Abstract

The outer container consists of a re-usable cover and a container with outward projecting flange along edges and projections on inner surface for firmly locating the inserted inner container. The re-usable cover (7) is provided with a circumferential flange (8) for positioning it on top of flange (2, 3) of the outer container. The flange (8) is joined with central part (9) of the cover (7) by a profiled part (10) which with a circumferential groove is engaging inner edge of flange (2, 3) of the outer container (1 to 4). The central part (9) of the cover (7) is positioned lower than its flange (8) so that when the cover (7) is placed on flange (2, 3) of the outer container (1 to 4) its central part (9) is pressed against top flange (6) of the inner container to seal its contents.

   Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung, welche aus einem Aussenbehälter und einem das Lebensmittel aufnehmenden Innenbehälter besteht.



   In der schwedischen Patentschrift 359 514 ist eine für Lebensmittel beabsichtigte, aus einem Aussenbehälter und einem das Lebensmittel aufnehmenden Innenbehälter bestehende Verpackung beschrieben, welche aus einem mit Durchlochungslinien und Knittlinien versehenen Kartonzuschnitt gebildet ist und den Hohlraum der Verpackung begrenzende Seitenwände, entlang dem oberen Rand der Verpackung verlaufende flache Flansche und einen Deckelteil aufweist, der an einen der Flansche angeschlossen ist und einen Flansch umfasst, welcher zweckmässigerweise durch eine Durchlochung den eigentlichen Deckel abgrenzt.

  Diese bekannte Verpackung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Flansche des Aussenbehälters nach aussen gerichtet sind und dass sich der Flansch des Deckelteils, um ein Verkleben mit den Verpakkungsflanschen zu gestatten, in der über die Verpackung herabgeklappten Lage des Deckelteils und nach Verkleben der Flansche etwas über den Hohlraum des Aussenbehälters hineinerstreckt, die Mündung der Verpackung abgrenzt und einen Vorsprung zum Festhalten des im voraus in die Verpackung lose eingesetzten Lebensmittelbehälters bildet. Es hat sich gezeigt. dass diese bekannte Lebensmittelverpackung neben ihren guten Eigenschaften einige Nachteile aufweist, und zwar dass der öffnungsbare Deckelteil die geöffnete Verpackung nicht luftdicht zu verschlissen vermag, nachdem die Verpakkung einmal geöffnet worden ist, und dass sich der lose eingesetzte Innenbehälter im Aussenbehälter bewegen kann.



   Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die oben erwähnte bekannte Verpackung zu verbessern und ihre Nachteile zu beseitigen.



   Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsmässig durch eine für Lebensmittel beabsichtigte Verpackung gelöst, welche einen Aussenbehälter und einen das Lebensmittel aufnehmenden Innenbehälter aufweist, wobei der Aussenbehälter aus einem öffnungsbaren und wieder verschliessbaren Deckelteil, den Verpackungshohlraum begrenzenden Seitenwänden und entlang dem oberen Rand der Verpackung verlaufenden flachen Flanschen besteht, welch letztere sowohl ein Stück weit von den Seitenwänden nach aussen vorstehen als auch ein Stück weit über den Hohlraum der Verpackung hineinragen, um nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge zum Festhalten des im voraus in die Verpackung lose eingesetzten, das Lebensmittel aufnehmenden Innenbehälters zu bilden.

  Diese Verpackung zeichnet sich erfindungsmässig dadurch aus, dass der Deckelteil, welcher vom Aussenbehälter völlig losnehmbar ausgeführt ist, einen gegen die Oberseite der Flansche des Aussenbehälters anliegenden, rundum laufenden Deckelflansch hat, der über eine die Flansche des Aussenbehälters losziehbar umgreifende, nutenbildende Deckelpartie in eine mittlere Deckelhauptpartie von grösserer Weite als die von den Flanschen definierte Öffnung des Aussenbehälters übergeht, und dass die mittlere Deckelhauptpartie des Deckelteils im Verhältnis zu den flachen Flanschen des Aussenbehälters in einer solchen Höhe angeordnet ist, dass diese Deckelhauptpartie gegen den oberen Rand des auf dem Boden des Aussenbehälters sich abstützenden Innenbehälters dichtend angepresst wird.



   Bei der erfindungsmässigen Verpackung ist es besonders empfehlenswert, oben auf der von dem Hohlraum der Verpackung abgekehrten Oberseite der Deckelhauptpartie eine versteifende Materialschicht, vorzugsweise eine Pappe- oder Kunststoffscheibe vorzusehen, die unter den über die Deckelhauptpartie hineinragenden Teil der nutenbildenden Deckelpartie eingeschoben und von ihm festgehalten ist. Diese versteifende Materialschicht kann einen zweckmässigen Text tragen, hat aber die hauptsächliche Aufgabe die nutenbildende Deckelpartie zu versteifen und diejenige Kraft zu erhöhen, mit welcher diese Deckelpartie den Deckel am Aussenbehälter festhält.



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 die Verpackung in leerem Zustand, wobei ein Teil des Deckels weggeschnitten ist, und
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch eine Seitenwand der Verpakkung.



   Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, umfasst die Verpakkung einen Aussenbehälter 1, der zweckmässigerweise in zwei Teilen ausgeführt ist, und zwar einen mit Durchlochungslinien und Knifflinien versehenen, aufgerichteten Kartonzuschnitt mit nach aussen gerichteten Befestigungslappen 2 und einen flanschbildenden, rundum laufenden Teil 3. Dieser rundum laufende Teil 3 wird erst dann an den Lappen 2 festgeklebt, wenn der Innenbehälter 5, der einen nach aussen gerichteten Flansch 6 hat, am Boden 4 des Aussenbehälters angebracht worden ist. Der Teil 3 des Aussenbehälters ragt demnach sowohl über die Seitenwände des Aussenbehälters nach aussen als auch über den in den Aussenbehälter eingesetzten Innenbehälter nach innen, so dass letzterer nicht aus dem Aussen behälter herausfallen kann.



   Der Aussenbehälter hat ausserdem einen als abnehmbare Einheit ausgebildeten Deckel 7, der einen gegen die Oberseite der Flansche 3 des Aussenbehälters anliegenden, rundum lau fenden Deckelflansch 8 aufweist, welcher über eine die Innen seite der Flansche 3 losziehbar umgreifende, nutenbildende
Deckelpartie 10 mit der mittleren Hauptpartie 9 des Deckels 7 verbunden ist. Die Deckelpartie 10 hält den Deckel somit durch Schnappwirkung am Aussenbehälter 1 fest.



   Es ist die Hauptpartie 9 des Deckels ausserdem im Ver hältnis zum rundum laufenden Flansch 3 des Aussenbehälters in einer solchen Höhe angeordnet, dass die Deckelhauptpartie
9 gegen den oberen Rand 6 des Innenbehälters 5 dichtend angepresst wird, wenn der Innenbehälter gegen den Boden 4 des Aussenbehälters 1 abgestützt ist.



   Damit der Anpressungsdruck des Deckelteils gegen den
Innenbehälter erhöht wird, ist eine versteifende Material schicht 11 vorzugsweise oben auf der Deckelhauptpartie 9 angeordnet und unter die über die Deckelhauptpartie 9 hin einragenden Teile der nutenbildenden Deckelpartie 10 ge schoben, so dass die Materialschicht 11 von diesen Teilen fest gehalten wird. Die versteifende Materialschicht 11, die vor zugsweise eine Pappe- oder Kunststoffscheibe sein kann, lässt sich ausserdem zu Werbungszwecken verwenden, was deswe gen vorteilhaft ist, weil diese Materialschicht im nachhinein nach der Herstellung des Deckelteils 7 zugeführt wird, welcher zweckmässigerweise durch Heissverformung von flachem
Kunststoff hergestellt wird.



   Wie besonders aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, hat der nach aussen gerichtete Flansch 8 des Deckelteils einen hochragenden
Wulst 12, welcher gleichfalls zur Versteifung des Deckels die nen und weiterhin als Feder wirken kann, die zu einer stärke ren Festhaltung des Deckels am Flansch 3 beiträgt.

 

   Aus Fig.   list    ersichtlich, dass der losnehmbare Deckelteil 7 einen von seinem Flansch 8 vorragenden Fingergriff 13 auf weist, der einem Ausschnitt 14 in dem rundum laufenden

   In bekannter Weise kann oben auf den nach aussen   gerich-    teten Flanschen 6 des Innenbehälters eine Versiegelungsfolie verankert sein, die das verpackte Lebensmittel schützt, bis der
Verbraucher das erste Mal die Verpackung öffnet. Diese
Schutzfolie ist in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt.



   Wenn der Innenbehälter 5 ähnlich wie der Deckelteil 7 aus heissverformbarem   Kunstsroff    gebildet wird, erhält man eine  auch nach dem ersten Öffnen sehr dichte und hygienische Verpackung, in der das verpackte Lebensmittel auch dann dicht eingeschlossen liegt, wenn man das Lebensmittel zu verbrauchen begonnen hat. 



  
 



   The invention relates to a packaging which consists of an outer container and an inner container that holds the food.

  This known packaging is characterized in that the flanges of the outer container are directed outwards and that the flange of the lid part, in order to allow gluing with the packaging flanges, in the position of the lid part folded down over the packaging and after gluing the flanges extends into the cavity of the outer container, delimits the mouth of the packaging and forms a projection for holding the food container loosely inserted into the packaging beforehand. It has shown. that this known food packaging has some disadvantages in addition to its good properties, namely that the openable lid part cannot wear the opened packaging airtight after the packaging has been opened once, and that the loosely inserted inner container can move in the outer container.



   The invention is based on the object of improving the known packaging mentioned above and eliminating its disadvantages.



   According to the invention, this object is achieved by a packaging intended for food, which has an outer container and an inner container receiving the food, the outer container consisting of an openable and reclosable cover part, side walls delimiting the packaging cavity and flat flanges running along the upper edge of the packaging, the latter both project outward a little from the side walls and also protrude a little beyond the cavity of the packaging to form inwardly directed projections for holding the food-receiving inner container loosely inserted into the packaging beforehand.

  According to the invention, this packaging is characterized in that the cover part, which is designed to be completely detachable from the outer container, has a cover flange that rests against the top of the flanges of the outer container and runs all the way round, which over a groove-forming cover part that can be pulled around the flanges of the outer container and that can be pulled around Main lid part of greater width than the opening of the outer container defined by the flanges merges, and that the middle main lid part of the lid part is arranged in relation to the flat flanges of the outer container at such a height that this main lid part against the upper edge of the on the bottom of the outer container supporting inner container is pressed sealingly.



   In the case of the packaging according to the invention, it is particularly advisable to provide a stiffening layer of material, preferably a cardboard or plastic disc, on top of the upper side of the main lid section facing away from the cavity of the packaging, which is inserted under the part of the groove-forming lid section protruding over the main lid section and held in place by it . This stiffening material layer can carry an appropriate text, but its main task is to stiffen the groove-forming lid section and to increase the force with which this lid section holds the lid on the outer container.



   An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below. Show it:

   The outer container also has a cover 7 designed as a removable unit, which has a cover flange 8 which rests against the top of the flanges 3 of the outer container and which runs all around and which grips around the inside of the flanges 3 and forms a groove
Lid part 10 is connected to the central main part 9 of the lid 7. The lid section 10 thus holds the lid firmly on the outer container 1 by a snap action.

9 is pressed sealingly against the upper edge 6 of the inner container 5 when the inner container is supported against the bottom 4 of the outer container 1.
