Fig. 2 dasselbe Fahrzeug in quergeneigter Stellung und vergrössert dargestellt,
Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit,
Fig. 5 eine Einzelheit der Steuerung.
The present invention relates to a vehicle with a chassis and body which is designed as a loading bridge.
The purpose of the invention is to propose a vehicle in which the structure is kept in a horizontal position even when driving on terrain with a transverse slope. A further purpose of the invention is to design the vehicle in such a way that when the chassis is inclined transversely, the structure held in the horizontal position is additionally displaced horizontally opposite the inclination, so that the load is shifted uphill. Such a vehicle can primarily serve agricultural purposes and be used in hilly or mountainous terrain. Accordingly, the vehicle will be designed as an agricultural trailer. But there is also the possibility of designing the vehicle as a self-propelled road vehicle, in which the loading bridge is held in a horizontal position when negotiating curves and is shifted towards the inside of the curve.
According to the invention, the vehicle with chassis and body, characterized in that the body is supported by actuators pivotable about its longitudinal axis and displaceable transversely thereto on the chassis in guides, which actuators are under the influence of a control member that reacts to the transverse inclination of the chassis and the structure in the sense of a To compensate for the transverse inclination of the chassis, move along the guides into the horizontal position.
Conveniently, on both sides of the chassis, toothed guides shaped like an arc of a circle can be arranged on both sides at the front and rear, against which gearwheels connected to each other by joint rods are supported, each gearwheel cooperating with a rack, which on the vehicle body on the side facing the chassis and in the area the gears are arranged transversely. The bridge is advantageously supported by the toothed racks on the toothed wheels, which in turn are supported in the guides, the length of the joint rods being shorter than the greatest distance between the guides.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, namely:
1 shows a schematically drawn vehicle in cross section, in the horizontal position,
Fig. 2 shows the same vehicle in a transversely inclined position and enlarged,
3 shows a detail,
4 shows a schematic representation of the vehicle bridge with the controller, and
Fig. 5 shows a detail of the control.
The vehicle with one or two axles has a chassis with frame 1, axle 2 and wheels 3. At the front and rear of the frame 1, guides 4 are arranged in the shape of a circular arc on both sides, which e.g. are designed as correspondingly curved racks and serve to accommodate toothed support wheels 5 which are connected to one another by joint rods 6.
The structure of the vehicle consists of a bridge 7 which, on its side facing the support wheels 5, is equipped with transverse racks 8 which extend into the support wheels 5. The bridge 7 rests with the racks 8 on the support wheels 5, which in turn are supported in the guides 4. Since the two opposing support wheels 5 are connected to one another by the joint rod 6 and the length of the rod 6 is shorter than the greatest distance between the guides 4, the sprocket wheels 5 are inevitably held in the guides 4 so that when moving upwards of one wheel the other wheel connected to it will move downwards.
Furthermore, a double-acting cylinder unit 9 is arranged at each of the four corners of the bridge. Each cylinder unit 9 has a cylinder 10 articulated to the bridge 7 with piston 11 and piston rod 12, which latter is connected to the frame 1 of the chassis. These cylinder units acting as actuators are under the influence of a control element that reacts to the transverse inclination of the chassis and shift the structure along the guides into the horizontal position in order to compensate for the transverse inclination of the chassis, as shown in FIG. The position of the bridge corresponding to the transverse inclination of the chassis or of the frame 1 is shown in dashed lines and denoted by 7 '.
Under the action of the control member, which acts on the cylinder units 9, the bridge 7 is pivoted and shifted uphill and finally reaches the fully extended position 7 in FIG. 2.
The detailed design of the control element, which is attached to the bridge 7, is shown in FIG.
The control comprises a pump 13 which is suitably driven by e.g. is connected to the PTO shaft of the vehicle. The pump 13 is connected via a line 14 to a control valve 15, one chamber 15 'of which is connected via a line 16 and branch lines 16', 16 "to the chamber 10 'of the two cylinders 10 located on one longitudinal side of the bridge , while the other chamber 10 "of the same cylinder 10 is connected to the other chamber 15" of the valve 15 via branch lines 17 ', 17 "and line 17. Similar connecting lines 18, 19 and branch lines 18 ', 18 "or
19 ', 19 "lead to the two cylinders 10 arranged on the other longitudinal side of the bridge.
Furthermore, the pump 13 is connected to the oil chamber 20 ′, which chamber in turn is connected to the control valve 15. In the adjacent chamber 20 ″, which is separated by a cylinder 21, there is high pressure which is generated and maintained by an air compressor (not shown).
The valve 15 is actuated by a plumb-line control 22, which is fastened to the bridge 7 and has a liquid container 23 with a weight 24 suspended therein in a pendulous manner. Oil is advantageously used as the damping fluid. The connecting lines between the solder control 22 and the control valve 15 are not shown in the drawing. The arrangement is such that, depending on the inclined position, the valve in chamber 15 'or that in chamber 15 "is opened.
In the normal position, i.e. When the bridge 7 is horizontal, the same pressure prevails in the two chambers 10 ', 10 "of each cylinder 10, for example 80-100 atmospheres, so that the pistons 11 are held in their current position, mostly in the middle position. The oil is circulated by the pump 13 into the control valve 15 and from here into the pressure accumulator 20 and back into the pump 13.
If the bridge 7 gets into an inclined position, the plumb control 22 causes the pressure to move the piston 11 and restore the horizontal position to a chamber 10 'or 10 "of the cylinder 10 on the same longitudinal side of the bridge 7.
At the same time, the uphill cylinders 10 are relieved, so that the horizontal alignment of the bridge is supported. With the mutual movement of the two cylinder units 9 on the right and left long sides of the bridge, one side of the bridge is raised and the other is lowered.
This movement moves the support wheels 5 accordingly, one support wheel 5 rising on the guide 4, while the other support wheel will move downwards on the associated guide. At the same time, the bridge 7 is shifted in the horizontal direction in that the toothed racks 8, which are in engagement with the support wheels 5, are shifted in a translatory manner by the rotation of the support wheels.
As soon as the chassis takes the horizontal position again, the bridge 7 is also returned to the horizontal position.
