PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Spool holder for full spools to be withdrawn overhead, characterized by a substantially cylindrical protective jacket attached to a base with a cover with a cylinder attachment, in which the spool is placed from above and which is connected or provided at the lower end with a collecting funnel is, to which an air suction line is connected, for the purpose of suctioning off the fluff.
2. bobbin holder according to claim 1, characterized. that the collecting funnel continues in a cylindrical connector which is coaxially inserted into a cylindrical part of the base connected to the air suction line and can be rotated relative to this, in such a way that through more or less precise correspondence of passage openings arranged laterally on the connector and on the cylindrical part the amount of air suction can be regulated.
3. Spool holder according to claim 2, characterized by a passage opening arranged at the bottom of the base for optional suction from below, in which case the amount of air can be regulated by enlarging or reducing the lateral passage openings and wherein in the case of lateral suction the lower passage opening can be closed by a cover plate .
When processing yarns with a lot of fiber fly, the machines are exposed to considerable contamination.
Like the other bobbins or cones, the fibrous fly material is located on the yarn stand or yarn carrier of the machine. From there, the thread is passed through thread loops, brakes or deflection points to the work places, e.g.
Knitting or warp points, guided. If you follow the path of the thread, you can see where most of the fluff, dust and thread debris is deposited. If you put a cone of named yarn on a well-cleaned machine, you can already see heavy soiling after a running time of less than two hours. The soiling is very strong around the cone or the bobbin, like a cotton ball the fluff piles up. The next thing you notice is that wherever the thread is guided or deflected, fluff and dust accumulate.
If you look at the knitting or knitting points, you can see that fluff, dust and oil really tangle on the loop-forming parts. Circuit boards, sliders, etc. can no longer work properly and the quality of the product is impaired. The result is streaky goods, space meshes, holes, chopping, etc. If the machine continues to run for a longer period of time, soiling also occurs in the vicinity of this machine. Ultimately, it goes so far that the deposited fiber fly and dust is carried along by the smallest air movements, even by the balloon formation of its own thread. Either the thread breaks or larger needle breaks are the result.
The trend towards natural fibers is increasing, which results in the object on which the invention is based, namely to develop a cone container with which it is possible to process these yarns without problems.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing: The device base 1 has air connection openings 11, 12 and at the same time serves as a receiving element for the protective jacket. The device base has an air connection opening 11 at the side and an air connection opening 12 at the bottom. The cover plate 2 is used when the suction takes place laterally through the connection opening 11.
The plug-in element 3 with the suction funnel serves as a counter element to the cylindrical part of the device base 1 and has an air opening 13.
The air can be regulated as required by turning elements 1 and 3 against each other.
4 with a cone or bobbin holder with a receiving cone is designated. The cone 4 as well as a plate 18 and an intermediate piece 17 are mounted on a wire cross 16 by means of screw 14 and nut 15 and serve to accommodate the coil or cone 8, 9.
The container bottom 5 as well as the protective jacket 6 and the cover 7 with attachment 19 enclose the cone 9 on all sides. The cylinder attachment 19 enables good balloon formation and the distance to the thread eyelet
10 is optimal.
The end plate 20 of the cylinder 19 is pierced at various points in the area of the thread eyelet. As a result, the suction starts right at the top of the device. The thread abrasion on the thread eyelet 10 is simultaneously sucked off via the suction opening 13, 11 or 12.
