Abstract
A roller mounted sliding door for a cold room is suspended by a bracket assembly supported by a set of horizontal rollers (6) which engage vertical faces of a U shaped runner (1) and a set of vertical rollers (5) which engage the horizontal faces of another part of the runner. This bracket (10) incorporates a screw adjustment system to vary the height and distance of the door from the opening of the cold room. Also the bracket is supported by a pivot rod (7) which allows it to swing upwards and outwards when the door is pulled open. This pivot rod (15) carries an arm (13) from which extends a horizontal portion (18) carrying a horizontal roller (17) which travels on a further vertical extension (19) of the main runner.
Description
L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture d'une porte coulissante notamment pour une installation frigorifique, cette porte étant appliquée de façon sensiblement étanche, en position de fermeture, sur son encadrement et étant, en position d'ouverture, écartée de son encadrement, ce dispositif comportant un chemin de roulement fixe, horizontal et parallèle audit encadrement, sur lequel peut se déplacer un élément de suspension de la porte, cette porte étant suspendue à cet élément par un levier, des moyens étant prévus pour agir sur ce levier de façon à élever la porte et à la séparer de son encadrement lors de son ouverture, et de l'abaisser et de l'appliquer sur cet encadrement lors de sa fermeture.
Le but de l'invention est de simplifier l'élément de suspension de la porte et d'apporter un nouveau moyen de manoeuvre de cette porte.
Ce dispositif est caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de suspension comporte un premier galet destiné à se déplacer sur le chemin de roulement fixe et un second galet destiné à agir sur le levier auquel est suspendue la porte, le premier galet étant relié à un moteur de façon à pouvoir entraîner la porte.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue de profil de cette forme d'exécution.
La fig. 2 est une vue partielle en coupe à grande échelle, retournée de 180'.
Le dispositif représenté comporte un chemin de roulement 51 qui est fixe, horizontal et parallèle à l'encadrement de la porte 53.
Un élément 54 de suspension de la porte peut se mouvoir sur le chemin de roulement 1 grâce au galet 55 et au galet d'appui 56.
Sur cet élément 54 est suspendue, par un bras de levier 57, la porte 53.
Ce bras de levier 57 est articulé en 58 sur l'élément 54 et en 59 sur le bloc de réglage 60 solidaire de la porte 53. Ce bloc de réglage 60 permet grâce aux écrous 61 montés sur le boulon 61a.
de régler la hauteur de la porte au-dessus du sol et grâce aux écrous 62 de régler la distance et l'aplomb de la porte par rapport à son cadre.
Pour élever la porte 53 et la séparer de son cadre lors de son ouverture on a prévu sur ce dispositif un mécanisme 63 destiné à multiplier le mouvement du galet 67. Ce mécanisme 63 peut pivoter en 56a sur la bielle 52 pivotée à son extrémité en 59 et coulisser par deux guides 65a sur deux tiges 65 pivotant en 66 sur l'élément de suspension 54.
Un galet 67 monté sur un bras 68 solidaire de la platine 64 est destiné à coopérer avec une came de translation 69 prévue sur le chemin de roulement 70 de ce galet 67.
Le fonctionnement de ce dispositif est semblable à celui décrit dans le brevet principal, toutefois l'ouverture s'effectue au moyen d'un moteur rotatif 80 pneumatique ou électrique qui par son pignon 81 et la chaîne 83 entraîne la roue 82 du galet 55. ce galet devenant ainsi moteur. Lorsque la porte 53 fermée est entraînée par le galet moteur 55. le galet 67 du mécanisme 63 monte sur la came 69. Ce déplacement est multiplié par le mécanisme 63 et la porte est écartée de son encadrement et simultanément élevée audessus du sol. De cette façon les joints d'étanchéité 75 et 76 sont écartés respectivement de l'encadrement et du sol et la porte libérée. Le galet 67 roule ensuite sur son chemin de roulement 70 et la porte est ainsi maintenue élevée et dégagée tout le long de son parcours.
En entrainant la porte dans le sens contraire vers sa position de fermeture. le galet 67 tombe dans la came 69, la porte suit un trajet inverse de celui de l'ouverture. elle s'abaisse et vient s'appliquer simultanément sur son encadrement.
Pour aider à maintenir ia porte appliquée sur son encadrement on a prévu sur le bas de la porte deux cames 77 dont la surface plane active coopère avec des galets 78 tournant dans des cages 79 fixées au sol de façon à appliquer fortement la porte sur l'encadrement en position fermée.
La porte selon ses dimensions et son poids sera munie d'un ou plusieurs de ces dispositifs.
REVENDICATION
Dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture d'une porte coulissante selon la revendication du brevet principal. caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de suspension comporte un premier galet destiné à se déplacer sur le chemin de roulement fixe et un second galet destiné à agir sur le levier auquel est suspendue la porte. le premier galet étant relié à un moteur de façon à pouvoir entraîner la porte.

The device shown comprises a raceway 51 which is fixed, horizontal and parallel to the frame of the door 53.
A door suspension element 54 can move on the raceway 1 thanks to the roller 55 and the support roller 56.
On this element 54 is suspended, by a lever arm 57, the door 53.
This lever arm 57 is articulated at 58 on the element 54 and at 59 on the adjustment block 60 integral with the door 53. This adjustment block 60 allows thanks to the nuts 61 mounted on the bolt 61a.
to adjust the height of the door above the ground and thanks to the nuts 62 to adjust the distance and plumb of the door with respect to its frame.
To raise the door 53 and separate it from its frame when it is opened, a mechanism 63 is provided on this device intended to increase the movement of the roller 67. This mechanism 63 can pivot at 56a on the connecting rod 52 pivoted at its end at 59. and slide by two guides 65a on two rods 65 pivoting at 66 on the suspension element 54.
A roller 67 mounted on an arm 68 integral with the plate 64 is intended to cooperate with a translation cam 69 provided on the raceway 70 of this roller 67.
The operation of this device is similar to that described in the main patent, however the opening is effected by means of a rotary motor 80 pneumatic or electric which by its pinion 81 and the chain 83 drives the wheel 82 of the roller 55. this roller thus becoming a motor. When the closed door 53 is driven by the drive roller 55, the roller 67 of the mechanism 63 rises on the cam 69. This movement is multiplied by the mechanism 63 and the door is moved away from its frame and simultaneously raised above the ground. In this way the seals 75 and 76 are separated respectively from the frame and from the ground and the door released. The roller 67 then rolls on its track 70 and the door is thus kept elevated and unobstructed throughout its journey.
By driving the door in the opposite direction towards its closed position. the roller 67 falls into the cam 69, the door follows a reverse path to that of the opening. it is lowered and is applied simultaneously to its frame.
To help keep the door applied to its frame, two cams 77 are provided on the bottom of the door, the active flat surface of which cooperates with rollers 78 rotating in cages 79 fixed to the ground so as to strongly apply the door to the door. frame in closed position.
The door, depending on its dimensions and weight, will be fitted with one or more of these devices.
CLAIM
