Description
The present invention relates to a drainage filter system, in particular for water treatment, with one or more containers for holding filter mass and with a support for filter nozzles through which the filtered liquid flows; Furthermore, the invention relates to a filter nozzle for such a filter system with a filter nozzle head, filter nozzle discs, disc carrier, threaded connector and fastening nut.
In water treatment technology, the filter systems serve an important process stage. These filter systems consist of basins or containers that contain a filter mass. This filter mass takes over the filtration process. In one embodiment, the filter mass lies on a filter base. On the one hand, this has the task of retaining the filter mass and, on the other hand, allowing the filtered water to flow through. These filter bases themselves are in principle equipped for two backwashing techniques of the filter mass: either for backwashing with water in countercurrent alone or for backwashing with air and water.
In another embodiment, the filter mass is not on a filter base, but directly on a Draina system, which retains the filter mass and carries the filtered water away. This drainage system is also used for backwashing the filter mass with a counter flow of water. These drainage systems known per se, for which several embodiments are known, have the disadvantage that the openings or nozzles, which are attached to the top of the drainage system, thereby cause a dead zone in the filter mass, which is hygienically undesirable on the one hand and on the other hand requires filter height .
Since the filter nozzles are attached to the threaded connector in this system, but the filter nozzle head is exposed, there is
Danger that when backwashing, especially when using high backwashing pressures or if the backwashing liquid flows in intermittently, the nozzle head is torn off the threaded connector and with it the filter nozzle disks, so that unfiltered water and the filter mass flow through the filtration system, which can understandably lead to major damage.
The purpose of this invention is to overcome these drawbacks, i.e. to create a drainage filter system in which dead zones are eliminated and the height of the filter is better utilized.
Furthermore, a drainage filter system is to be created which is no longer susceptible to damage to the built-in filter nozzles.
The drainage filter system which solves this problem is defined by the characterizing part of claim 1, while the filter nozzles with attachment for use in such a filter system are defined by the characterizing part of claim 4.
The invention is subsequently explained, for example, using a drawing.

Fig. 5 einen Schnitt durch die Befestigungsmutter gemäss Schnittlinie V—V der Fig. 4. 5 shows a section through the fastening nut according to section line V-V of FIG. 4.
Fig. 1 shows a section of a drainage filter system 1, with a container bottom 3 of a container, for example made of concrete. As shown by dash-dotted lines, the floor can have a slight slope towards the nozzles, even in the direction perpendicular to it. A filter mass 4 is filled in on the bottom 3 of the container. A nozzle support tube 6 of a so-called drainage pipe system, which extends over the container base 3, preferably has a round cross section. It consists in particular of plastic or eternit and has a number of pipe openings 7 in the area of its lowest surface line, the nadir surface line, which serve for the installation of filter nozzles 8. These filter nozzles 8 have a nozzle head 9, which is followed by a disc carrier 12 for receiving perforated filter discs 10. The disk support 12 is followed by a threaded connector 13 with a thread 14. The nozzle head 9 with the parts 12 and 13 consists of one piece, preferably made of plastic. This central part has a central bore 16 and side bores 17 opening into it. In order to ensure correct mounting and fitting of the filter nozzles 8 in the nozzle carrier tube 6, a support ring 15 is provided, which on the one hand corresponds to the curvature of the carrier tube 6 and on the other hand for the filter discs 10 to lie flat is procured. A profile support rail 19, preferably also made of plastic, is provided with mounting openings 20 for pushing through the nozzle threaded connector 13 and with lateral through openings 22 which open into the side bores 17 of the threaded connector 13. A nut 24 in the form of a rectangle with a thread 25 has an additional locking collar 26.
To mount the filter nozzles 8 in the nozzle carrier tube 6, the profile support rail 19 is inserted into the tube 6. Over the corresponding mounting openings 20, which must be aligned with the pipe openings 7 of the pipe 6, the nuts 24 are inserted astride the support rail 19 so that their threaded opening with the thread 25 in the

The filter disks 10 are then pushed over the threaded connector 13 and the disk support 12 until they abut the nozzle head 9. Then the support ring 15 is pushed over the threaded connector and then the whole is introduced from the outside through the pipe opening 7. By turning the nozzle head 9, and thus the threaded connector 13, the thread 14 screws into the thread 25 of the rotationally fixed nut 24, which continues until the filter nozzle 8 is seated correctly in the nozzle carrier tube 6 via the support ring 15. When all filter nozzles 8 are mounted in this tube 6, this is lowered onto the container base 3 until the nozzle heads 9 rest on the base 3.
In normal operation, the water to be cleaned passes from above through the filter mass 4 and through the filter disks 10 into the central bore 16 of the filter nozzle 8, where part of the filtered water pours through the side bores 17 into the interior of the nozzle carrier tube 6 and the rest through the central bore 16 flows out. The filtered water is then collected and removed.
If backwashing is now to be carried out, pressurized water, possibly also air, enters the nozzle carrier tube 6.
An air cushion forms in the carrier tube 6. From this pipe 7, water or air flow through the bores 16 and 17 and via the disk support 12 radially outwards through the filter disks 10, where they flow from below through the filter mass 4 and wash off and remove the substances filtered off there.
Due to the ground-level support of the filter nozzles 8, the rays emerging from the lowermost filter disks 10 sweep the container bottom 3, whereby the dead area around the nozzle head 9 is also whirled up by a corresponding ejector effect, so that no dead water corners and consequently no bacterial broods can form . This concern can be increasingly taken into account by a correspondingly inclined container base 3. 15 In this way it is also ensured that even at very high pressures, backflushing of nozzle heads 9 is no longer possible, since the container bottom 3, on which the heads 9 stand, forms an effective abutment. Through the lower installation of the feed nozzles 8, the risk of bacterial sources is, as mentioned, practically avoided. This also results in better utilization of the filter mass and a reduction in the overall height of the filter system.
