Description
La presente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour forer un trou de grand diamètre dans un matériau dur, be ton, be ton armé ou pierre par exemple.
Par grand diametre, il faut entendre un trou de diamètre supefleur à un metre.
Jusqu'à present, pour forer de tels trous, on perçait des trous tangents ou secants sur le périmètre du trou à obtenir.
Ce procédé était tries lent et la surface du trou était loin d'être régulière.
Le dispositif, objet de l'invention, a pour but d'obtenir de bacon rapide un trou de grand diamètre dont la surface soit propre.
Ce dispositif est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un noyau central destine à metre entrain en rotation par un moteur, ce noyau présentant une pluralité de bras portant chacun une lame de taille en forme de segment cylindrique dont la partie active de la base est imprégnée d'abrasif.
Le dessin annexé represente, à titre d'exemple, et en une figure unique, une forme d'exécution de l'invention vue en perspective.
Le dispositif représenté au dessin présente un noyau central 1 présentant trois bras 2.
Ce noyau central 1 est fixé à l'arbre du moteur 3 et est destine à etre entrain en rotation par ce moteur.
chacun des bras 2 porte une lame de taille 4 en acier en forme de secteur cylindrique, le diametre du cylindre extant sensiblement egal à celui du trou à obtenir.
La base 4a de la lame 4 est munie par exemple de dents 5 imprégnées d'abrasif, diamant ou autres.
Le moteur 3 et son bâti 3a sont months de falcon coulissante sur un bâti 6 solidement fixé à une armature 7 tries stable et partiellement représentée au dessin. Le déplacement axial du moteur sur le bâti 6 se fait de falcon et par des moyens connus qui ne sont pas représentés.
Un distributeur d'eau 8 dont la partie fixe est solidaire du bâti 3a et la partie mobile du noyau 1 permet d'envoyer, en regard de la base 4a de la lame de taille 4, par les tubes 9, l'eau nécessaire au refroidissement de la lame et à l'expulsion des poussières et gravats.
Pour faciliter le forage et le maintien centre des lames 4, on a prévu de faire un avant-trou de centrage au moyen d'une couronne de forage centrale 10, dont le centre est confondu avec celui du trou à forer. Le trou de centrage peut metre effectué simultané- ment avec le forage de grand diamètre ou antérieurement à ce forage.
Pour permettre de percer, avec les mimes éléments principaux (moteur, noyau, bras et ban's) des trous de diamètres voisins, on a prévu de pouvoir régier la longueur des bras 2. Ce réglage peut se faire, par exemple, par des bagues intermédiaires calibrées 11 interposées au moyen de dispositifs de serrage 12.
REVENDICATION
Dispositif pour forer un trou de grand diamètre dans un matériau dur, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un noyau central destine à metre entrain en rotation par un moteur, ce noyau présentant une pluralité de bras portant chacun une lame de taille en forme de segment cylindrique dont la partie active de la base est imprégnée d'abrasif.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un distributeur d'eau destine à envoyer de l'eau en regard de la base desdites lames.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens permettant le reglage dans la longueur desdits bras.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une couronne de forage centrale destine à effectuer un avant-trou de centrage et de guidage du dispositif.
