Abstract
For use as lost formwork and reinforcement in concrete or mortar surfaces, and elsewhere, such laminar elements are normally made from punched-out sheet metal, or assembled from round iron bars and sheet strips. Intrinsic rigidity is here enhanced by producing both the rolled longitudinal shaped-sections and the alternately bent cross bands from strips of sheet metal. The bent cross bands and the longitudinal stringers may be interconnected by spot welding, or by detachable latching connection, and the longitudinal stringers may be laterally lattice-shaped. The cross bands may have holes through which concrete or mortar can trickle, to promote improved bonding.
Description
Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt.
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des flächigen Elements.
Fig. 4 dasselbe in Ansicht.
Fig. 5 eine Ausklinkverbindung.

The invention relates to a flat component for use as permanent formwork and as reinforcement, e.g. B. in concrete or mortar surfaces.
Such flat elements as permanent formwork are known and consist of a punched sheet or are composed of round iron and sheet metal strips.
In the case of low intrinsic rigidity, considerable expenditures for auxiliary supports are necessary.
The invention is intended to increase the inherent rigidity.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that both rolled longitudinal profiles and alternately curved transverse strips are made from sheet metal strips.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The figures show:
Fig. 1 is a cross section.
Fig. 2 is a view of the flat element.
3 shows a cross section through an element with additional deflections of the transverse strips in the other direction.
4 the same in view.
5 shows a release connection.
Fig. 6 shows a slotting and stretching to achieve a grid in the side walls of the U-profiles.
The longitudinal profiles 1 result in a high degree of rigidity in their longitudinal direction, as is necessary as formwork.
The alternately curved transverse belts 2, 3 can have openings through which z. B. the concrete or mortar can swell something. This causes the building element to be embedded in the surface and allows a reinforcement effect. The swollen, z. B. concrete or mortar parts, cause a good connection with subsequently applied to the other side, z. B. concrete or mortar.
Through short opposite longitudinal cuts and bends 6, 7 lying in between in the opposite direction of the alternating bends of the transverse strips, smaller through-flow openings result, so that fewer fines, e.g. B. concrete or mortar, fall through and get lost.
The use of metal sheets for longitudinal profiles and transverse strips is advantageous for quick and reliable spot welds and, as an alternative, also allows notching connections 8, 9.
The longitudinal profiles with hat profile 1 can be rolled directly bent for curved flat construction elements. Lattice-like side web surfaces 10, 11 allow material savings and form additional through-flow openings for the fine parts, e.g. B. the concrete or mortar.
