dieser
Grundkonstruktion ist eine sichere Halterung im Halter ge währleistet, wobei das Füllgut über den geöffneten Ver schluss 6 entleert werden kann. Es ist ohne weiteres möglich, die Packung bis in eine horizontale Stellung zu bringen, ohne dass sich die Packung aus dem Halter lösen könnte.
Fig. 2 der Zeichnung zeigt einen Halter nach der Erfin dung, wobei ersichtlich ist, dass dank dem besonders dünn wandig ausgebildeten Steg 7 der Lappen 5 praktisch in seiner ursprünglichen Lage verbleibt (er wurde lediglich leicht von der Wand gelöst).
Falls die Verschlusslappen 5 auf die Oberseite der Pak kung zurückgefaltet sein sollten, könnte der in den Schlitz 4 einzuschiebende Lappen lediglich um die Faltstelle geklappt und in der beschriebenen Weise im Schlitz 4 untergebracht werden, um seine Funktion im Zusammenhang mit dem be schriebenen Halter zu erfüllen.
Es wäre grundsätzlich auch denkbar, den Halteschlitz auch auf der Innenseite der oberen Stütze anzubringen.

PATENT CLAIMS Holder with a handle for packs containing a filling, in particular beverage packs, in which the closure has folded flaps which are detachably attached to the packing wall, with a support (1) intended to lie against the rear wall of the container and on which the handle (2) is located, and with a further support (3) intended to rest against a further container wall, which two supports (1; 3) are connected to one another and form parts of the holding body, characterized in that on one of the supports (1: 3) holding means (4) are provided to hold the closure tab detached from the packing wall approximately parallel to the adjacent wall.
2. Holder according to claim 1, characterized by a support (1) for the rear wall and a support (3) projecting at right angles from its upper end for the upper container wall, the holding means designed as a slot (4) at the transition of the two supports (1; 3) are provided.
3. Holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding means (4) consist of a slot (4) provided in the upper part of the rear wall support (1).
4. Holder according to claim 2, characterized in that the slot (4) is designed as a recess in the rear wall support (1).
5. Holder according to one of claims 2-4, characterized in that the slot (4) on the side facing the container to be held of the support (1; 3) and in addition to the actual slot opening (4 ') also at least on one side is open to allow the insertion of the container tab from the side.
The present invention relates to a holder with a handle for packs containing a filling material, in particular beverage packs, in which the closure has folded flaps which are releasably attached to the packing wall, with a support intended to rest against the rear wall of the container, on which the handle is located, and with a further support intended to rest against a further container wall, which two supports are connected to one another and form parts of the holding body.
Holders for beverage packs of the aforementioned type are known in various designs. These holders usually have the shape of the pack and are intended to hold the packs by means of side walls and a bottom. One embodiment also has a lid which has a spout which automatically drills into the package when the lid is closed and creates a pouring opening.
This known solution, although ideal at first glance, has the disadvantage that hygiene problems arise.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a holder with a handle which allows a customary cuboid beverage pack to be securely held in place and enables pouring through the usual container opening.

Fig. 2 of the drawing shows a holder according to the inven tion, whereby it can be seen that thanks to the particularly thin-walled web 7 of the tab 5 practically remains in its original position (it was only slightly detached from the wall).
If the flaps 5 should be folded back onto the top of the pack, the tab to be inserted into the slot 4 could only be folded around the fold and accommodated in the slot 4 in the manner described, in order to fulfill its function in connection with the holder described .
In principle, it would also be conceivable to provide the holding slot on the inside of the upper support.
