The present invention relates to a device for the continuous processing of a liquid mixture, in particular for the production of shotcrete, with a mixing container and conveying lines connected to it for the components.
In particular when processing shotcrete, there is a need to use liquid mixtures such. B. not only to produce continuously from water and additives, but also to maintain a predetermined mixing ratio. The present invention therefore aims to provide an apparatus which is able to continuously prepare a liquid mixture with a predetermined mixing ratio.
The device according to the invention is now characterized in that a lifting metering device is switched on in each of the conveying lines and that all lifting metering devices have one control device in common, which has a cycle sequence control and means for cycle resolution, the sequence control setting means for the number of strokes per cycle at least having one of the Hubdosiergeräte.
Because the stroke metering devices perform a predetermined number of strokes in each cycle, a predetermined mixing ratio is maintained in the mixing container.
An example embodiment of the device according to the invention used for a shotcrete plant is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.
2 in the drawing denotes a schematically illustrated container which, in addition to a mixing compartment 4, has a storage compartment 6. A partition 8 is arranged between the storage compartment 6 and the mixing compartment 4, but leaves a passage 10 between the two compartments. Conveying lines 12 and 14 and an air line 18 which has a nozzle 16 and which is connected to a through-air source (not shown) open into the mixing compartment. The nozzle 16 is in the vicinity of the partition 8, but directed away from it.
The delivery line 12 is connected to the outlet 22 of a lifting metering device 20, to whose inlet 24 a fresh water line 26 is connected. On the other hand, the delivery line 14 is connected to the outlet 28 of a lifting metering device 30. The stroke dosing devices are, for example, two units of the same size as described in DOS 2 300 379.
A storage container 32 is connected to the inlet 38 of the lifting metering device 30 via a feed pump 34 and a line 36.
The drawing indicates that the stroke dosing devices 20 and 30 are connected to a common control device 40, on which a level sensor 42 acts on the other hand via a switch 43 which is arranged in the storage compartment 6.
A removal line 48 connected to the storage compartment 6 is connected to a high-pressure pump 50, which feeds the mixture to a spray nozzle 54 via a pressure line 52. On the other hand, a line 56 is connected to the spray nozzle 54 and is connected to a supply (not shown) for aggregates.
The control device 40 contains a sequence control with two stroke counters 44 and 46, which are assigned to the metering devices 20 and 30, respectively, which operate in the manner of ring counters. The stroke counters ensure that the assigned dosing devices perform a predetermined number of dosing strokes during each cycle. At least the stroke counter 44 can be set so that the number of strokes of the device 20 per cycle can be changed in relation to that of the device 30. This allows the mixing ratio between the components fed to the mixing compartment 4 to be changed. The through-air blown through the nozzle 16 in the direction of the inlet of the line 12 causes an intensive and rapid mixing of the components. Correspondingly, perfectly mixed liquid now passes through the passage 10 and thus into the line 48.
