REVENDICATIONS
1. Bracelet, notamment pour montre, comprenarit des maillons fabriqués à partir d'un profilé comportant une rainure semicirculaire et une partie saillante formant gond qui s'engage dans la rainure d'un maillon voisin, chacun desdits maillons comportant une broche escamotable qui est montée au fond de ladite rainure dans un trou borgne et maintenue par un ressort dans sa position de verrouillage, broche coopérant avec une fente pratiquée au travers de ladite partie saillante de façon à verrouiller un maillon par rapport au suivant, caractérisé en ce que le maillon dudit bracelet comprend une ouverture permettant de le déverrouiller en agissant sur ladite broche.
2. Bracelet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie saillante se présente sous la forme d'une nervure prolongée par une lèvre semi-circulaire.
3. Bracelet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite fente, usinée au milieu de la largeur de chacun desdits maillons, présente une profondeur choisie de façon à rester invisible dans toutes les positions relatives des maillons.
4. Bracelet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite broche bute contre un épaulement pratiqué à l'entrée dudit trou borgne.
5. Bracelet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit profilé est dissymétrique par rapport à un plan passant par les axes de ladite rainure et de ladite partie saillante.
6. Bracelet selon les revendications 1, 2 et 5, caractérisé en ce que l'une des parois de ladite nervure, placée du côté poignet, est plus longue que la paroi extérieure de ladite nervure.
7. Bracelet selon les revendications 1, 2, 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite rainure comporte une partie semi-cylindrique débouchant à l'extérieur du maillon grâce à une ouverture dont l'une des faces est parallèle audit plan alors que l'autre forme un certain angle, les faces butant contre l'une ou l'autre des parois de ladite nervure en limitant ainsi l'angle de rotation d'un maillon par rapport au suivant.
La présente invention a pour objet un bracelet, notamment pour montre, comprenant des maillons fabriqués à partir d'un profilé comportant une rainure semi-circulaire et une partie saillante formant gond qui s'engage dans la rainure d'un maillon voisin, chacun desdits maillons comportant une broche escamotable qui est montée au fond de ladite rainure dans un trou borgne et maintenue par un ressort dans sa position de verrouillage, broche coopérant avec une fente pratiquée au travers de ladite partie saillante de façon à verrouiller un maillon par rapport au suivant.
Un tel bracelet est connu par le brevet suisse N" 269586, mais ce bracelet présente entre autres le désavantage qu'une fois assemblé, il n'est que difficilement démontable, ce qui est un obstacle pour l'ajustement en longueur du bracelet
C'est le but de l'invention d'éliminer cet inconvénient et de perfectionner un bracelet comme décrit plus haut. Ce but est atteint par un bracelet défini dans la revendication 1.
Dans ce qui suit, une forme d'exécution du bracelet est décrite
en détail, à titre d'exemple, en se référant au dessin.
Le bracelet est constitué d'un ensemble de maillons 1; chaque
maillon est fabriqué à partir d'un profilé, par exemple en acier
inoxydable, en métaux précieux ou en laiton étiré à froid ou en
matière synthétique, comportant, d'un côté, une partie saillante
formant gond et, de l'autre côté, une rainure. Le profilé est dissy
métrique par rapport à un plan (plan du maillon) passant par
l'axe de la rainure et par l'axe de la partie saillante.
La partie saillante se présente sous la forme d'une nervure 2 prolongée par une lèvre semi-circulaire 3; la paroi 4 de la nervure 2, du côté poignet, est plus longue que la paroi extérieure 5 de la nervure 2. Une fente 6 est usinée au milieu de la largeur de chacun des maillons et au travers de la lèvre 3.
La rainure comprend une partie semi-cylindrique 7 débouchant sur le flanc du maillon par une ouverture ayant une largeur inférieure au diamètre de la partie 7; la face 8 de l'ouverture est parallèle au plan de maillon alors que la face 9 forme un certain angle par rapport au plan.
Un trou borgne 10 est percé dans l'axe transversal du maillon (au milieu et dans le plan du maillon), au fond de la partie semicylindrique 7. Une broche 11, coopérant avec un ressort 12, peut coulisser danS le trou 10. Le ressort 12 est guidé dans un perçage ou, dans une autre forme d'exécution, s'appuie contre la face intérieure de la broche 1 1 (le diamètre extérieur du ressort peut alors être choisi plus grand). Dans la position représentée sur le dessin, position dite de verrouillage, la broche escamotable 11, poussée par le ressort, bute contre un épaulement 13 pratiqué à l'entrée du trou 10. Cet épaulement est réalisé par un outil qui, après montage de la broche 1 1 et du ressort 12, refoule la matière à l'entrée du trou 10. Le montage et l'épaulement peuvent être réalisés automatiquement.
Le bracelet se monte aisément: on engage la lèvre 3 d'un maillon dans la rainure du maillon suivant, jusqu'à ce qu'il bute contre la broche escamotable 1 1; on appuie sur cette dernière avec une tige passant dans l'axe de la rainure pour l'escamoter, tout en exerçant une force latérale sur le maillon; lorsque les bords de deux maillons successifs sont jointifs, la tête de la broche 11 pénètre dans la fente 6 et verrouille un maillon par rapport au suivant.
L'angle de rotation de deux maillons successifs est déterminé par les faces 8 et 9 qui jouent le rôle de butée pour la nervure 2.
La profondeur de la fente 6 est choisie de façon à rester invisible dans toutes les positions relatives des maillons.
La paroi 4 de la nervure 2 est plus longue pour éviter d'accrocher désagréablement le système pileux du poignet.
Les parties fonctionnelles d'un maillon, c'est-à-dire rainure et partie saillante, peuvent être reliées par des courbes quelconques.
Un bracelet selon l'invention est donc un assemblage de tronçons d'un même profilé, tronçons pouvant d'ailleurs être de longueurs inégales pour obtenir, par exemple, un bracelet conique.
Il est également possible de concevoir un bracelet mixte, composé d'une tresse milanaise liée à ses deux extrémités par des maillons selon l'invention; I'ensemble est esthétique et de longueur aisément réglable.

CLAIMS
1. 6. Bracelet according to claims 1, 2 and 5, characterized in that one of the walls of said rib, placed on the wrist side, is longer than the outer wall of said rib.

Bracelet according to claims 1, 2, 5 and 6, characterized in that said groove has a semi-cylindrical part opening to the outside of the link through an opening one of the faces of which is parallel to said plane while the 'other forms a certain angle, the faces abutting against one or the other of the walls of said rib thereby limiting the angle of rotation of a link relative to the next.

Such a bracelet is known from the Swiss patent N "269586, but this bracelet has inter alia the disadvantage that once assembled, it is only difficult to dismantle, which is an obstacle for the adjustment in length of the bracelet
It is the object of the invention to eliminate this drawback and to improve a bracelet as described above. This object is achieved by a bracelet defined in claim 1.
In the following, an embodiment of the bracelet is described
in detail, by way of example, with reference to the drawing.
The bracelet consists of a set of links 1; each
link is made from a profile, for example steel
stainless steel, precious metal or cold drawn brass or
synthetic material, comprising, on one side, a projecting part
forming a hinge and, on the other side, a groove. The profile is dissy
metric with respect to a plane (plane of the link) passing through
the axis of the groove and by the axis of the projection.
The projecting part is in the form of a rib 2 extended by a semi-circular lip 3; the wall 4 of the rib 2, on the wrist side, is longer than the outer wall 5 of the rib 2. A slot 6 is machined in the middle of the width of each of the links and through the lip 3.
The groove comprises a semi-cylindrical part 7 opening onto the side of the link through an opening having a width less than the diameter of the part 7; the face 8 of the opening is parallel to the link plane while the face 9 forms an angle with respect to the plane.
A blind hole 10 is drilled in the transverse axis of the link (in the middle and in the plane of the link), at the bottom of the semi-cylindrical part 7. A pin 11, cooperating with a spring 12, can slide in the hole 10. The spring 12 is guided in a bore or, in another embodiment, bears against the inner face of the spindle 1 1 (the outer diameter of the spring can then be chosen larger). In the position shown in the drawing, the so-called locking position, the retractable pin 11, pushed by the spring, abuts against a shoulder 13 formed at the entrance to the hole 10. This shoulder is produced by a tool which, after mounting the pin 1 1 and spring 12, pushes the material at the entrance of hole 10. The mounting and the shoulder can be carried out automatically.
The bracelet is easily mounted: the lip 3 of a link is engaged in the groove of the next link, until it abuts against the retractable pin 1 1; it is pressed on the latter with a rod passing in the axis of the groove to retract it, while exerting a lateral force on the link; when the edges of two successive links are joined, the head of the pin 11 enters the slot 6 and locks a link relative to the next.
The angle of rotation of two successive links is determined by the faces 8 and 9 which act as a stop for the rib 2.
The depth of the slot 6 is chosen so as to remain invisible in all the relative positions of the links.
The wall 4 of the rib 2 is longer to avoid unpleasantly hooking the hair system of the wrist.
The functional parts of a link, that is to say the groove and the projecting part, can be connected by any curves.
A bracelet according to the invention is therefore an assembly of sections of the same profile, sections which may moreover be of unequal lengths to obtain, for example, a conical bracelet.
It is also possible to design a mixed bracelet, composed of a Milanese braid linked at its two ends by links according to the invention; The whole is aesthetic and easily adjustable in length.
