la fig. 3 est une vue analogue à la fig. 2, la valve étant en position ouverte;
tique injectée;
2) il présente une étanchéité absolue;
3) il est d'une manipulation très douce;
4) sa fabrication est simple;

The present invention relates to a dispenser for pressurized products, consisting of a deformable bag housed in a rigid casing and a normally closed dispensing device, the bag being intended to contain the product and the space between the bag and the bag. 'envelops a compressed gas, the whole so that the gas exerts on the bag a pressure which propels the product through the dispensing device when it is open.
Swiss Patent No. 588982 shows dispensers of this type in which the pouch, the casing and the dispensing device are at least partly in one piece of plastic.
The dispenser according to the present invention comprises a dispensing device formed by a valve composed of a hollow body, a shutter needle subjected to the action of a return spring, and a needle operating lever.
This dispenser is characterized by the fact that said operating lever is connected to the hollow body by an elastic diaphragm, and by the fact that the lever, the hollow body, the diaphragm, at least part of the pocket and of the envelope form a single piece of plastic.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is an axial sectional view:
fig. 2 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of the valve in its closed position:
fig. 3 is a view similar to FIG. 2, the valve being in the open position;
figs. 4, 5 and 6 are sections along lines IV-IV, V-V and
VI-VI of fig. 2, and
fig. 7 is a view of the needle of the valve.
The dispenser shown, entirely in plastic material, is constituted (fig. 1) by a rigid casing 10, of cylindrical shape, in which is housed a flexible bag 11 containing a product 12, pasty, powder or semi-liquid, and a valve 16.
The bottom of the envelope 10 is closed by a welded cap 15.
The space 14 between the casing 10 and the bag 11 is filled with a compressed gas, for example air or nitrogen, intended to squeeze the bag 11 and to propel the product 12 through the valve 16.
This valve is constituted (fig. 2 to 7) by a hollow body 31, by a needle 32, by an operating lever 33 of the needle 32, and by a diaphragm 34.
The body of the envelope 10. the pocket II, the hollow body 31, the lever 33 and the diaphragm 34 are made in one piece by injection-blow molding.
The hollow body 31 is profiled so as to present a dispensing spout 35 the end 36 of which is provided with a lip seal 37 in which the conical end 38 of the needle 32 engages when the latter is in the closed position. (fig. 2).
The rear of the needle 32 constitutes a piston 39, the cross section of which has the shape of a cross (FIG. 5). engaged with gentle friction in a guide cylinder 40 forming an integral part of the hollow body 31. This cylinder is closed by a welded capsule 41. A spring 42, housed in this cylinder and bearing against the capsule 41, returns the needle 32 to position closing.
The needle 32, the capsule 41 and the spring 42 are produced in one piece by injection (FIG. 7).
A circular shoulder 43 is provided between the body of the needle 32 and the piston 39.
The operating lever 33 has approximately the shape of an L, one of the arms 45 extending from one side of the diaphragm 34 outwards from the hollow body 31, the second arm 44 on the other side of the diaphragm. 34 towards the inside of the hollow body 31.
The arm 44 forms (fig. 6) a fork, the two teeth 51 and 52 of which are arranged on either side of the body of the needle 32 and bear against the shoulder 43.
The arm 45 of the lever 33 constitutes the operating element proper, by means of which the valve can be instantly opened by a simple downward pressure against the action of the spring 42.
In order to ensure perfect guidance of the needle 32, ribs 46 have been provided on the internal surface of the spout 35.
The main advantages of the described distributor are as follows:
1) it only includes three constituent parts in plastic material
injected tick;
2) it has absolute tightness;
3) it is very gentle to handle;
4) its manufacture is simple;
5) its cost price is relatively low.
The invention is obviously not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawing. In particular, the conformation of the hollow body 31 could be such that the spout 35 is coaxial with the casing 10 or oriented in any way.
