PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. methane gas plant with pressure equalizer, characterized in that the latter is formed by a balloon-like, inflatable casing (3) which has a pressure regulator (24, 25), such that the casing expands against the pressure load due to the gas which forms and can be pressed into the space of the tank (1) against the bottom of the tank (1) during gas consumption or when the gas volume is reduced by the pressure regulator, partially displacing the liquid manure (J).
2. Installation according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressure regulator is formed by a weight (24, 25) resting on the casing (3).
3. System according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the cover of the tank (1) forming, expandable by the gas pressure casing (3) is hermetically sealed to the edge (1 ') of the tank wall.
4. System according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the balloon-like inflatable envelope (3) is attached to its peripheral edge (3 ') by a clamping means (4') on the edge (1 ') of the tank wall.
5. Plant according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the weight arranged on the casing (3) is a box (24) filled with sand more or less.
6. Installation according to claim 1, characterized in that the tank (1) has a slurry feed and discharge pipe (5) and above this a gas extraction pipe (11).
The present invention relates to a methane gas system, which is based on the task of enabling pressure equalization with simple means which are not susceptible to malfunction.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
Advantageous designs can be found in the dependent claims 2-6.
An example of an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a vertical section through the system at maximum gas volume, and FIG. 2 shows the same representation after consumption of the gas.
list a tank made of metal, concrete or reinforced plastic with a preferably round outline. A heating coil 20 is laid on the tank bottom, which permits uniform heating of the liquid manure J to a temperature which is favorable for the bacterial decomposition of the liquid manure and methane gas formation. At the edge 1 'of the tank wall, the peripheral edge 3' of a cover 3, which serves as a lid and can be inflated like a balloon, is sealingly fastened by means of a clamping ring 4 '. 5 is the liquid manure feed and discharge pipe and 11 is the gas extraction pipe. The tank list is filled from about 1/4 to 4/5 of its volume with natural manure that comes directly from agricultural pits.
On the casing 3 there is a pressure regulating box 24 which can be filled with sand as a variable weight. By filling the box with more or less sand, the pressure of the gas rising when the liquid manure J is heated can be limited to 0.04 Atü. Fig. 1 shows the convex shape of the shell 3 with maximum gas evolution. When the gas evolution or maximum gas consumption decreases, the casing 3 can sink through the weight of the sandpit 24 into the liquid manure J, partially displacing it, almost to the bottom of the tank and assume a concave shape, as illustrated in FIG. 2 .
By removing the tension ring 4 ', the casing 3 can be removed and the entry into the tank can be made possible for the purpose of revision and cleaning work.
A further tank, not shown, which does not require a casing 3 and a pressure regulator, can be connected to the tank 1. The capacity of the gas generation and the storage volume of the generated gas is significantly increased.
The subject of the invention described enables a significantly larger gas volume to be stored. The arrangement and simple design of the pressure regulator contribute significantly to the operational safety and relatively cheap manufacture of the system.
