PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Vertical slat blinds without forced control, the slats of which can be adjusted in parallel, characterized in that each slat has a rigid fastening element at its upper end, which protrudes on both sides of the slat and in turn is rigidly connected to a sliding element that is inside a Rail rests on two guides, which are moved in opposite directions with the help of pulling or rotating devices, whereby the sliding elements, whose axis of rotation lies between these two guides, and thus also the slats can rotate continuously and parallel up to 1800 around their longitudinal axis .
2. Vertical slat blind according to claim 1, characterized in that each slat (1) at its upper end has a rigid fastening element (2) which protrudes on both sides (3a, 3b) beyond the slat and is in turn rigidly connected to a plate-shaped sliding element (4) which rests within a rail (5) on a continuous thread (6) which serves as a guide and which is guided over a deflection roller (7) so that the two guides (6) located under the sliding element (4) with A pulling device (8) can be moved in opposite directions, whereby the sliding element and thus also the lamella can be rotated continuously and parallel up to 180 degrees around its longitudinal axis.
3. Vertical slatted blind according to claim 1, characterized in that two screw shafts (21a, 21b) with helical incisions (22) are used as guides, which are moved via two counter-rotating gears (23, 24).
Vertical venetian blinds are a substitute for curtains and have proven their worth thanks to the differentiated light regulation options. The constructions available on the market to this day, however, have technical inadequacies that counteract the general spread of vertical slatted blinds.
The real advantage of vertical venetian blinds is that they can be rotated around their own suspension axis with the help of a special mechanism, thus enabling fine regulation of the incidence of light. The systems available today achieve this either through direct control of each individual slat with the aid of a corresponding pull for opening and closing or through the technically more demanding forced operation. The first, simple system has the disadvantage that the farther they are from the train, the more difficult they close, due to the basic geometric conditions and the expansion coefficient of the train, so that the main function of the system, the regulation of the incidence of light, is no longer satisfactory can be met.
The technically further developed systems with forced guidance have the disadvantage that the construction of the transmission mechanism is very susceptible to defects and therefore individual lamellas no longer rotate after a short time, which also means that the function can no longer be fulfilled. In addition, forced controls require a relatively large amount of space and can therefore often no longer be retrofitted.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of avoiding the disadvantages of the above-mentioned systems and of constructing vertical slat blinds in such a way that the individual slats can be rotated parallel to one another even over long distances without the structural defects of forced guidance and with less space requirement.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that each slat has a rigid fastening element at its upper end which protrudes over the slats on both sides and is in turn rigidly connected to a sliding element. This rests within a rail on two guides adjustable in opposite directions so that the axis of rotation lies between these guides. The guides are moved with the help of a pulling device or shafts, whereby the sliding elements and the slats firmly connected to them can be rotated continuously and parallel up to 1800 around their longitudinal axis.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are described in more detail below with the aid of drawings:
Figure 1 shows a lamella (1) with a rigid fastening element (2) which protrudes on both sides (3a, 3b) over the lamella and in turn hangs on a plate-shaped sliding element (4). This sliding element lies within a rail (5) on an endless thread (6) serving as a guide, which is guided over a pulley (7) and moved in two opposite directions with the aid of a pulling device (8). As a result, the sliding element (4) and the lamella (1) connected to it rotate around their longitudinal axis and thus enable the infinitely variable regulation of the incidence of light.
FIG. 2 shows two screw shafts (21a / 21b) with spiral incisions (22) on which a sliding element rests. By rotating the two shafts via two opposing gears (23, 24), the sliding element and the lamella attached to it are up to max. Turned around its own axis in 1800.
