Fig. 1 einen Schlaffanker nach der Erfindung,
Fig. 2 eine Rückhaltevorrichtung und
Fig. 3 eine Zentriervonrichtung.

In mines, in tunnel and tunnel construction, it is known to install tie rods for the consolidation of loose rock sections or when the rock is broken. These tie rods are mostly single rods and extend to the end of the borehole. The anchor is fixed at this end of the borehole and screwed onto an anchor plate on the outside of the borehole by means of screw nuts. One speaks of a slack anchor when there is no or only insignificant tension in the anchor rod; loaded with considerable tension, it is then a prestressed anchor.
Usually, in the case of a prestressed anchor, the anchor rod is only fixed at the end of the borehole and lies freely in the borehole over its entire length. In tunnels, where such anchors have been used for decades, such anchors cannot be used due to their susceptibility to corrosion. Sagging anchors, which are embedded along the entire length of the borehole, are therefore preferably used here. A borehole is filled with cement mortar and the anchor rod is then driven in. A disadvantage of such an anchor is that the mortar should be relatively fluid in order to adhere well to the ribs of the rib steel. This means that such an anchor cannot be used in overhead installation and with an upward or even vertical borehole.
According to another proposal, cartridges with the two substances, the adhesive and the hardener of a two-component adhesive, are introduced into the borehole and the two substances are mixed by screwing in the rod.
This type of fastening is mainly used today for prestressed anchors, in which only the rear end of the anchor rod is held. It would be conceivable to use this type of fastening even with slack anchors. However, this solution would be expensive because a large number of such cartridges would have to be used first.
It is therefore an object of the invention, in a method for anchoring a pipe according to the object designation in the upper part of independent claim 1, to enable installation also overhead and in any direction, the holding force at least exceeding the breaking strength of steel and the anchor rod over its entire length Length within the soil material is protected from corrosion.
According to the invention, a method according to the characterizing part of independent claim 1 fulfills this task. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method and a sleep anchor manufactured by the method.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below. Show it:
1 shows a sleep anchor according to the invention,
Fig. 2 is a restraint and
Fig. 3 shows a centering device.
The sleep anchor consists of a tube 11 made of any tensile material such as steel, glass fiber or the like.
In the borehole 10, the pipe 11 is centered at the end 10b of the borehole and at least also at the beginning 10a thereof.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, helical springs 30 according to FIG. 3 are provided for centering, the smallest diameter of which at the lower end 31 is at most the same as the pipe diameter, but should advantageously be somewhat smaller so that the helical spring 30 clamps on the pipe 11 for centering. At the other end 32, the diameter is at least the same as the diameter of the borehole 10.
If such helical springs are placed as a centering device on the tube 11 in such a way that the lower end 31, i.e. the one with a smaller diameter, points towards the tube end 10b in the tube 11 inserted into the bore hole 10, it is easy to see that as a result of frictional forces on the tube 11 and on the wall of the borehole 10, the helical spring 30 is pulled out as a centering device and passages arise between the turns. Such a helical spring 30 as a centering device can consist, for example, of spring steel wire with a diameter of 2.5 mm.
At the end of the borehole 10b there is a device which, in addition to the centering of the tube 11, also fulfills the task of fixing the tube 11 in the borehole 10 when a force acts on the tube 11 in the inserted state, through which the tube 11 could slide out of the borehole 10 . According to Fig.
2, such a device consists of a helical spring 20 as a retaining device, which has at its one end 21 a diameter that is at most the same size as the diameter of the tube 11 and at its other end 22 one that is at least as large as the diameter of the borehole 10. The end 22 of the coil spring 20 as a retaining device is on the last part 23 in the
Size of about 5 mm bent outwards. The helix has a small distance at the lower end 21 and a large distance at the upper end 22. So that the lower half of the coil spring is pulled when inserting the rod and forms openings. A force on the pipe 11 in the direction out of the borehole 10 has the effect that the helical spring 20 clawing into the rock with the bent end is pressed together as a retaining device in the upper part and thus fixes the pipe 11 in the borehole 10.
A mixing device 13 is inserted into the pipe 11 at the pipe end 11a. This mixing device 13 consists of a hollow cylinder 14 which has webs 15 in its interior, which are arranged offset. If a two-component adhesive in separate form as binder B and adhesive K is now pressed in at the tube end 11a, the two components mix due to the turbulence caused by the webs 15. The adhesive is pressed into the tube 11 until the space between the borehole 10 and the outer wall of the tube 11 is completely filled.
It is known that two-component adhesives can today be produced with virtually any viscosity, so that no adhesive can drip down even when the drill holes are directed vertically upwards. In experiments, a 41 mm diameter borehole was drilled in the usual length on the order of 1.6 to 4 m in rock. A tube made of solidified glass fiber material with longitudinal fibers was inserted into this borehole after a coil spring 20 as a retaining device according to FIG. 2 and a coil spring 30 as a centering device according to FIG. 3 were placed at the rear of the tube end in the borehole. A cylindrical static mixer 13 was inserted into the tube 11 and the two components of the adhesive were injected individually.
The adhesive sold under the trade name Stucarit from Epple in Stuttgart was used. 1 liter of adhesive mixture at a pressure of about 120 bar was injected per meter of pipe length. It was found that up to about 5 liters of material could be injected per minute.
After a normal hardening time, a tensile force of 37 tons was applied to the pipe, i.e. a force that is far above the breaking strength of a corresponding steel pipe, and no change in the anchoring was found.
The mixing device 13 advantageously consists of a plastic and is designed as a lost piece of equipment. Instead of the coil spring 20 shown in FIG. 2 as a retaining device, a leaf spring in the form of an expansion spring could also be used. It only has to guarantee that the pipe axis is at least approximately in the center of the borehole and that the flow of the adhesive from the back to the front is not inhibited and furthermore that the pipe cannot be pressed out by the pressure of the adhesive at the end of the borehole.
