Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Verspannen von Schalungsteilen an einer Schalungslehre an bereits gefertigten Bauabschnitten nach dem Obobegriffs des Anspruchs 1. In der Regel wird dies insbesondere bei Rundbauten so gehandhabt, daß in entsprechenden Abständen Spannkeile eingetrieben werden, so daß die Schalungsteile in horizontaler Richtung entsprechend vorgespannt werden, damit sie dann an die Schalungslehre bzw. den gefertigten Bauabschnitt angedrückt werden. Eine derartige Einrichtung ist aus der US-A-3 778 491 bekannt geworden. Gerade bei der Herstellung von runden bzw. kreisförmigen Bauwerken ergeben sich oft Schwierigkeiten, da die Reibung zwischen den Schalungsteilen und bereits bestehenden Bauabschnitten sehr groß ist, so daß eine ordnungsgemäße Verspannung fast unmöglich wird. Nach dem Einrichten der Schalungsteile muß dann lediglich noch der eingelegte Schlauch pneumatisch oder hydraulisch aufgebläht werden, so daß auf die ganze Schalungslänge ein gleichmäßiger Anpreßdruck gewährleistet ist. Es ist dadurch nicht mehr nötig, daß sich die einzelnen Schalungsteile entlang der Schalungslehre bzw. fertiger Bauabschnitte verschieben müssen, sondern es wird auf die ganze Länge der errichteten Schalung senkrecht zur Schalung ein entsprechender Druck ausgeübt. Es ergibt sich dadurch nicht nur eine einwandfreie Anpreßkraft, sondern es wird dadurch auch die Schalungsarbeit wesentlich erleichtert. Ferner ist diese Profilschiene 7 möglichst biegesteif ausgebildet, um dadurch einen entsprechenden, senkrecht zu den Schalungsteilen 1 und 2 wirkenden Druck aufnehmen zu können. Die zweckmäßigste Ausführungsform für die Profilschiene 7 ist ein U-förmiger Querschnitt, wie dies insbesondere der Fig. 2 entnommen werden kann. Der in die Profilschiene 7 eingesetzte Schlauch 5 besitzt dann zweckmäßigerweise einen rechteckigen Querschnitt, so daß bei Einführen des Druckmediums dieser Schlauch 5 nur noch nach einer Seite hin, nämlich zur offenen Profilseite hin sich ausdehnen kann. Selbstverständlich könnte auch ein im Querschnitt kreisförmiger Schlauch angewandt werden, doch ist dann zur Erreichung eines entsprechenden Anpreßdruckes wesentlich mehr Druckmedium erforderlich, weil ja zudem immer auch noch der komplette Raum innerhalb der Profilschiene 7 angefüllt werden muß. Es werden hier keine Streben zum Zentrum hin benötigt, da diese Profilschiene 7 lediglich auf Druck beansprucht wird, zumal ja umfangsgeschlossen auf die Profilschiene 7 die gleiche Belastung auftritt. Es stellen sich dadurch keine Biegekräfte ein. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung kann daher gerade bei Rundbauten ohne besonderen konstruktiven Aufwand eingesetzt werden. Device for bracing formwork sections to previously fabricated structural sections, comprising a pneumatically or hydraulically inflatable hose positionable between the formwork sections forming the lining of the formwork and a rigid abutment, characterized in that the hose (5) rests directly against the formwork sections (1,2) of the lining of the formwork and acts upon the latter-mentioned along a longitudinal pressure face.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hose (5) is disposed in a shaped rail (7) being open along one longitudinally extending side facing toward the formwork, being resistant to bending and acting as an abutment.
3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the shaped rail (7) has a U-shaped cross- section.
4. Device according to claims 1 to 3, for use with arcuately shaped, in particular circular, structures, characterized in that the rigid abutment and the shaped rail forming said abutment, respectively, are circumferentially closed and arranged near the outside surface (G) of the formwork sections (1,2).
5. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the abutment and the shaped rail (7), respectively, are loosely suspended from the outside surface (G) of the formwork sections (1,2).
