Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemässen Tür;
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie F-G der Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 und 4 Schnitte längs der Linien A-B bzw. C-D der Fig. 1;
Die Herstellung eines solchen Türblattes erfolgt vollautomatisch wie folgt: a) In die Spanplatte 1 werden die zur Aufnahme der Hartholzdübel 5, 6 dienenden Löcher gebohrt; b) dann werden die Hartholzdübel 5, 6 eingetrieben; c) hiernach läuft der Rohling durch eine Leimauftragsmaschine; d) das obere und untere Furnier 2 bzw. 3 werden aufgelegt; e) der Tür-Rohling wird gepresst; f) sodann erfolgt das Fälzen und Präzisieren der Türen auf Länge und Breite; g) dann wird das Furnier im oberen Querfalz angebracht; h) hiernach wird das Furnier an den Seitenfälzen angebracht; i) danach erfolgt ein Durchlauf durch eine Schleifmaschine; j) dann ein Durchlauf durch eine Lackierstrasse; k) danach ein Durchlauf durch einen Trockenkanal;
1) anschliessend werden in die Hartholzdübel 5, 6 die Löcher für die Aufnahme der Bänder und Schlossbeschläge gebohrt;
The known internal doors (locking doors according to DIN 68706) consist of a surrounding frame, an insert and the cover plates. The frame consists of solid wood strips and is intended to give the entire door the required stability and to accommodate the hinges and the lock. It encloses the insert, which consists of solid wood, wood-based materials or other suitable materials and, together with the frame, serves to ensure the distance between the two cover plates and to stiffen the door leaf. The cover plate is a plate made of wood materials or the like.
This usual door construction requires - as the above description of the door structure already shows - a complex and time-consuming production (for example, just pressing the cover plates requires a pressing time of several minutes).
The invention is therefore based on the object of developing a door which, on the one hand, has the necessary properties such as stability, sufficient weight, sound and fire resistance and the like, but which, on the other hand, is characterized by a significantly simplified and cost-saving production.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the door mentioned at the beginning in that the chipboard is reinforced at individual points by hardwood dowels.
Due to the hardwood dowels used, the necessary strength and stability can be achieved, preferably at the points intended to accommodate the straps and locks. These dowels can also be used at any other point. The hardwood dowels fulfill the essential further function of significantly reinforcing the entire rebate edge or rebate recess, in addition to creating a firm anchorage for fittings, screws and the like. In this way, breaking off in the event of heavy loads through slamming and in the lower edge area through angled placement can be avoided.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a veneer is applied directly to the chipboard. In comparison with the application of a cover plate (several mm thick), a veneer can be pressed on in a much shorter time (for a veneer thickness of around 0.6 mm, for example, only a pressing time of around 30 seconds is necessary). As tests have shown, this simple veneering of the chipboard achieves a further significant stabilization of the door, without the previously u. a. to use the necessary frame wood. This veneer can consist of wood, plastic, metal or some other suitable material.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the folded edges of the chipboard are provided with a veneer, which can be made of plastic, wood or similar materials. Such a veneer can advantageously be applied both in individual strips or seamlessly in one piece in a continuous process.
By pre-spraying glue or pre-coating the veneer with hot-melt glue, not only can a homogeneous connection between the veneer and chipboard edge or
Reached the rebate edge, but also a hardening of the edge area of the chipboard can be achieved in that the adhesive penetrates into the open pores and glues the wood particles together. This method is applicable to both blunt, i.e. H. smooth or rebated and profiled edges. This so-called edge hardening helps to make the bar that was previously necessary superfluous.
It is advisable to provide at least two wooden dowels each on the right and left edges of the door. The dowel spacing is based on a corresponding DIN regulation or the requirements of the edge protection. The dowels can have a length of about 60 mm and a diameter of about 20 mm (of course, dowels with other dimensions can also be used within the scope of the invention).
Depending on the forces that occur, the dowels can be embedded in the chipboard at different angles in order to divert the forces as optimally as possible into the interior of the chipboard.
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing. Show it
1 shows a side view of a door according to the invention;
Figure 2 is a section along line F-G of Figure 1;
Figures 3 and 4 are sections along lines A-B and C-D, respectively, of Figure 1;
5 shows a perspective view of part of the door according to the invention.
The door shown contains a chipboard 1 as the core, which is provided with a veneer 2, 3 on the two broad sides and with a veneer 4 in the area of the rebate recess or rebate edge.
At least two wooden dowels 5 and 6 are provided on the right and left edges of the door, at least at the points intended for receiving the hinges and in the lock area. Another use of dowels - not shown - is also expedient in the lower edge area of the door in each case at the extreme right and left lower end in order to increase the stabilization of this edge area.
These hardwood dowels also reinforce and stabilize the entire rebate edge.
The production of such a door leaf takes place fully automatically as follows: a) The holes used to hold the hardwood dowels 5, 6 are drilled into the chipboard 1; b) then the hardwood dowels 5, 6 are driven; c) then the blank runs through a glue application machine; d) the upper and lower veneer 2 and 3 are placed on top; e) the door blank is pressed; f) the doors are then rebated and specified in terms of length and width; g) then the veneer is attached in the upper transverse fold; h) then the veneer is attached to the side seams; i) this is followed by a pass through a grinding machine; j) then a pass through a painting line; k) then a pass through a drying tunnel;
1) Then the holes for the hinges and lock fittings are drilled in the hardwood dowels 5, 6;
m) then elongated holes 7 are made on the lower edge in order to attach a protective rail; n) the door is then packed while the lower protective rail is attached at the same time.
The door according to the invention can be used not only as an interior door, but also as an exterior door. In the latter case, a sufficiently weather-resistant covering, for example made of metal, is expediently provided.
Asbestos or cement asbestos can also be used as a fire-retardant door or the like.
In the solution according to the invention, the choice of chipboard has proven to be essential, the weight of which is significantly lower than that of the previously customary chipboard (over 650 kg / m3). According to the invention, the weight of the chipboard used as the core of the door is between 250 and 500 kg / m 3, preferably between 400 and 450 kg / m 3. A door blank can then, for example, have a weight of approx. 30 kg, which on the one hand still ensures comfortable handling of the door, while on the other hand the compression of the chipboard with a specific weight between 400 and 450 kg / m3 in connection with the Reinforcement provided hardwood dowels ensures the necessary strength.
Chipboard with a comparatively low specific weight of the aforementioned type can be produced, for example, in the form of flat chipboard; However, it is also possible to achieve such low weights with chipboard.
An expedient embodiment of the door according to the invention consists in providing elongated holes 7 on one edge of the chipboard, preferably on the lower edge. When the door leaf is not cut to size, its length is chosen so large that the holes, when the door leaf is cut to the respective height at the installation point, still have a sufficient length to accommodate dowels that sit on a protective rail. This protective rail protects the cut edge of the door leaf, in particular against the ingress of moisture. At the same time, the dowels provided on the protective rail and engaging the bores of the chipboard reinforce the chipboard in the area of its lower edge and thereby contribute to achieving the desired rigidity.
Finally, it should also be mentioned that the door according to the invention is also characterized by good sound and fire-resistant properties.
