Zähne in Kunststoff herzustellen.
Zahnsegment in schaubildlicher Darstellung gezeigt.
The invention relates to a device for applying a tubular, elastic network to a pipe, with a supply of network over one end of the pipe and a loading head which can be moved back and forth along the pipe and has resilient fingers or teeth directed towards the pipe, which are semicircular one driver each are provided.
There are known elastic nets for wrapping meat or sausage products, which consist of a knitted fabric of inelastic longitudinal threads and stretchable covered rubber threads or cords. Such nets are applied to the meat products by pulling them onto the outlet of a tube having a funnel-shaped inlet; the pieces of meat or sausage are then inserted through the funnel-shaped inlet of the tube and pushed through the tube by hand or by machine with a pestle and take a piece of the tubular net with them at the outlet end, whereupon the net is cut off.
The application or pushing of the tubular, elastic network onto the outlet of the filling pipe was originally carried out by hand and was a difficult, time-consuming and labor-intensive activity and a frame-shaped loading head that can be moved up and down along this tube and two lateral uprights as a guide device for the loading head.
The loading head had several inwardly projecting, pivotable, hook-shaped net pulling devices. The network was pulled over the pipe from above by means of these pulling devices and collected at the upper end of the pipe. Finally, such a pre-loaded tube, which had a slightly larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the meat filling tube, was placed on it and fixed. Then the packaging process could begin.
The devices described have the disadvantage that the hook-shaped pulling devices do not always grasp the net, but slip over the cords when they do not work with relatively high contact pressure, which can damage the surface of the loading tube and / or the net. The interposition of loading tubes of different calibres requires a high acquisition and storage effort and their use includes an additional work step in the packaging process.
Devices are also known with which the tubular network can be pushed onto the tube by means of plungers that are resiliently pressed against the tube or by tooth-like working ends of drivers that are resiliently pressed against the tube. Here, too, it is necessary to guide the loading head very precisely because otherwise the ram or
Clamp the driver against the pipe and destroy the pipe and / or the net.
The invention aims to avoid the disadvantages and difficulties outlined and has the object of creating a device which makes it possible to load a pipe with a supply of elastic network without the risk of damaging the network or the pipe; which can be operated manually or with simple mechanical drive means; which can work on a loading pipe or on the filling pipe on the meat filling machine itself and which only requires a small amount of manufacturing and labor.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a device of the type described in that the drivers consist of two semi-ring-shaped, sleeve-shaped parts which surround the pipe and which are connected to one another by a hinge, the two ring halves each having a handle and against each other around the hinge in the meshing position engaging the network with the fingers or teeth can be pivoted.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the two ring halves can be of the same design, each having two edge extensions on one side and a central extension engaging between the edge extensions on the other side, the extensions being pierced on one side and receiving a mandrel to form one Hinge, while possibly a stop is provided on the other side.
An expedient embodiment consists in that the ring halves have a shoulder-shaped shoulder with bores arranged in a ring, into which bores made of plastic wires are inserted fingers.
According to another embodiment, the two ring halves can have a shoulder-shaped shoulder with a riagför- migen groove, into which groove with the fingers or.
Teeth integrally connected segments can be used in a form-fitting manner.
Here, the segments between the individual fingers or teeth can have predetermined breaking points.
The fingers or teeth are advantageously inclined in the direction of the pipe axis with respect to the segment part that fits into the groove.
The segments expediently have a larger radius than the groove, so that they fit into the groove with a friction fit.
According to a preferred embodiment, the finger or tooth ends can be ground flat, approximately perpendicular to the axis of the tube and thus form working edges that encompass the network.
The device according to the invention is therefore extremely simple. There are no pivotable net pulling devices and no separate guide devices are required, since the ring-shaped halves guide themselves in the engaged position. The ring halves are preferably made of metal, u. made of stainless steel or anodized aluminum. Plastic, in particular polyamide, has proven particularly useful for the fingers or segments. It is of course also possible to manufacture both the ring halves and the fingers or teeth in plastic.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail in the drawing.
1 shows a section through a filling pipe with a device mounted thereon for applying the tubular network; 2 shows a plan view of this device with the filling tube omitted. 3 shows a section along line III / III in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 shows a section along line IV / IV in FIG. 2. In FIG.
Tooth segment shown in a graphical representation.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the filling tube, which has a funnel-shaped inlet 2 for introducing pieces of meat. A network is applied to the outlet opening 3 of the filling pipe 1, which consists of inextensible longitudinal threads 4 and extensible circumferential threads 5. First of all, the beginning of the network is applied to the pipe inlet 3 by stretching the circumferential threads and then the device according to the invention is brought into the engagement position with its loading head 6. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the loading head 6 consists of two parts 7, 7 'designed in the same way, each having a handle 8, 8'. Their ends are also of the same design, with two edge extensions 9, 9 'on each side and one central extension 10 engaging between the edge extensions on the other side.
Thus, a hinge is formed on one side by drilling through the extensions and inserting a plug-in mandrel 11, on the other side a stop can be formed when the two parts 7, 7 'are pivoted together. As can be seen from FIG. 1, in the engaged position the two ring halves enclose the filling tube in the form of a cuff, the parts 12 of the two ring halves serving as guides. The loading head is therefore self-guided and does not require any additional guide devices, such as the known loading devices.
As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the ring halves have shoulder-shaped shoulders 13 which, according to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, have bores arranged in a ring. Fingers 14 made of plastic wires are inserted into these bores and rest against the tube 1 in a resilient manner due to their inherent elasticity. In the embodiment according to FIGS.
2 and 4, an annular groove 21 is incorporated into the shoulder-shaped shoulder 13 of the two ring halves, into which the segments 15 are inserted in a form-fitting manner. The foot part 16 of these segments is connected in one piece (integrally) with the fingers or teeth 17 and these are inclined with respect to the filling pipe 1 in the direction of the pipe axis so that they again rest resiliently on the pipe. The segments with the teeth are also preferably made of plastic, such as polyamide. To increase the elasticity, one or more recesses 22 can be provided at the transition between the foot part and the tooth part. Between the individual fingers or teeth, predetermined breaking points 18 caused by a groove can be provided. These allow one or more teeth to be replaced as soon as they are worn out in use.
The ends 19 of the fingers 14 and the teeth 17 are preferably flat, ground approximately perpendicular to the axis of the tube and form working edges.
The function of the device is as follows: As soon as the beginning or end of the net is pushed onto the pipe inlet with one or two cross cords, which can be facilitated by an edge covering, such as a cap or plug, the loading head is moved out of the open position (Fig.
2) pivoted together with the ring halves, in addition to or instead of the parts 9, 10, 9 'and the end faces 20, 20' of the ring halves can serve as stops. In this engagement position, the working edges of the fingers 14 or
of the teeth 17 the circumferential cords 5 of the network, whereupon the loading head is moved back and forth in the direction of the double arrow. When it is moved towards the funnel-shaped inlet, it pushes the circumferential cords of the mesh with which the fingers or teeth are engaged in front of it and pulls the mesh behind it. During the countermovement, the fingers or teeth slide over the drawn circumferential cords and grasp the last of them, whereupon the process is repeated. Since the cuff-shaped ring halves are self-guiding, the loading of the network can take place in the vertical as well as in the horizontal position of the pipe.
Suitable materials for the loading head or its parts are, in addition to the polyamide plastics already mentioned, also polyolefin, and between high-pressure or low-pressure polyethylene; as well as polypropylene for the ring and its parts. Furthermore, suitable plastics, especially for the handles, are urea and melamine resins. All of the plastics mentioned meet the requirements of food quality.
