   Le brevet principal   N"    588387 a pour objet une palette.



   La palette comprend un plateau en bois fixé sur au moins deux supports en matière plastique; chaque support, injecté en une pièce, est formé de montants liés par une semelle; un encastrement est prévu, à la partie supérieure de chaque montant, pour loger, puis fixer, une traverse en bois sur laquelle on peut clouer (par exemple) le plateau.



   L'encastrement est délimité par la surface plane contenant la partie supérieure, des nervures intérieures au montant, et le prolongement de trois des parois extérieures du montant sur une hauteur correspondant à celle de la traverse.



   Des difficultés sont apparues pour fixer la traverse sur le montant de la manière prévue par le brevet principal, c'est-à-dire à l'aide d'équerres, en matière plastique, vissées ou collées contre les parois intérieures du montant: la liaison est fragile et n'assure pas une rigidité suffisante au parallélogramme composé par l'ensemble traverse/support.



   Pour éviter ces difficultés, et c'est le but de l'invention, on prévoit que l'intérieur des montants comporte un réseau de nervures orthogonales qui sont reliées, à la partie supérieure du montant, par une paroi formant l'une des surfaces d'appui de la traverse.



   De cette manière, on pourra fixer solidement une traverse sur un support, avec des boulons par exemple.



   La description qui va suivre présente une forme d'exécution de l'invention en se référant aux figures:
 la fig. 1 qui représente une partie de la palette vue par-dessous;
 la fig. 2 qui est une coupe selon la ligne II-II de la fig. 1.



   Les fig. 1 et 2 montrent en détail la structure d'un support de la palette, injecté en une pièce, formé de deux montants 2a liés par une semelle 2b qui est rendue rigide grâce à un ensemble de nervures 2c. L'intérieur des montants est pourvu d'un réseau de nervures 2e orthogonales qui rendent le montant très résistant à la compression; à la partie supérieure du montant le réseau de nervures 2e est relié par une paroi 2h, percée de trous 2f, qui est l'une des faces d'appui de la traverse 4. Trois des parois extérieures des montants 2a se prolongent et dépassent le plan formé par la paroi 2h sur une hauteur à peu prés égale à l'épaisseur de la traverse 4, formant ainsi l'encastrement de   l'une    des extrémités de la traverse 4.



   La traverse 4 est fixée sur un support, dans les encastrements ménagés à la partie supérieure des montants, à l'aide de plusieurs vis à bois 5. On peut également prévoir, comme représenté sur le dessin, d'autres modes de fixation: par exemple des boulons 6 dont une extrémité peut être noyée dans un lamage d'une des planches 1 du plateau; des trous oblongs 2k facilitent le montage des boulons 6.



   On peut par exemple prévoir quatre vis ou quatre boulons pour fixer chacune des extrémités de la traverse; les planches 1 du plateau peuvent être clouées.



   Des nervures 7 absorbent les efforts de flexion qui peuvent s'exercer entre les montants et la semelle 2b; elles sont placées dans le prolongement des nervures 2c; I'une d'elles, située du côté de la partie détourée 2g, est moins haute.



   Dans le cas d'un support comportant trois montants, I'encastrement du montant central est un peu différent; seuls deux des côtés d'un montant sont prolongés.



   Cette forme d'exécution de l'invention est donc une solution au problème de la fixation d'une traverse par rapport au support, solution allant de pair avec une fabrication par injection relativement économique.

 

   REVENDICATION



   Palette selon la revendication du brevet principal, caractérisée en ce que l'intérieur des montants comprend un réseau de nerwres orthogonales qui sont reliées, à la partie supérieure du montant, par une paroi formant l'une des surfaces d'appui de la traverse.
