La présente invention a pour objet un coussin-support pour violon comprenant un support recouvert d'un rembourrage et muni d'éléments d'accrochage permettant de fixer ce support à l'instrument pour être intercalé entre sa face inférieure et l'épaule du violoniste, deux éléments d'accrochage étant disposés de façon à prendre appui contre le côté de l'instrument qui est opposé au manche, un autre élément d'accrochage étant sollicité en direction du support par des moyens élastiques, cet autre élément étant disposé du côté du support opposé aux deux premiers éléments et étant destiné à être accroché dans un creux de l'instrument.
Ce coussin-support est caractérisé en ce que le support et son rembourrage présentent la forme générale d'un boomerang dont chacune des branches aboutit respectivement à l'un des deux premiers éléments d'accrochage et dont la partie médiane présente des moyens de guidage et de retenue élastique pour le troisième élément d'accrochage, ce dernier étant cintré de façon à maintenir la partie médiane du coussinsupport écartée de la face inférieure du violon lorsque le coussin est monté sur l'instrument.
Le dessin annexé représente, schématiquement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du coussin-support selon l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en plan montrant comment il est fixé au-dessous de la face inférieure d'un violon.

Le coussin-support pour violon représenté au dessin comprend une plaque métallique de support 25, en forme générale de boomerang. présentant aux extrémités de chacune de ses deux branches un crochet 6, 7. La plaque 25 est recouverte d'un rembourrage 5 de forme analogue et les crochets 6, 7 sont entourés chacun d'une gaine 26 en caoutchouc ou résine synthétique.
Un troisième crochet 9 est formé à l'une des extrémités d'une tige 27 dont l'autre extrémité, de section transversale rectangulaire, est engagée de façon coulissante dans un tube 28 de section transversale rectangulaire correspondante, rendue solidaire de la plaque métallique de support 25.
Comme représenté au dessin, le tube 28 est monté dans une entaille pratiquée dans l'apex de la partie médiane de la plaque 25, l'une des faces externes du tube 28 se trouvant dans le plan de la face rembourrée de la plaque 25. Le corps du tube 28 fait saillie sur l'autre face de la plaque 25 et sert d'attache à un anneau élastique 29 qui est maintenu en place par les bords incurvés d'une plaquette 30 vissée au tube 28 (voir fig. 3).
La portion de tige 27 se terminant par le crochet 9, également entouré d'une gaine 26, est incurvée et munie au voisinage de la portion de tige 27 de section transversale rectangulaire d'un crochet 31 auquel est accrochée une partie de l'anneau élastique 29 entourant le corps du tube 28.
Il est ainsi possible de monter le coussin-support sur le bord 2 de la face inférieure de la caisse de résonance d'un violon par les crochets 6, 7 et 9. Comme représenté à la fig. 1, les crochets 6 et 7 prennent appui sur des parties du bord 2 du fond de la caisse de résonance du violon opposées à celles qui se prolongent par le manche (non représenté) et le crochet 9, maintenu sous tension par l'anneau élastique 29, prend appui sur une partie en creux de ce bord 2 (voir fig. 1).
Du fait qu'une partie de la tige 27 munie du crochet 9 est incurvée, aucune partie du coussin-support n'est au contact du fond de la caisse de résonance. Ainsi, la qualité du son n'est nullement affectée.
Le coussin-support décrit, du fait de sa forme, enveloppe la clavicule par son bord incurvé, ce qui donne une excellente assise au violon. D'autre part, le violoniste n'a pas l'impression qu'un coussin est effectivement intercalé entre la face inférieure du violon et son épaule.
De nombreuses variantes du coussin-support pour violon décrit et représenté au dessin peuvent être envisagées.
La plaque métallique 25 pourrait, par exemple, être remplacée par une plaque en résine synthétique venue d'une pièce par moulage avec les crochets 6 et 9 et le tube 28.
REVENDICATION
Coussin-support pour violon comprenant un support (25) recouvert d'un rembourrage (5) et muni d'éléments d'accrochage permettant de fixer ce support à l'instrument pour être intercalé entre sa face inférieure et l'épaule du violoniste, deux éléments d'accrochage (6, 7) étant disposés de façon à prendre appui contre le côté de l'instrument qui est opposé au manche, un autre élément d'accrochage (27) étant sollicité en direction du support par des moyens élastiques (29), cet autre élément d'accrochage (27) étant disposé du côté du support opposé aux deux premiers éléments (6, 7) et étant destiné à être accroché dans un creux de l'instrument, caractérisé en ce que le support et son rembourrage présentent la forme générale d'un boomerang dont chacune des branches aboutit respectivement à l'un des deux premiers éléments d'accrochage (6,
7) et dont la partie médiane présente des moyens de guidage (28) et de retenue élastique (29) pour le troisième élément d'accrochage (27), ce dernier étant cintré de façon à maintenir la partie médiane du coussin-support écartée de la face inférieure du violon lorsque le coussin-support est monté sur l'instrument.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Coussin-support selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que ledit support (25) est constitué par une plaque métallique venue d'une pièce avec deux crochets (6, 7).
2. Coussin-support selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque métallique est munie d'une coulisse (28) coopérant avec l'une des extrémités du troisième élément d'accrochage (27) qui est muni d'un crochet (31), un anneau élastique en élastomère (29) étant monté entre ladite coulisse (28) et ledit crochet (31).

This support cushion is characterized in that the support and its padding have the general shape of a boomerang, each of the branches of which ends respectively at one of the first two hooking elements and the middle part of which has guide means and elastic retainer for the third attachment element, the latter being bent so as to keep the middle part of the support cushion away from the underside of the violin when the cushion is mounted on the instrument.
The accompanying drawing represents, schematically and by way of example, an embodiment of the support cushion according to the invention.

The violin support cushion shown in the drawing comprises a metal support plate 25, generally in the shape of a boomerang. having at the ends of each of its two branches a hook 6, 7. The plate 25 is covered with a padding 5 of similar shape and the hooks 6, 7 are each surrounded by a sheath 26 of rubber or synthetic resin.
A third hook 9 is formed at one end of a rod 27 whose other end, of rectangular cross section, is slidably engaged in a tube 28 of corresponding rectangular cross section, made integral with the metal plate of support 25.
As shown in the drawing, the tube 28 is mounted in a notch made in the apex of the middle part of the plate 25, one of the outer faces of the tube 28 being in the plane of the padded face of the plate 25. The body of the tube 28 protrudes from the other face of the plate 25 and serves as an attachment to an elastic ring 29 which is held in place by the curved edges of a plate 30 screwed to the tube 28 (see fig. 3). .
The rod portion 27 ending in the hook 9, also surrounded by a sheath 26, is curved and provided in the vicinity of the rod portion 27 of rectangular cross section with a hook 31 to which a part of the ring is attached. elastic 29 surrounding the body of the tube 28.
It is thus possible to mount the support cushion on the edge 2 of the underside of the resonance chamber of a violin by the hooks 6, 7 and 9. As shown in FIG. 1, the hooks 6 and 7 are supported on parts of the edge 2 of the bottom of the resonance chamber of the violin opposite to those which are extended by the neck (not shown) and the hook 9, held under tension by the elastic ring 29, rests on a recessed part of this edge 2 (see fig. 1).
Due to the fact that part of the rod 27 provided with the hook 9 is curved, no part of the support cushion is in contact with the bottom of the resonance chamber. Thus, the sound quality is not affected in any way.
The cushion-support described, because of its shape, envelops the collarbone by its curved edge, which gives an excellent seat to the violin. On the other hand, the violinist does not have the impression that a cushion is actually interposed between the underside of the violin and his shoulder.
Many variations of the violin support cushion described and shown in the drawing can be envisaged.
The metal plate 25 could, for example, be replaced by a synthetic resin plate made integrally by molding with the hooks 6 and 9 and the tube 28.
CLAIM
Cushion-support for violin comprising a support (25) covered with a padding (5) and provided with fastening elements allowing this support to be fixed to the instrument to be inserted between its underside and the violinist's shoulder, two hooking elements (6, 7) being arranged so as to bear against the side of the instrument which is opposite the handle, another hooking element (27) being biased towards the support by elastic means ( 29), this other hooking element (27) being disposed on the side of the support opposite the two first elements (6, 7) and being intended to be hooked in a hollow of the instrument, characterized in that the support and its padding have the general shape of a boomerang, each of the branches of which ends respectively at one of the first two hooking elements (6,

1. Cushion-support according to claim, characterized in that said support (25) is constituted by a metal plate coming in one piece with two hooks (6, 7).

Cushion-support according to claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that said metal plate is provided with a slide (28) cooperating with one of the ends of the third fastening element (27) which is provided of a hook (31), an elastic elastomer ring (29) being mounted between said slide (28) and said hook (31).
