PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Griffbefestigung für Kochgeschirrdeckel, insbesondere mit Emailüberzug, mit einer am Deckel befestigten Griffhalte- rung mit einem Aussengewinde, und einem Griffkörper mit einem der Griffhalterung entsprechenden Innengewinde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffhalterung (2) aus einer Metallscheibe mit derart aufgebogenem Randbereich (2b) besteht, dass die Randkante (2c) einen Gewindegang bestimmter Steigung (g) beschreibt
2. Griffbefestigung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallscheibe (2) radiale Einschlitzungen aufweist.
3. Griffbefestigung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich der Metallscheibe (2) durch etwa radiale Ausnehmungen (4) in einzelne, der Gewindesteigung (g) entsprechend unterschiedlich gebogene Flügel (2b) unterteilt ist.
Die Neuerung betrifft eine Griffbefestigung für Kochgeschirrdeckel, insbesondere mit Emailüberzug, mit einer am Deckel befestigten Griffhalterung mit einem Aussengewinde und einem Griffkörper mit einem der Griffhalterung entsprechenden Innengewinde.
Bekannte Griffbefestigungen mit einer Schraubverbindung zwischen der Griffhaltung und dem Griffkörper weisen als Griffhalterung einen Gewindebolzen auf, der auf dem Kochgeschirrdeckel aufgeschweisst ist. Ein solcher Gewindebolzen ist für emaillierte Kochgeschirrdeckel nicht verwendbar. Er muss vor dem Emailliervorgang am Deckel angebracht werden. Beim Emaillieren überzieht sich das Gewinde mit Email und macht ein Aufschrauben des Griffes unmöglich. Bei emaillierten Kochgeschirrdeckeln werden deshalb Griffbefestigungen verwendet, bei welchen die Verbindung zwischen Griffhalterung und Griffkörper unter Verwendung eines zusätzlichen Federelementes herstellbar ist. Solche Ausführungen sind aufwendig in Herstellung und Montage, weil sie aus wenigstens drei Teilen bestehen.
Aufgabe der Neuerung ist es, eine Griffbefestigung der eingangs beschriebenen Art zu schaffen, die einfach und wirtschaftlich in Herstellung und Montage und für emaillierte Kochgeschirrdeckel verwendbar ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gemäss der Neuerung dadurch gelöst, dass die Griffhalterung aus einer Metallscheibe mit derart aufgebogenem Randbereich besteht, dass die Randkante einen Gewindegang bestimmter Steigung beschreibt.
Das Aussengewinde der Griffhalterung besteht somit nur aus der Kante der Metallscheibe. Eine derartige Kante lässt sich nur bis zu einer gewissen Schichtdicke mit Email überziehen. Wird der Überzug dicker, so platzt er bei Beanspruchung, in diesem Fall dem Aufschrauben des Griffkörpers ab. Der Griffhalter in Form einer Metallscheibe lässt sich somit vor dom Emaillicren auf dem Geschirrdeckel anbringen und mitemaillieren. Die Metallscheibe lässt sich auf einfache Weise herstellen und am Deckel anbringen, beispielsweise durch Punktschweissen.
Vorteilhaft kann die Metallscheibe radiale Einschlitzungen aufweisen. Der Randbereich lässt sich dadurch leichter biegen.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Randbereich der Metallscheibe durch etwa radiale Ausnehmungen in einzelne, der Gewindesteigung entsprechend unterschiedlich gebogene Flügel unterteilt. Die Griffhalterung wiegt dadurch weniger. Das Verbiegen der einzelnen Flügel in die Form des Gewindeganges wird erleichtert.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Neuerung wird anhand der Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch einen Deckelgriff entsprechend der Schnittlinie I-I in Fig. 2,
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den Deckelgriff nach Fig. 1 entsprechend der Schnittlinie II-II in Fig. 1, und
Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Deckelabschnittes mit einer Griffhalterung.
In den Fig. 1 und 3 ist mit 1 ein im Ausschnitt wiedergegebener Deckel eines Kochgeschirrs bezeichnet. An ihm ist eine als Ganzes mit 2 bezeichnete Griffhalterung befestigt. Auf die Griffhalterung 2 ist ein knopfförmiger Griffkörper 3 aus Kunststoff aufgeschraubt.
Die Griffhalterung 2 besteht einstückig aus einer Metallscheibe. Sie weist einen ebenen, kreisförmigen Mittelteil 2a auf. Der sie umgebende Randbereich ist durch drei in gleichen Winkelabständen angeordnete sektorförmige Ausnehmungen 4 in drei Flügel 2b unterteilt. Die Flügel 2b sind jeweils gegen über dem Mittelteil 2a nach oben gebogen und derart gewölbt, dass die Aussenkanten 2c aller Flügel längs eines ideellen Gewindeganges mit einer Steigung g verlaufen. Die Griffhalterung 2 ist mittels eines Schweisspunktes 5 am Deckel 1 befestigt und mit diesem zusammen mit einem Emailüberzug versehen. Der Emailüberzug ist der Übersichtlichkeit halber in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt.
Der Griffkörper 3 weist äusserlich die Form eines Kegelstumpfes auf. Zu dessen kleiner Oberfläche hin öffnet sich eine zentrale Bohrung 6, die nach einem äusseren, zylindrischen Abschnitt 6a in ein Innengewinde 6b mit der Steigung g übergeht. Der Griffkörper 3 weist ferner eine in der Nähe seiner Aussenwandung verlaufende Ringnut 7 auf, die sich ebenfalls zu der kleineren Oberfläche hin öffnet.
Der Griffkörper 3 ist mittels seines Innengewindes 6b auf die Griffhalterung 2 aufgeschraubt, wobei die Aussenkanten 2c der Flügel 2b das Aussengewinde bilden und entsprechend in die Gewindegänge des Griffkörpers eingreifen. Der Griffkörper ist damit am Deckel 1 gehaltert. Im Bedarfsfall ist er wieder abzuschrauben.
Die Neuerung ist nicht auf das Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. So können die Flügel der Griffhalterung 2b sowohl nach ihrer Zahl als auch nach ihren Abmessungen variieren, und entsprechend natürlich die Ausnehmungen. Letztere können bis zu Einschlitzungen verkleinert werden. Es ist ferner auch möglich, eine geschlossene Scheibe mit gebogenem Randbereich zu benutzen. Wesentlich ist in allen Fällen der Verlauf der Aussenkante der Griffhalterung in Form eines Gewindeganges oder in Form von Abschnitten eines Gewindeganges. Die Form des Griffkörpers, seine Grösse und sein Material, sind in weitem Masse beliebig. Wesentlich ist das der Griffhalterung angepasste Innengewinde und eine Formgebung, die das Ergreifen und das Ausführen einer Schraubbewegung von Hand erlauben.

1. Handle attachment for cookware lids, in particular with enamel coating, with a handle holder with an external thread attached to the lid, and a handle body with an internal thread corresponding to the handle holder, characterized in that the handle holder (2) consists of a metal disc with an edge region bent in this way (2b ) there is that the edge (2c) describes a thread of a certain pitch (g)

The innovation relates to a handle attachment for cookware lids, in particular with an enamel coating, with a handle holder attached to the lid with an external thread and a handle body with an internal thread corresponding to the handle holder.
Known handle attachments with a screw connection between the handle posture and the handle body have a threaded bolt as a handle holder, which is welded onto the cookware lid. Such a threaded bolt cannot be used for enamelled cookware lids. It must be attached to the lid before the enamelling process. When enamelling, the thread is covered with enamel and makes it impossible to unscrew the handle. Handle enamels are therefore used in enamelled cookware lids, in which the connection between the handle holder and handle body can be produced using an additional spring element. Such designs are expensive to manufacture and assemble because they consist of at least three parts.
The task of the innovation is to create a handle attachment of the type described at the outset, which is simple and economical to manufacture and assemble and can be used for enamelled cookware lids.
According to the innovation, the object is achieved in that the handle holder consists of a metal disk with an edge region bent up in such a way that the edge describes a thread of a certain pitch.
The external thread of the handle holder therefore only consists of the edge of the metal disc. Such an edge can only be covered with enamel up to a certain layer thickness. If the coating becomes thicker, it will burst under stress, in this case by unscrewing the handle body. The handle holder in the form of a metal disc can therefore be attached to the dish lid and enamelled in front of dom enamels. The metal disc can be easily produced and attached to the lid, for example by spot welding.
The metal disk can advantageously have radial slots. This makes it easier to bend the edge area.
In a preferred embodiment, the edge region of the metal disk is divided into individual wings which are bent differently according to the thread pitch by approximately radial recesses. The handle holder therefore weighs less. The bending of the individual wings into the shape of the thread is made easier.
An embodiment of the innovation is described with reference to the drawings. Show it:

1 and 3, 1 denotes a lid of a cookware shown in the detail. A handle holder, designated as a whole by 2, is attached to it. A button-shaped handle body 3 made of plastic is screwed onto the handle holder 2.
The handle holder 2 consists in one piece of a metal disc. It has a flat, circular middle part 2a. The edge region surrounding it is divided into three wings 2b by three sector-shaped recesses 4 arranged at equal angular intervals. The wings 2b are each bent upward relative to the central part 2a and arched in such a way that the outer edges 2c of all the wings run along an ideal thread course with a pitch g. The handle holder 2 is fastened to the cover 1 by means of a welding point 5 and is provided with this together with an enamel coating. For the sake of clarity, the email cover is not shown in the drawing.
The handle body 3 has the shape of a truncated cone on the outside. Towards its small surface, a central bore 6 opens which, after an outer, cylindrical section 6a, merges into an internal thread 6b with the pitch g. The handle body 3 also has an annular groove 7 running in the vicinity of its outer wall, which also opens towards the smaller surface.
The handle body 3 is screwed onto the handle holder 2 by means of its internal thread 6b, the outer edges 2c of the wings 2b forming the external thread and correspondingly engaging in the threads of the handle body. The handle body is thus held on the lid 1. If necessary, unscrew it again.
The innovation is not limited to the exemplary embodiment. Thus, the wings of the handle holder 2b can vary both in number and in size, and of course the recesses accordingly. The latter can be reduced to slits. It is also possible to use a closed disc with a curved edge area. The course of the outer edge of the handle holder in the form of a thread or in the form of sections of a thread is essential in all cases. The shape of the handle body, its size and its material are largely arbitrary. What is essential is the internal thread adapted to the handle holder and a shape that allows gripping and performing a screwing motion by hand.
