PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Fig. 1 die Verankerungsvorrichtung in der Ansicht, und
Fig. 2 einen Seitenriss zu Fig. 1.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Anchoring device for attaching to a formwork of a concrete component, characterized in that it has a U-profile rail (1), the profile web (2) is provided along one of the flange sides with equidistant holes (3), through which holes (3) anchoring steels (4) are guided so that the anchoring steels (4) on the side of the profile web (2) facing away from the flanges are bent in a U-shape and are connected to the end of the bent U-leg (5) with the profile web (2), and that on the channel side of the rail (1) the anchoring steels (4) are bent in such a way that their free ends (6) come to lie side by side in the channel (7).
2. Anchoring device according to claim 1, characterized in that the channel (7) is covered with foam or glued with a film.
The invention relates to an anchoring device for attaching to a formwork of a concrete component.
The same inventor has already proposed a process for producing reinforcement parts and a part produced by the process in CH-PS 562 376.
The reinforcement part consists of a one-piece foam body with a dovetail-shaped cross section, in which the end regions of the reinforcement rods to be bent out are embedded. However, these reinforcement parts are bulky and fragile, which makes them difficult to transport and store.
A reinforcement connection is available commercially, the anchoring steels of which consist of two bent parts that must be connected to one another by means of an anchor clamp when concreting the connection. The short anchoring part is inserted through a gutter-like wooden strip and protrudes into the gutter with its upturned hammer head. After concreting, the wooden strip with the formwork is removed, leaving a groove in the concrete into which the hammer head protrudes. Before the concreting of the connection component, an L-shaped, relatively long anchoring part with an hammer clamp, also provided with a hammer head, is attached to this with an anchor clamp.
However, such a connection does not have the properties of a one-piece steel rod. In addition, the anchored steel parts do not have U-shaped hooks, as are required for air-raid shelters.
There was therefore a need for an anchoring device which is in one piece and relatively light and compact and which can be used reliably from the warehouse with minimal expenditure of time. This need is to be met with the anchoring device according to the invention.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown. Show it:
Fig. 1 shows the anchoring device, and
FIG. 2 shows a side view of FIG. 1.
The anchoring device shown has a U-shaped rail 1, which can be made of iron or plastic, for example with an outer web width of 4 cm and an outer flange height of 2 cm. Along one of the flange sides, the profile web 2 is provided with equidistant, punched holes 3, through which anchoring steels 4 are guided (FIGS. 1 and 2). On the back of the profile web 2, the anchoring steels 4 are bent in a U-shape, the end of the bent U-leg 5 being firmly connected to the profile web 2, for example by an inert gas welding.
The anchoring steels 4 can be pre-bent through the holes 3, which simplifies the work and can be kept to a minimum.
On the channel side of the profile rail 1, the anchoring steels 4 are bent in such a way that their free ends come to lie side by side in the channel 7 (FIG. 1).
The profile rail 1 is provided in a standard length of 2.5 m. The width of the channel 7 enables the ends 6 of the lower anchoring steels 4 to be directed upwards.
The channel 7 with the bent ends 6 of the anchoring steels 4 is preferably filled with foam. It can be covered with a film.
Before concreting a first concrete component, the U-shaped rail 1 is fastened to the inside of the formwork, the channel 7 being directed against the formwork. The profile rail 1 is then concreted in with the legs 5 of the anchoring steels 4 and the formwork is removed again. Before concreting the connection component, the channel 7 is freed from the foam or from the cover film and the free ends 6 of the anchoring steels 4 are erected (FIG. 2).
